This was my first visit to Dave and Buster’s and I was impressed. The food was delicious!!! I was worried about eating out after a weekend of horrible out to eat meals. I figured I would give Dave and Buster’s a try. My family has a blast. I ordered an American cheese burger and some Buffalo wings. The food was delivered to the table in timely manner. The ordering process was all digital and user friendly. They also offered a 15% veteran discount for military and first responders. I use my veteran discount for my meal. The discount can only be used food and drink purchase not the games. There was a variety of games for the whole family. We purchased a play card to use on the games it was not that expensive the prices varied. I would anticipate spending about $150 to eat and play depending on your budget. A big thank you to Dave and Buster’s for a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Omg my husband and I decided to have our date night at Dave & Buster's Dallas!!! When you walk through the door, you are welcome in by this awesome gentleman smiling from ear to ear. He was so friendly!!!! This was our first time at Dave & Buster's, so we didn't really know how to navigate through this place, but that was no problem for Mr. Richard he helped us navigate our pathway to fun. We really appreciated him being there. Once we got our card, we walked around, and the fun began. We played so many fun games that we felt like kids again. Horrible experience! We placed our name on the waitlist to be seated. We were told it would be about an hour wait, so we played games while we waited...and waited, and waited. Many of the games were out of order. TWO hours and $80 worth of gaming later, still nothing! Sorely disappointed and will not revisit.

The place to go for any gathering. They have plenty of games to keep you entertained. Some are awesome!!! Not just one type either, they have a variety of them. They even have some virtual games. The service I experienced was great and very friendly. The food they serve was excellent!!! Definatly a place for a good time. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is all shades of fun. I had so much fun. Well, I went with my friend and our kids, it was so beautiful, we spent hours there. All the exciting games, so much to try out and so much to see. It was really an experience. It was my first time and definitely won't be our last. My daughter is only 9months old but she had a great time. The food was great too. Only reason I'm giving 4 star is coz the waiters weren't as friendly as the place. There's Noone to tell you where to sit in the dining area, would be nice to have someone greet and direct people to vacant seats or just signal where to go. Also, the food took a long time to come, maybe it seemed really long coz after the game time, we were all starving. The food was good tho, so overall very pleasant experience. We had the ice cream cocktail. It was good too. Just go there with your kids and have a great time.

I enjoy coming here to play games. My kids love coming here as well. I really like the vr interactive games. We definitely always have fun. I only took away one star because sometimes the games don't work and I've lost a lot of money that way. I do hope they fix that because we have a family of6 and sometimes we bring more people.wedont have any room to waste money. Also I wish the prize selection was better and not so cheap. If I'm spending 200 dollars on tokens it should be better prices and not dollar tree prices.

We had a great time with the Lil. The food, and drinks were good. They also have a variety of games on sight. I really enjoyed playing Centipede Chaos, it's a bit different from the original. The large Hungry Hippo was out of order, so we'll have to come back. The staff was courteous and polite. They were not too busy when we went. Family friendly atmosphere with adult activities as well. They also have several party rooms to book for private events.

Fantastic Customer Service from start to finish! We had a lot of questions and every team member was super patient and informative without making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Had a blast at D & B. Hadn't been in 15 years. The place was super clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The cost of everything was a great value. Unfortunately I lost my wallet while playing. All hope was lost and I headed back to Shreveport. Someone did eventually turn it in to Asst. Mgr. Eddie. He did some detective work to locate my employer and through them, me. He took my wallet and personally shipped it back to me the next day. Really went out of his way to help me and was a real lifesaver. In a time when service is lacking, everyone there, especially Eddie went above and beyond so I wanted to take a moment to document that in this review!

Good food, drinks, service & a lot of FUN! Playing all the different games made me feel like a kid again.

We've never had a problem. Food has always been great and so has the service. Most of the employees are young, but they are very respectful and helpful. I've been to a location where the younger employees did not care and you could tell. My kiddos love the prize options. Very up to date. The littles can't wait to come back. Burgers are good, wings are good. Kids love their pizza and tenders! Didn't drink this time, but many people had really good looking drinks in hand.

We come here all the time on Wednesdays for half price game night. We always have absolute blast. This time around, our food order was messed up a bit, but between the service from the server and the manager, they took care of us at every turn, so it didn't even bother us at all. The drinks were excellent, and my ribeye was shockingly good for a restaurant, as was my wife's burger. The pretzel sticks and the pot stickers were also excellent appetizers. Great food, great fun, as always

First time coming here with the family and I had fun we ate before we came so that way we could just go straight to playing games and my experience was great the customer service and also the games they have are for any and everyone to have fun also if you want to take the kids here they will have a bunch of fun they also have a bar area and food you can order other than that your kids will love this place

We went on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but not to busy. Service was really slow. Food was delicious. We didn't like kids running wild in the game area. Especially when there are families there with younger children. Prizes are ridiculously priced. For the tiniest toy, a child had to dish out 75 tickets, that's like charging $8 for a toy from the dollar store. Lower the tickets needed for those tiny toys .... Give a child a chance to get something without spending a fortune.

As always, this place is amazing ! We had so much fun here and will definitely be back! We had drinks and played many games! The drinks were great and the bartenders are entertaining. The games are always fun. We love that now you can use your phone as the card to play games. That feature definitely makes the experience more easier. Will definitely be back soon! Also, love the challenges on app too !

Best time to come is at 2pm, on a Wednesday, bc who doesn’t like half off of game play. It was light traffic getting there, close parking, almost feels as if you have the place to yourself. Plenty of seating the waitress was very attentive and the food was so good, whomever is the cook/chef back there today (1/4/23) 🤌🏾 my son tried the Philly cheesesteak and I got the 14oz steak with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Voodoo pasta to go for the hubby🔥everything was fresh and hot, money well spent today

Clean,spacious and friendly environment. Food is very tasty. Games are fun and come at a cost so ensure you have cash to by tokens for your games. Cheapest games 6+ tokens most expensive 17+ tokens. There are alot of games you can play for kids and adults. Clean bathrooms. Fresh odor. Background music all night Lovely lighting

Had a birthday celebration there after going to Dallas Zoo. It took us 2 hours to get there from the zoo due to traffic it was awful. Once there Dave and Buster made it worth the detour. Our 2 kids and us 2 adults had a lot of fun.
