Never
had
a
bad
experience
at
Panera
but
today
was
very
different.
I
ordered
on
the
tablet
asked
for
my
chicken
to
be
warmed.
Get
my
order
for
it
to
all
be
cold.
I
then
politely
told
the
two
managers
that
were
sitting
conversing
my
problem,
there
was
also
a
young
lady
from
drive
thru
sitting
she
said
she
would
take
care
of
it
and
tell
them.
The
staff
in
kitchen
threw
my
sandwich
in
the
oven
giving
me
burnt
bread,
soggy
tomatoes,
and
soggy
lettuce.
As
well
as
giving
me
the
same
salad
that
still
had
cold
chicken.
I
again
told
them
I
asked
for
warmed
chicken.
Instead
of
one
of
the
managers
making
sure
the
customer
food
which
I
paid
for
was
correct
he
was
to
busy
on
getting
his
food
to
sit
down
and
eat.
The
girl
gave
me
a
salad
thrown
together
didn’t
toss
it
or
anything.
Worst
experience
ever
at
Panera.
Being
pregnant
and
craving
I
just
thought
by
coming
to
Panera
I
would
get
good
quality
food
that
I
paid
for
I
didn’t
cause
a
scene
I
just
threw
my
food
away
and
left.
Management
needs
to
ensure
that
their
employees
are
giving
the
customer
what
they
ask
and
pay
for
not
just
throw
together
peoples
food.
