A place where you want to stay up all night. That's it, that's all. Not a family place. I hate to give this kind of review, I'm being real, truthful, and honest. People are running around outside all hours of the night. Slamming doors. Standing in doorways. Roach infestation. Unclean rooms.

I am not sure that there is a hotel that is worse than this. Now if you book your hotels based off of east accessibility to purchasing illegal substances then this is the place for you! Every negative review on here is accurate, but they were going easy. The staff is rude and lazy. I had a tv from 1989 and it didn’t work, no microwave, no refrigerator, no towels, and no soap.. I could go on, but I think you get it…

all around 5 star motel! has a lovely ambience and staff. many kind, unique, respectful, and most importantly helpful neighbors! in a great location as well. family friendly environment. I have no idea what I'd do without this place! thank u executive inn!

If you need a place because of unique life circumstances it's a place .... If you know what to expect your good, but if you're some out-of-town terhune thinking that you found a good deal on a perfect spot for your family to spend a safe night then you need to understand that this is prime ground for riff raff .1 but such is life and it does not change the fact that regardless of any of that the staff here other than the cleaning crew which they're perfectly fine it's the office crew they have to be by far the biggest useless worst crew I have ever dealt with in any type of service in the history of everything

First off I have never seen a more roach infested hotel in my life. You could not even leave your food out for 2 mins before it had a roach running towards it. My last night was forced because the City cut the water off on the whole motel. You never know how much you need water until it's not working. I kept getting the run around from the front desk saying 30 more minutes. So I get a refund and leave.. it's been 2 days and the refund had still not arrived on my card.

Excellent rooms and service. Can't wait for my next invite to enjoy my complementary room .I simply inspect,and observe. These folks run a great establishment. Very friendly and courteous. The worst hotel experience I've had in a really long time. The room looked as if it was used and not cleaned. There were roaches crawling all over the walls and when I called the front desk to inform them, they in fact informed me that there are bugs in ALL of their rooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Freaking love it here don't remember if I had a pool or not. I was swimming alone in my own mind scratching digging trying so hard to find a way to stay out of trouble away to be more defined. In the end if you drink you won't understand and may have to think and Rewind and watch again.

This place comes out to about $75 a night with tax. They discontinued the continental breakfast, there's no coffee maker, no microwave or mini fridge in the rooms. The TV has no remote. The smoke detectors have been removed and you'll find them in one of dresser drawers. The light fixture in the bathroom was falling off and the room had a funky stale smell. I get it because the area is a little shady however I don't think the guests should be punished bc of that.

wasnt even in my room 30 mins left because there was a roach on the stand where the tv is mess in the toilet. says no smoking but smelled like cigarettes honestly i think no one should be here. i dont trust sleeping here i dont think its safe 2/5 only because the front desk were super nice.

The lady at the front desk wouldn't let me rent the room again when it came check out time because thought I was someone else that had caused her trouble in the past and that was my first time ever being there.

Dated decor and amenities. For $75 I think I should have kept looking for a room. Small trash gathered around the walking areas and parking. Parking also in need of attention. No security to speak of but the owners are sure nosy enough. No pool.

These people are the worst people on earth! Let’s start off with ABBY THE MANAGER she thinks she is above everyone, she has no manners nor does she care what anyone is going through except those customers who pay double what they charge per week. Then she has a little more concern. But then there’s MAT the owner who basically just allows Abby to run over him with no help defending himself against her because he has kidney failure and has came up to a couple people asking what there blood type is just to see if it’s a match which come to find out was O + WHICH TURNS OUT IS ALSO MY BLOOD TYPE…… SO AS YOU KNOW I WAS ASKED, Of course I agreed to go have the proper tests to see if I was a match to help him with one of my kidneys well I was 5 months pregnant at the time the. Soon my 9 months came along I was still there, mr Mat waisted no time hassling me about my room money & my ability to help him with his kidney seeing I had just given birth to my baby boy the very day before. Well they didn’t get a answer from me or my husband for about 3 days so what do they choose to do ? They locked us out of our rooms & called the pound to come pick ip out two baby pit bulls, they had all of our belongings sitting outside while every homeless Insect rummaged through all of our boxes of clothes valuables electronics furniture everything even my food! And when we got back we had nothing! Absolutely nothing ! So this place if you ask me is EVIL! And unless you need some drugs or you would like to sell yourself to a bunch of married men, illegal drug addicted men, or end up off much worse and possibly worse & be attacked by the nasty aggressive homeless men there who don’t hesitate expressing themselves when they see a woman with any sort of beauty. Because let’s just say it’s A Disgusting/Disturbing place to be. Oh and don’t try getting sleep there because you won’t you’ll just end up with PTSD when you do end up leaving if u don’t leave fast!

Just a slice of good old middle American apple pie and baseball STYLE INN. Makes me love how Garland feels like such a small town without all those big city drug and homeless crime problems This place is CLASSY! Bring the kids, bring grandma, bring extra cash lol

My mom and I had a lovely time in our two bed suite. Plenty of freezing cold ice, a mini fridge, a bath and shower, cable TV with HBO and everything! Not just basic cable! And in the morning they have free complimentary coffee! The only bummer is they're not pet friendly. But everything else was top-notch and perfect! I highly recommend!

Great pace to stay. Staff and residents are very welcoming! Very dog friendly, with plenty of space to take them out!

I attached the pictures of how the room was when we walked in. Food in microwave, trash in trashcan, trash in bath drain and open full bar of soap.... Won't go back
