I would not recommend this hotel to friends, very dirty and outdated place. Room we stayed in was 1827 were very dusty, smelly, and dark. This is more like a motel kind of experience. lobby area smells nice. However, the restaurants smells like vomit. I am really sad to leave such a review because I really thought I was going to have a great experience visiting Dallas first time and write amazing a review. I even upgraded my room to have great view I felt it was not worth the upgrading. You get better view from the pool area. We felt very uncomfortable staying at this place, customer service is nonexistent. I think the pictures I will post will speaks for themselves. Honestly I was so disappointed that I did not even take enough pictures of all I found wrong with this room, I spend first 45min cleaning it my self so I can sleep without being replaced by smell coming from carpet etc. I spend 1/2 of a bottle of perfume, trying to mask the smell. At checkout no one asked me how was my stay so definitely avoid booking here if you are looking for clean and friendly place. My room number was 1827.

This place was nothing that we expected and we will never recommend this place or come here again. I will avoid this place and make sure anyone of my business associates, business partners, family, friends and network never trusts a place like this. Within a few hours of checking out, my wife and I realized we left our clothes in the closet and after calling in we were told we would get a call back quickly. An hour later we decided to go ahead and just show up and none of the managers seem to know what was going on or could tell us hardly anything which makes no sense at a hotel like this where lost and found should be done quickly and easily. I talked to lost prevention They can see that we literally did not have our clothes on the bell cart and yet have no explanation for the disappearance of our clothing. This is very high-end clothes That was very important to me and my wife to continue on weekend And I know for a fact It was stolen and I'm getting an attorney to subpoena those videos and prove the facade this horrible place is. I am disgusted and should never have to worry about clothes being left behind or any items being left behind at a place that's supposed to represent high standards and hard working business folks. They need to check their operation and who's working there because this will continue to happen and it's very clear they do not have honest staff here and our items were stolen and when I literally asked a few of the managers about what kind of track record they had with things being stolen they could not even answer me with a clear answer. This time they got the wrong customer. Because I have the money to retain a lawyer, pull the videos, and quickly place a lawsuit against them. My wife and I are very disheartened, We are upset, and we are going to do something about it. In addition, this place was a complete ghetto party joint that represents nothing it claims to. Never again.

I never did a reveiw on this place and it just popped up on here about 5 yesterday later.Listen I absolutely love this place! 😀 it's 100 for me! The restaurant inside that serves burgers ,wine, drinks and much more on the menu is pleasing to the eye and a great place to take photos but very delicious food is served there as well. It is a clean establishment and there is an infamous restaurant not far from there that sells THE BEST BBQ I have ever had called Pecan Lodge,arrive very early like because there is a line out the door! Foe anyone that doesn't eat pork they sell beef ribs as well!

Beautiful, although the room we got was quite small (and the price was very high), with wonderful amenities and highly professional staff. Romantic upscale atmosphere and exceptionally clean. The self-parking situation was slightly confusing at first and we encountered several issues with their payment system for the parking deck (including at least one too many “overnight parking” charges) The infinity pool was absolutely one of the highlights of this hotel, it was HUGE with the perfect view of the hotel and Dallas skyline. It was breathtaking, just a little overcrowded when we went (around 9pm) All in all, it was a gorgeous experience and I believe it was fairly priced for what you get. Worth it if you’re trying to decide where to stay in Dallas

My Realtor associates and I recently stayed a week at the Omni Hotel in Dallas for a large Tom Ferry Convention. The stay couldn't have been better. Staff was attentive, rooms immaculate, comfortable and all of the things. We are clients for life!

The service and staff here are great and very accommodating. Checking in was very easy and the rooms are really nice. I was a solo traveler, so the room gave me plenty enough space. I struggled with the restaurants though. It was a Monday, so they didn’t offer ton of options. I ordered from the sports bar but wasn’t a big fan of their food. My favorite amenity was the 24 hour gym. Good amount of treadmills and other workout equipment. I would definitely stay at the Dallas Omni again.

Room was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Beds are super comfortable. Food and service at Bob's and Texas Spice was some of the best I have ever experienced. Lobby is beautiful. Didn't really feel the need to leave the hotel. It has everything you need. Exceeded my expectations. I only wish to stay at Omni's now.

Rooms are cozy; outlets are positioned inconveniently but doable; self parking is tight and tricky; location is convenient, elevators are fast and secure but can become crowded during seminar/convention season. Toilet/sink water pressure for the room I had at the time was low but shower pressure was good. Love the "card key in the slot near the door for power" feature. Advice: bring your own water/snacks. Good hotel overall.

My favorite hotel chain to stay at. It was a Godsend to be able to stay there when I lost my air-conditioning for an extended time during the hot Summer months. The accessible room was truly a blessing. Love that shower. Delicious food and tremendous service as well. Can't wait to return!

Cody, the sports bar manager, was Great from the beginning!! He held the entrance door for us to enter the establishment. He also greeted us with a smile & a solid fist bump. I visited the Omni a few days before Christmas and it was such a lovely experience from beginning to end. The hotel lobby is so beautifully decorated with everything Christmas. There was even live music both nights that I was there. The room I stayed in was pretty clean overall; the halls and elevators were impeccable. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to offer self-parking when booking, as I feel the valet option is a bit cumbersome, especially for someone going in and out a lot. But, I’d definitely love to stay here again!

The room was very nice and the temperature was ideal. The view of downtown from our room window was great and even better at night. The hotel boasts a number of on-site restaurants. We tried the pizza place and enjoyed our pie. Daily housekeeping was a nice surprise in that many hotels I’ve patronized recently only service rooms every other day. The valet service was easy to use and we never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for our car to arrive. The room rates are comparable to other hotels I researched in the area. Last but not least the infinity pool and outdoor langue area was very nice and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. We were able to check in 4 hours earlier. We just spent one night at the hotel. The room smelled nice and there were no noise from the outside. I just wished the pool were a bit more clean. The water looked very dirty. Besides that everything seemed okay.

Aside from a few broken things in our room, our stay was great. All of our interactions with the staff was great. This is a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect! The beds were extremely firm, and the pillows end up becoming flat after a while. We asked for foam pillows, and those were perfect. Room service breakfast was mediocre for the price. There wasn't anything spectacular about it, and a lot of it lacked flavor. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we are ever in the area again!

You know, it’s a nice hotel with great restaurants and everything at your fingertips BUT if you can’t get a good nights right then what’s it all for? If I’m staying at a hotel I want to be able to recharge and the bed was too stiff for not being memory foam and had HORRIBLE pillows. I would go back to hang out at the hotel but I would not want to stay there again. If it was labeled as an “event center” kinda place I would give it 5 stars but since it’s a hotel it gets 3 and only because of its amenities.

Such a great hotel! Great location, great valet & front desk service. I haven't used room service much but when I do they are quick and efficient! They are always glad to see you arrive in more than happy to help! Bob's steaks are amazing! They're a bit pricey, but they never disappoint!

This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. From the time we arrived at the place and service was awesome! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean spacious and nice! We spent some time at the pool it was a great place to be and hang out. We will definitely stay here again!

Here at a work event and the level of service and hospitality is second to none. Really enjoying my time here. Banquet Manager Dominique is very attentive, helpful and all about Guest Satisfaction! Great job young man! Food and drinks are amazing, staff is friendly. Looking forward to coming back with the wife!

I Had an amazing experience at the spa. Booked by phone with a very nice gentleman named Eddie. Brandy and Kimberly were our massage therapists. Great attention to detail and accommodating to our requests. The spa was very clean. Beautiful experience with a nice view and complimentary champagne. Top tier service was served!

Nice, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great lighting in the room and bathrooms for getting ready. Check in and valet was easy and quick. We experienced friendly and courteous service from the bellman, John Brown as he helped us with our heap of baggage. He was kind and knowledgeable about all the hotel and room amenities and made our kids evening with his personality.

This hotel is beautiful; the people are so friendly and welcoming. The front desk rep I didn’t get her name was so kind- she had this beautiful smile- she was patient and helped me get checked in with a smile. The food and drinks were so good; the room clean and fresh. I’m looking forward to staying here again. I felt safe and very comfortable.

My stay here during the WFF conference was FANTASTIC! I had a nice big clean room. The conference food was so good and they nailed the salmon and chicken! Hops and Hens has the best darn Cesar salad I've had in a while and I ordered 3 in my 2 1/2 days there! Conference rooms were a bit cold but everything else was absolutely wonderful! Hotel staff was great. Bartenders at the Owners Box was amazing and went to borrow a bottle from another outlet that we wanted, very appreciated. I wish that outlet had some more craft beer variety, limited to two IPAs and everything else standard domestic/import. Food was top notch. Room was great and in/out option in the parking garage was a very nice touch. Check in went quick and front desk was amazing, check out from the room phone was super easy and convenient. Will be my go-to hotel when I'm visiting Dallas every few months.

Enjoyed their thanksgiving buffet spread. I ate vegetarian and i found plenty of things to eat. Company said they loved the meat. They gave back the pumpkin loaf as a thanksgiving present. I thought that was neat. The singer they had for live music was very talented. Overall a good experience. I will go again.

Awesome, just awesome. From The View to the service, best ever. From the moment we first arrived until 3 days later when we Departed it was all first class. First hotel I ever went to that had a television in the mirror in the restroom, it was so high tech from the moment you entered the room you had to deposit your room key in a slot to operate anything in the room. That's why they give you three keys.

Beautiful hotel and nice staff! This is my 2nd time staying here and I love it each time. Hubby brought me here for a staycation for my birthday. The beds/pillows are comfy and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The views are great. Room service options are great as well! **Added photos as of 11/6**

The staff goes above and beyond, assisting us from our car, and their pleasant demeanor makes the experience excellent and enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to encounter such outstanding employees throughout and at the front desk, ensuring a fantastic first and last impressions. Moreover, the location is superb, and the rooms are undeniably modern. There is no good reason to stay anywhere else in town especially if your business is in the Convention center that it is attached.

Absolutely awesome! We stayed in one of the executive suites and the view was outstanding! Floor to ceiling windows and luxury from the time you stepped into the suite! We had a brief delay upon check in but was given complimentary beverage tickets! Enjoy!

I went here for the country's world competition. The hotel is very extravagant. We had dinner at the bar, my burger was a little on the dry side but good. My friend had tacos and did not complain. They have excellent dance floors and the competition was amazing.

The room view is killer! The staff is exceptional. It seems like they actually care and want our experience to be special. Fabulous breakfast buffet! Just a perfect experience and stay.

Absolutely phenomenal Hotel and Staff. By far one of the best Hotels you could ask for. The bellhops are very professional and everything is so beautiful. If you a looking for a romantic getaway or just a really nice getaway this is definitely worth the money!

My son and I had a wonderful time! We pretty much used all the amenities. Our view was amazing! Pool was so much fun day and night. Meals were delicious. Staff was gracious. We'll do it again!

Went there for a conference. Very clean, nice room. Service was great. Food was very good. The buffet was good in the hotel. It was in the downtown business district so kinda dead at night during the week. They had a very very nice outdoor pool with a bar.
