I cannot say enough about this hotel! The staff are awesome, cheerful and always ready to help. The rooms are very nice, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The bathrooms are top notch, always clean and never lacking. The atmosphere and fellow guests are very friendly and safe, unlike many hotels in the DFW that offer similar accommodations. Everyone here is just like your neighbors! The daily drinks & dinner service is the reason I fell in love with Drury. Free drinks for adults, soft drinks available for everyone, and a dinner buffet that does not disappoint! Salad, BBQ, steamed veggies, baked beans, hot dogs for picky children.. Breakfast has something for everyone. They have eggs, bacon, sausage, as well as yogurt, cereal and oatmeal, and more. Like I said, I love this hotel and I just can't say enough!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids thought swimming on the top floor was awesome. We sat on the top floor terrace for about an hour and enjoyed a warm evening before heading back home to 3 feet of snow. Kick back and break were great.

The best hotel experience you could ask for wonderful clean room, amazing beds and pillows for a perfect nights sleep a dinner in the evening with cocktails as well and a staff that went above and beyond for anyones needs as well as making sure we were comfortable through out our entire stay. You can not beat the value of this hotel,we have always stayed in Hilton or boutique hotels, never again it's Embassy from now on. They have earned my business. So impressed with everything they offer and the care they showed us upon entering until we left everyone was exceptional.

Rooms good. Dining room was always dirty and had a weird smell there and in the lobby. Pool was tiny and had so much chlorine that we could only stay for 15 min. The rooftop terrace was nice. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I was here because my company had a grand opening in Frisco and the stay was excellent from check in to the end. The breakfast/dinner crew was awesome very friendly and immaculate when it came to cleaning. The gentleman and the ladies in the breakfast/dinner lounge were very friendly and funny. Hospitality at its finest. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the beds were very comfortable I slept like a baby even had a sweet not from the lady who made the room. The front desk personnel is very professional and take care of your needs. One of the ladies even came every day to the dinner lounge to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We really enjoy the location of this hotel. Convenient and close to all different types of attractions in Frisco. We recently stayed for our anniversary, and the Front Desk Personnel that checked us in was so amazing and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and treated us to some champagne and snacks for our stay. This is the kind of service that gets people to return in the future. The rooms are nice and there is plenty of room for parking.

My husband had eye surgery. We went to the wrong Drury Inn. We were tired and he needed rest. Caroline Wilcox I believe is her name was the nicest person. She changed us over and even upgraded our room. She was so friendly to everyone. We will always stay at the Drury Inn. Best hotel!!!!

The rooms are good so long as you like/can stand constant highway noise. If there was a fan only option on the thermostat, I would have appreciated that for some extra noise. The in-room coffee options could be way better.

Service was excellent, especially the breakfast room staff, they couldn't have been more accommodating. Room/bathroom was spacious and clean. And one of the few hotels I've been in since Covid, that you received DAILY housekeeping. BRAVO! Front desk staff were equally accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again, but ask for a room on the other side. We were pretty close to the tollway/freeway and it could be loud at times.

I have to admit that Drury Inns are not usually at the top of my list of choices but that's gonna change. We stayed here with a tour group and I was impressed with the quality of this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Totally updated. And the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I am a fan of all the Drury Inns I've been to. The staff has always been great. They include plenty of options for free food, and the pool is always clean. The rooms are comfy and they have the most comfortable beds/bedding. They are also reasonably priced.

One of the best hotel experiences in recent years. Thank you. Atmosphere was spot on… concierge took ownership as of their own brand was on display. Very impressive! I own a little plumbing business and know it’s not apples to apples but nonetheless learned a ton about how to provide amazing customer experience!! I didn’t catch the name of staff but kudos. Here eating evening shindig and it’s great

My family and I came to Drury Inn to celebrate my birthday. Check in was seamless, the staff (Angel) were friendly and courteous, the room was clean no problems, beds were comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The staff slipped a wonderful birthday card under my door. That was so thoughtful and unexpected. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful, all the staff was great, the rooms are very clean and well kept. 9th floor patio is a great spot to hang out with friends or work groups. My only bad thing is their breakfast, I may be picky, but I didn't enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great, and they kept them well stocked. We loved the sitting area on the 9th floor where we could sit and play games. We will definitely be booking with Drury Inn again based on this visit.

The BEST in the area! I’ve stayed at several while visiting family & this by far is my fav! Nice hotel, clean, great staff, comfortable rooms & the amenities (breakfast & dinner snacks) were a bonus!! Will def. Be the only hotel I stay at in Frisco in the future.

The rooms are clean, showers are hot, beds are comfortable, and it has a great patio rooftop view! All the staff, including housekeeping, is so nice and friendly. Drury does it right with breakfast, dinner, and drinks that actually taste really delicious too! All you could want in a hotel stay and more.

We were in town for a funeral and reserved 3 rooms. Orra was so helpful in putting us all together on the same floor with rooms close together. She made us feel like family. Very professional and always a smile and a hello! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was perfect! Only wish they had bacon instead sausage. The view from our room was amazing. Rooftop pool and terrace was a plus. Loved having popcorn every night!

Ashley and Ivan are two of the best team members at this hotel. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks and they always made me feel like family!! I will definitely stay here again!

Since we were able to book it through my credit card rewards it was an easy choice--and one we didnt regret. The room was clean and comfortable. We were impressed that they offer dinner with drinks included in addition to breakfast as well as a hot tub and pool, all for a very reasonable price. They gave us a pet friendly room. The service was very kind and welcoming, they talked us through local attractions and events, and kindly gave our dog a treat. We already have plans to stay there again.

What a great stay! Renee at the front desk was absolutely amazing. So friendly and hospitable! In fact, everyone was so kind. The rooms and workout room were nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Frisco.

Looks like I am not the only person who had a poor experience with a male at the service desk. I had tried to walk in and make a booking and told I was pushing my luck. As I gave details of the room I was told how I was REALLY pushing my luck. Whatever dude, I had already checked to see if there was a room. Turns out he seemed to be in a bad mood as they were super short handed so it appears 2 people were running the whole show including food. If he explained that instead of giving me attitude that would have been awesome. Orra helped me a few times and although she seemed very busy she was super sweet. The rooms are beautiful and I love Drury Inns but the guy needs to work on his people skills.

I love Drury Inns. They're family friendly and you can't beat free breakfast and the afternoon kick back! This location was perfect for my needs and was quiet at night. Will definitely be back!

I didn't sleep here, but I spent quite a few hours visiting with family over the span of a few days. Clean hotel, pleasant staff, amenities included free breakfast, happy hour provided 3 free drinks per registered guest per day, pool area with jacuzzi, outdoor lounge on 9th floor and tons of space to play games or just chat with visitors without being in your suite. For the price and proximity to my home, it was perfect for my family visiting from Chicago. They were very pleased with their stay at Drury Inn.

The room was great, free breakfast, free drinks and snacks/dinner. Terrace had a nice view with good options in the sitting department. Orra gave great customer service from the moment I walked in.

Stayed a few nights at the Drury in Frisco in May 2023. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious and clean. The free popcorn in the lobby was clutch! I walked to a few restaurants even though it was a 20 min walk. The walkways in the area really made the walking pleasant. Highly recommend the Drury Frisco if you’re traveling alone or with your family.

Stayed here because my work has special rates but it was a nice hotel. We loved the terrace on the rooftop. The pool and hot tub were a little on the small side but still nice. The breakfast was good. We loved the little Happy Hour thing in the evenings! We had a great stay and will be back again!

Amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and a friendly staff. This was present from every worker during our stay. The hotel was super clean. We had a suite room. It was spacious and we had no issues. We visited the indoor pool on the 9th floor and it was a great spot for the kids to burn off a little energy. They had a really nice rooftop terrace on the 9th floor as well that faces the north. The best part though was the free breakfast and dinner each day during our stay. This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn and it was a surprise! The food was good and the 3 free drink ticket for each day was a plus as well! Parking wasn’t an issue, even on a Saturday night when the hotel was sold out. **Booking Tip*** If possible, try and get a room facing the south. The view won’t be great, but the sound of the tollway and access roads where cars are getting up to speed will be less.

This is a very nice hotel! The rooms were clean and the staff were very attentive and kind. However, what really made our stay top-class was the accommodation given to us. An emergency came up to where we needed to return home a day early. The staff worked with us to get our last night refunded so that we could get home without worry! I cannot express how much this meant to us.

One of the best overall experiences our family has had at a hotel. It was very clear that whomever is running this hotel is setting the bar and leading by example. The social hour chef came by and chit chatted with us and did not push us out even though dinner had already ended. His assistant that helped with clean up was very courteous and friendly too. And my picky teens enjoyed their supper. My husband and I came down to the lobby late for popcorn and the evening hotel clerk was already cleaning it (it was after all, 20 minutes past the time for popcorn). He went back to the office and grabbed us 2 bags of already prepared/sealed popcorn. Such a small thing but meant so much that he would go above and beyond like that. Rooms were very clean. We felt like we were among people we’d known our whole lives and weren’t just a hotel guest. Refreshing to get not only top notch customer service from someone, but rather a top notch customer experience our entire stay. Great job, Drury Inn! We’ve booked the rest of our travels around your locations now.
