The
hotel
is
in
a
great
location,
within
walking
distance
to
most
of
the
attractions
downtown.
Unfortunately,
that
is
the
best
thing
about
the
hotel.
This
property
has
some
serious
quirks.
1.
The
elevators
situation
is
horrendous.
They
have
a
system
that
is
supposed
to
operate
the
elevators
more
efficiently,
however
it
just
leads
to
people
getting
frustrated
and
taking
the
stairs.
During
busy
times,
expect
a
pretty
long
wait
for
an
elevator.
2.
The
bathroom
is
another
issue.
Our
shower
curtain
was
hung
so
high
that
it
did
not
serve
its
purpose
of
keeping
the
water
in
the
shower.
We
ended
up
having
to
use
several
towels
each
day
to
dry
up
the
water.
The
toilet
was
installed
so
close
to
the
sink
that
you
literally
have
to
sit
on
it
sideways
or
your
shoulder
would
hit
the
countertop.
Very
uncomfortable
and
awkward
set
up.
3.
Breakfast...look,
i
get
it...when
breakfast
is
included,
then
I
try
not
to
expect
too
much.
However
the
setup
of
breakfast
was
impossible
to
deal
with.
They
have
the
food
stations
crammed
into
a
small
room
that
people
end
up
bumping
into
one
another.
They
need
to
spread
this
out
more.
So
much
wasted
space
in
the
dining
area
that
could
be
used
to
reorganize
the
breakfast
layout.
4.
Also,
be
warned,
there
is
a
hotel
next
door
that
has
a
roof-top
bar/club.
If
you
are
one
of
the
unfortunate
souls
that
get
an
east
facing
room,
you
are
going
to
hear
loud
thumping
club
music
all
night.
Another
thing
you
will
battle
with
an
east
facing
room
is
the
Sun.
The
room
has
blackout
curtains,
but
they
are
no
match
for
the
glare
of
the
Dallas
sun
on
a
hot
summer
day.
The
AC
was
struggling
to
keep
the
room
cool.
All
in
all,
I
would
not
stay
at
this
place
again.
I
have
been
a
loyal
Marriott
rewards
member
for
over
15
years
and
this
is
easily
the
most
frustrating
hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
at.
