It’s not a terrible venue, but it sure could use a modern remodeling. Some of the sight lines are poor, the sound isn’t great, the overall decor is very 1980s and in need of renovation. We came here to see Cats and Jersey Boys and we definitely enjoyed the show but I just think the whole place needs a refresh. The seats are very comfy though.

A theatre built in 1925 just isn't up to what 21st century audiences want in a facility. Bad sight lines to stage, poor sound from actors, no potty parity for women's restroom during intermission, seats are too close front to back. The show was great just the building needs to be replaced. I posted photos of their gun restrictions and screening for audience members before the show. As of Jan 2022 one has to wear a mask inside although after the lights go down sort of hard to check what you have done. Also women can't bring in large purse. They had clear ones being given out but not for long. Best to leave purse in car.

Such a lovely venue! Saw CATS in 2019 and Mean Girls May 3rd of this year. The dining is quite expensive so I'd recommend eating beforehand. Did I mention that they sell alcohol? Inside the theatre has great seating! Front of house is quite big so there's plenty of room to roam around and get a feel of your surroundings. Never had an issue with the music hall and would definitely come back again! The bathrooms are pretty decent and clean as well! There's one on the main floor and one below. They have a row of shows located on the wall beside the lowest level bathrooms that have performed at this venue which is a sight to see!

i went to see loona on the 25th of august and it was amazing! the girls did great despite some members sitting out and kept saying they would be sure to come back. the venue was great other than the handicap accessible area. the seats really need to be fixed there as it appears to just be a stub for resting your legs. the only other thing is the air conditioning on the second floor could be a little bit better but other than that it was great and didn't feel crowded.

Went to see Les Mis and I left the theatre hysterically sobbing, so take that as you will as to the quality of the performance. The theatre is stunning and easy to navigate. We went to the little bistro upstairs before the show, which was lovely and I recommend showing up about an hour and half early if you want somewhere nice to sit and eat. The worst thing is how long the lines for the restroom get at intermission; if you don't get out of your seat and run there immediately, you'll be waiting the whole time and quite possibly miss the show starting again. This happened to us, and while very nerve-wracking, we were able to get back to our seats and enjoy the rest of the show. Even though we were on the balcony, the view was better than expected and the sound was perfect!

Terrible customer service. We arrived at 11:45 and my mom needed a restroom. They not only griped at us for standing in a spot too close to them to ask a question but they also told us to take her down the street outside in the cold. She has COPD and can’t walk far. Then a child needed the restroom and they were again extremely rude. They told the mom to take the child between two cars and squat. They would not tell us where to stand or where to go only said we could not stand there. It’s sad you pay this much for a theater show and brunch to be treated like criminals.

A well taken care of theater that has great shows! I've been coming to DSM/Broadway Dallas for years here. There's not a bad seat in the house, just a bit farther back if you want the cheaper seats

I went to see Les Miserables on 12/22/23 for the matinee performance. We arrived 2 hours before the show so we could dine at the Crystal Terrace. Using the mobile tickets in the app was easy. They use a wand so they do not have to touch your phone. Angela was our server at the Crystal Terrace, and she did a fantastic job! She was attentive while helping an entire section of patrons. Brava, Angela! The buffet was delicious! Definitely, a higher caliber buffet hence the price. We had hummus, brie, grilled vegetables, rockfish, and almost everything was prepared to perfection, except the fingerling potatoes were a little too hard. I was amazed that the fruit platter was so sweet. I had cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, pineapple, and boysenberries. Our seats were in the balcony, and we took the elevator up to the 3rd floor. The attendant/usher was extremely helpful when we went up around 1pm. She even walked us to the elevator. Once we got off the elevator I had no idea where to go. I asked another attendant/usher where our seats were located. He politely and correctly directed us to the appropriate door. I grabbed a playbill from an attendant/usher. I could see the stage clearly and the sound was great. I did sit behind a tall family which led to me shifting back and forth to look at the stage. I was still full from the buffet so we did not get any snacks during intermission. My only suggestion is add more directional signs in the parking lot and theatre. Luckily, the staff is patient and kind so I was able to get assistance the five and half hours I was there for brunch and a matinee.

We just finished Hamilton here and it was fantastic. Enjoyed the show and the Theater. For all the bad reviews. please listen to me. I'm 6'3" and 300 lbs and the seats were fine. It is a 3 hour play with a 15 minute intermission. So did I move around a little to get comfortable...sure. but. The theater is great. Just use the bathroom before hand and you will be fine. The lines at intermission were long. But that is to be expected. Great venue...Amazing show!!! We sat in the balcony row GG seat k and we could see and hear just fine. The acoustics were fantastic as well!!!

Nice theater. Could use many updates and remodeling but the production I saw was phenomenal from acting, singing, stage, orchestra and entire cast. Seats are small and tight. No cup holders for beverages so your forced to drink up quickly to avoid spills.

We were here for Australian Pink Floyd. The sounds were good, clean, we were up stair and be able to see the band. The band was awesome! We enjoyed the show very much.

The Musical Les Miserables gets 10 out of 5 stars obviously! The theater was nice, it easy to navigate to your seats and they were mostly comfortable*. If your tall (I'm 6'3") there's not a lot of leg room is the only drawback on the seats. (Note Google Maps may try to send you to the wrong parking lot! but that's not their fault.) We were very disappointed with the Bistro upstairs esp for the price we paid (2/5 stars for Bistro)! I wish I had known about the buffet, it looked great and we will definitely be giving that one a try next time. Heres a tip, go to the restroom before the show and try to limit your liquid intake if you can't hold it. (Should be easy at $13 for a small drink or $5 for a coke!) The lines to the restroom during intermission were insane and there's no way you could've made it back to your seat intime unless you went to the line immediately!

The atmosphere is great. We are attending to Les Miserables and we really like the place. There are different places where you can get a snack or drink.

The Amy Grant/Michael W. Smith concert was amazing! The acoustics are always spot on at this venue, and I don't know if there is a bad seat in the house! Love this place!!

The performance of Les Mis was as impressive as I’ve ever seen on Broadway or Fair Park or Vegas or anywhere. The cast was spot on and the Direction was perfect. Memories for a lifetime.

Jesus Christ Superstar was amazing! This was first time visiting this venue and wish I would have known leg space was limited and low. I will make sure to purchase front row balcony tickets next time so I can see the show without worrying about a head blocking my view.

I've been here twice... first time I had balcony seats for "The Color Purple" and it still was a good view. But, this time I splurged a little for my birthday for "Ain't Too Proud: The Temptations" and got an Orchestra seat and was literally in front of the stage on the 2nd row. I don't think I'll ever go back up there. Lolol!! I like to save a coin or two, but you literally get to see/hear much clearer in the front! And leaving wasn't the hassle I thought it was going to be bc there are multiple exits so you don't have to get jammed up trying to get out. Be sure to go early so you can enjoy a meal from either Crystal Terrace (make your reservation!!!) or the Bistro. Love the historical wall in the foyer as well! XOXO 🤎🖤
