    I picked up breakfast for my whole family and came home with one of my pancake orders had a large piece of metal tip. How can you guys not notice? This could've been fatal if swallowen. I've called them and told them about what I've found on my pancakes, yet they denied the metal item. One of the pancake orders had pieces of spinach or lettuce in hashbrown. Like for real, I payed for the breakfast and you gave it to me how it is. The lady on the phone did not apologized and sounded annoyed when I tried to explain my issue. She truly needs to work on her customer service. I was only given one refund for one meal but not the rest. My family didn't even eat thier breakfast .

    Stopped by Dennys this morning after work with a coworker and we had the worst service ever. Our waiter kept going back to sleep after each trip to the table we had to ask for our own refills we didn't have any silverware and the cook was MIA doing something else. The gravy had a weird taste and my eggs were overcooked. Their were dirty tables and the counter wasn't clean the floors could have been swept and the women's restroom could have used some attention as well but instead he chose to take naps in between. We asked if their was a cook cause we didn't see one in the kitchen and he didn't know if he was there or not. Sometimes we have a group that will stop by and eat when we get off of work in the morning being we work overnight needless to say we won't be doing that again. It's a shame that this is the only 24 hour restaurant that you could actually go in and have a sit down meal but getting poor service especially when ya'll are not a cheap place to eat.

    Entered into the restaurant & was seated in the middle of the dining area at a table. I sat & observed with time, not one waitress or waiter greeted or took my beverage order after several minutes. Went back to host area & they couldn't even tell me who was waiting the area. This was very poor customer service and unexpected as I may be a resident or a visitor in the city. I could've also wanted to bless with a generous tip. I'm not sure I'll be back.

    Ordered online for curbside. When we arrived to pick up they told us they was on the way outside with our food, after 40 minutes of being told that no one showed up and went inside to request my food and was told they was still working on it because food had stuck to their pan... after waiting and finally receiving my order and got home with it, the food was burned, we was missing the ham on the sandwich, and had some rotten strawberries. Called and spoke with Claudio the shift manager and said they couldn't do much except to refund 1 meal only. Very upset 😡 in how they handled this.... I guess they thought we was some sort of dogs to eat that stuff. They should feed that food to their families instead of us.

    My server Erin was amazing! Kind, attentive, accommodating, and a refreshing change from service we've gotten in the past. I will be returning on they days she told me she was there and requesting her personally from now on. KEEP HER AT ALL COST! The food was great too!

    Waiter was nice. The rest sucked. Cheese burger with no vegetables. Had to ask for em. Had to have my wife's cooked twice and it was still raw. Finally gave up on getting it cooked right. Took forever to get our food even though it wasn't busy. Everytime I have went in there, it stinks so bad. Grease trap I believe I grew up here in the area, and have never had a successful trip here. Again, the waiter was very nice. Other than that, I'm done with this place.

    The food was cooked good an thanks for the chef's that cooked my family food. But beyond that the service sucked!! Our waitress never came to check on us or ask if we needed any refills on our drinks. That's not good customer service I own two businesses and I don't treat my clients like that. She forgot some of our order so we had to wave her down like 3 times. Literally Wave!! Sad! But because who ever was the manager wasn't doing there job. All waitress seating down an talking an on phone instead of take care of the costumer made the business look bad. I know there was some cleaning that could have been done. I had to return my cup because he had stuff in the cup. BUT THEY HAVE TIME TO TALK.

    It's Denney's. Your not eating here to be healthy, it's about the memories, friendship, convenience, that are established while being here. Yes the food can be hit and miss at times, the staff more than make up for it with a positive attitude while there. I think that we have all started at a place in our live to make change, just remember your server and staff at Denney's are doing the same. Smile back and have patience your food will come and the coffee will be topped off as often as needed.

    It was just ok, they don't pay close enough attention to the door, half the restaurant was closed off except for a couple of people that were I'm guessing their special customers, and they were out of most of the things we asked for and one of the drinks. They only had 3 deserts on the menu, something I always loved about them was their awesome deserts and they only had one of them! I was so disappointed and so was my friend. Denny's has Always been a favorite of ours. Hope they haven't all gone down like that ☹️.

    Ordered Cobb Salad with no avocado and extra egg. Waitress personally told cook how we wanted our salads. When served had extra 🥑 and no eggs. The cook did not pay attention to order. The waitress made sure it was corrected.

    Smelled like sewer inside of building. Had 2 additional people joining and server never offered to take drink order prior to additional guest showing. Took at least 30 minutes to get food. Once it arrived it was cold and eggs were not properly made as described. Very dirty floors, kitchen and tables- I didn't venture to the bathroom. Noticed a server taking glasses and dipping them in ice machine bare handed then filling cup and serving it. Manager knew/noticed time issue and gave 20% discount- only pro!

    I stopped coming because it seemed like they were out of everything. Started going again thinking that changed. It has not. While the food is good when you can get it, the service is not. I was told by staff that truck comes in Wednesday, by Sunday they shouldn't be out of items. When I made note of this and publicly said I'm not coming back. The staff acted unconcerned. I'm not coming back. Find another place to go, these people can't be bothered.

    My family and I come here often, and our visits are always pleasant. My husband ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, and they were tasty. I wished I had ordered myself some, lol, but I ended up getting the T-bone steak and eggs cooked medium, and I was pleased. I'm not sure of our waitress' name, but she was very nice and attentive.

    Dead inside nice and quite. Waitress didn’t really care to check up if we needed anything. Had to keep waving her down. The Chicken bacon Ranch sandwich had a really funky taste. Don’t know if the grease was old and nasty or it was the chicken in general. Only ate 3 bits because I was confused on what I was tasting. Told waitress and she told there clueless like she didn’t know what to do. She didn’t ask me if I wanted something else or just to remove it from the receipt. I just forgot it I’ll pay for it an grab something on my way home. Disappointed I come here at least once a week.

    Do yourself a favor and either eat at the restaurant or find another place to eat. I took my order to go and by time I got to my house right down the road, my eggs were cold and tasted like strawberries. Bacon was burnt and stuffed French toast was soggy and cold. I called to speak to a manager and got put on hold for 45 mins. The manager on call said she was outside smoking a cigarette and just forgot to take my call. My mother took my food back up there and they refused to give me my money back. I will NEVER waste my time or money on this place again. As a business you can't treat your customers like they don't matter.

    Stop by for breakfast Sunday morning and even though it was busy my food still came out hot and fast. I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere and the manager Tina made me feel so welcome. My server Hailey made sure my coffee was hot and stayed filled up. The restrooms were very clean. I was impressed with this Denny's and I will definitely be back.
