Food is tasty but check pick up order thoroughly before leaving. Had moldy fruit cup for my daughter which went in trash and some breakfast sandwiches were missing the eggs. Dine in is a better experience.

I've ordered through their website for catering TWICE for a job corporate event and both times they did NOT show up. It was also PAID for before hand. We did the first time for breakfast and this second time was for lunch. I called their phone 20x to get in contact with someone about the order and no one ever answered the phone. I would Never order with them ever again! If I could give zero stars I would

I went for Brunch with My Sister-in-law, and we Both had their Greek Salad with Chicken plus added extra Feta Cheese and their Balsamic Dressing, along with a Turkey, Avocado BLT and 2 Chocolate Croissants, it was ALL so DELICIOUS. The Service was Great and This location has a warm vibe. I'd like to add that I forgot my purse there and DIDN'T realize it until 2 hours later. When I went back, the Manager was kind to assist my concerns and one of their staff members had placed my purse in the back for safe keeping. THANK YOU SO MUCH PANERA, FOR HIRING HONEST and HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES!

The restaurant is clean. Great place to come eat and study. They have so many options of food and drinks. Free Wi-Fi and good place to relax and have a meal.

I want to like this, I REALLY do. But the drive through takes an average of 21 minutes (timed, on multiple occasions), ordering online leaves you picking up a bag with the correct name and receipt but completely incorrect food, and at least twice the wrong food has been handed over during drive through pickup. I’m sure it’s fine dining in, but I can’t for the life of me recommend a place that has a 40% chance of not giving you what you paid to eat. It’s exhausting

I routinely pick up boxes of cookies for handing out in offices for work. Today was the 2nd day at this Addison location on Beltline. The staff was very friendly and helpful today. My order was perfect and I got a text alert when my order was ready ! PANERA BREAD has great cookies !! GREAT PANERA LOCATION !!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst Panera I’ve been to in terms of customer service. Ordered my food ahead of time on a weekday. Got the email it was ready for pickup but it was not on the shelf. Waited a few minutes then asked for a status and was told they are behind and they’ll “get to my order when they get to it”. Waited a few more minutes than asked to speak to the manager she was extremely rude and dismissive - no apology whatsoever. At this point it has been 30 mins it’s since it was supposed to be ready. There was a huge line of other customers also waiting for their food that was ordered ahead of time! I under stand being understaffed or falling behind but I don’t have a tolerance for rudeness. Will never return.

I’m not familiar with Panera Bread and I probably should have gotten something else on the menu. For half a sandwich and a bowl of Turkey chili it was $15. I wasn’t a fan of the chili with beans but the sandwich was okay.I would try this place again and just ask more questions. I assumed the Turkey sandwich was hot but it was cold. Overall the service wasn’t bad at all.

Never had a bad experience at Panera but today was very different. I ordered on the tablet asked for my chicken to be warmed. Get my order for it to all be cold. I then politely told the two managers that were sitting conversing my problem, there was also a young lady from drive thru sitting she said she would take care of it and tell them. The staff in kitchen threw my sandwich in the oven giving me burnt bread, soggy tomatoes, and soggy lettuce. As well as giving me the same salad that still had cold chicken. I again told them I asked for warmed chicken. Instead of one of the managers making sure the customer food which I paid for was correct he was to busy on getting his food to sit down and eat. The girl gave me a salad thrown together didn’t toss it or anything. Worst experience ever at Panera. Being pregnant and craving I just thought by coming to Panera I would get good quality food that I paid for I didn’t cause a scene I just threw my food away and left. Management needs to ensure that their employees are giving the customer what they ask and pay for not just throw together peoples food. Very disappointing

I give it 3 stars because my name wasn’t called for a long time and my food was cold when I picked it up. But they are generous with the bread and the tomato soup is delicious. The drinks are super bitter but sweet at the same time, not my cup of tea… and I always have to wipe my own table at this location. It’s not too bad but I do like my soup hot though.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the cashier up front was an extremely nice elderly lady and she gave me a complimentary coffee while I waited for my breakfast sandwich. This is my fourth time ever going to a Panera Bread restaurant and they just seem like they don’t know how to put food together for some reason. I ordered a simple bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and I get back home and take a bite of just an egg sandwich. I checked the receipt and everything was fine, it was the kitchen that messed my food up. I’m completely done with giving them business. No matter what city I try them in, the kitchen seem incompetent. Not even McDonald’s can mess up my orders this much if they tried.

Panera bread app kept giving error when attempting to place a somewhat large order for rapid pickup. Probably spent about good 20 mins restarting the app but didn't work. Decided to walk in to the store and the staff were excellent and quickly got my order ready. Thank you!

Alyssia was a bomb cashier. She was so helpful and such a kind, caring soul. I work just a bit down and want to come more often just to visit and chat with her. Panera needs to hire more people like her for sure!!!

Atmosphere and service was great! Buuut what I ordered was absolutely terrible. Normally I love flat bread, but this by far was my worst flatbread experience. The tomatoes were soaking the cheese and for all the grease you're getting there was zero flavor. Sidenote, I even asked for no bacon aaand they proceeded to add bacon on the order. So yes, if you're gonna do flatbread, go to schlotski's or anything else. In addition to that, the blueberry scone tasted like chalk and nothing. I ordered 5 minutes ahead but didn't expect all of my food to taste so stale.

The pepperoni mozzarella melt was good but the soup looked like it had been sitting out for a while so I chose not to eat it. I could not tell if the noodles were whole wheat or just stained from sitting in the liquid for too long.

I'm vegetarian and ordered the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and got a turkey bacon sandwich. Didn't get the cookie I ordered as well. Tried calling but apparently no one can be bothered. Now I get to eat the stale crusty baguette for lunch. Yay.

Awesome place🔥 courteous staff, easy to use kiosk system. Paid Membership has perks, even the basic membership has perks, was able to redeem a free cookie on first visit via the app. Food to seat takes a little more time than expected about a 15 min turnaround. The wait is worth it, the mac and cheese options are good, the corn chowder is on point. Spicy chicken sandwich is ok, salad is bigger than expected and fully customizable.
