What a great place to stay. We stayed here for a work meeting and the place was immaculate. The food was great as well. The staff were very nice. The amenities were amazing as well. Would absolutely stay here again. The room is pricey but you are getting what you paid for.

Tyler and Alyssa with the reception team treated us like royalty. Its an excellent venue for a weekend getaway. The DJ on Saturday DJ Richy Smart was amazing. Gave us a Vegas vibe minus the having to go to Vegas. The Toulouse restaurant next door is absolutely amazing. The entire staff at the Renaissance was excellent. Whiskey Moon was a lot of fun.

Stayed two nights in August 2022. The service, cleanliness, and location exceeded our expectations. We were walking distance from several shops and outstanding food choices. I recommend checking out the food hall, Darna, and Earl’s. The hotel had amenities such as a pool and gym. There’s a coffee shop/convenience store inside the hotel as well as a bar. Valet personnel were extremely nice as were the lobby personnel. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family due to the great experience.

Extended weekend stay , and absolutely loved the hotel. Staff was awesome and great hospitality. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All the amenities were easy to access and use. Will definitely stay here again. Great location and lots of stuff within walking distance.

Great stay at the Renaissance, this was my first time using them, facilities are great, dining was tasty and had the most welcoming Navigator check me in, Farai, he was super helpful and answered all my questions, fantastic service! The room was great, love the mood lighting in the shower and the sunset view, the pool was wonderful and warm even in November, and the room service was impeccable, I had the most lovely attendant bring it up and we had a short chat about her upcoming travels to Europe but I'm sorry I didn't catch her name! Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the Plano area!

What a fantastic visit to a wonderful hotel. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. This overnight stay allowed for a couple trips down a great street, lots to do. Amazing restaurants, shops, coffee and elite eateries. At the hotel the parking was a bit tricky as it was basically a single entry point. This was our only issue, which proved inconsequential. The view was spectacular! The breakfast was ok but one person in our party did not approve of the French toast. But enjoyed the fruit and granola. Thank you for a great time.

The place had an ambiance of luxury and home away from home. Had the pleasure to speak with Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, Sonja about how lovely the property was. There is a bar and tv on the 1st floor that is fabulous. The coffee shop is full of different flavors that you can enjoy drinking in any of the downstairs lounge areas. Then there is a lovely pool area on the 3rd floor with spectacular views of the city. While you are there enjoy some of the food and drinks.

Nice hotel, clean and well located - quality feel and excellent food. Rooms a little on the small side, but staff professional and thoughtful. Can be a little expensive at times, but generally a good hotel and ideal for a brief business stay.

We checked into the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy Saturday night for my 60th birthday weekend celebration for shopping, dining, walking & massages nearby! The hotel was very welcoming and didn’t disappoint. They even surprised me with a birthday dessert. I absolutely loved it. Thanks to all of your staff for the great customer service! We will definitely be back.🥂

Beautiful hotel with lots of shopping within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and high end brands all within a short walk. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It seems like the design of this building was done with great care and artistry. Even some of the light fixtures seemed more art than utility.

We used Renaissance Plano for our wedding venue in June. It was a great venue. And I would recommend them to anyone. The hotel was clean. The wedding chef made everything to perfection. And the staff even left us a bottle of champagne with a sweet note after our wedding was over. Our guests loved the hotel and the location

Awesome room and swimming pool with a view. Accommodations were wonderful and bar and dining were spot on. Great location to adventure around the hotel. Staff was attentive and respectful.

This is a place where you get what you pay for. The price is high, and the service/product is high. We had fun during our stay. We love Texas and appreciated the fun Texas spirit in the design. The artistic expression throughout the hotel is one that I happen to like a lot. It is too much for some people I love dearly. Check it out for yourself.

Our check in was efficient and done in a welcoming and friendly manner. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. There wasn't any complimentary water but they did have bottles for purchase. The bedding was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Enjoyed the mood lighting in the bathroom as it added a nice touch. You could hear a bit of noice from the corridor of people are talking outside. The hotel is located close to the Legacy shopping area with many restaurants and bars close by. The hotel also has their lobby bar which has a great atmosphere. Will definitely consider staying here again when in town as it is very conveniently located.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The part that I liked the best was the interesting interior design that blends Texas Cowboy aesthetics with Asian aesthetics. The lobby is well designed and features a really cool bar, store, and I believe dining. The rooms were very nice.

Great property. Rooms were upscale, well appointed and very clean. Had many amenities. Stay in the hotel for a conference for 3 days, and they werer great. Everyone associated with the food and beverage and rooms were very friendly and helpful. Great job, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Renaissance was my husband and I's home for five days, and it did not disappoint! My husband and I chose this hotel because of the property’s proximity to food, shopping, and the location of our wedding venue. The hospitality was superb! When we first visited the hotel, we were looking for a hotel that would be great for our out of town guests as well as us after our wedding night. The hotel staff welcomed us, and we knew right away this would be the location for us. During our stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had several amenities that you would need, and the shower was spacious. The mood lights were an unexpected nice touch. The night of our wedding, we came home to a bottle of champagne and sweets, courtesy of Renaissance. Our event manager Kassie, was pleasant and always was quick to respond to any inquiries I had regarding the property. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Plano area.
