My wife and I stayed for a date night and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. Monet at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of the staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again without a doubt.

Gorgeous property! We had a wonderful family trip to visit and had 5 room - they places us all on the same floor which was great! My husband and I had a corner deluxe king room and it was beautiful. One evening I took advantage of the soaking tub and even had a great view of fireworks happening over the city! We enjoyed the pool, the food and the area. Plenty of amenities inside the hotel but also within walking distance.

Valet was great!! The vibe on the patio was awesome... It's a fancy spot ... The STAR ⭐⭐ is the STAR. very nice experience... One drawn back is... The doors ... If someone is not there to hold the door for you..YOU actually have to open the door for yourself... I was like nope...for the amount of $$ they charge, the door needs to open automatically... That's just my personal opinion...but other than that... It was a cool experience

We love staying at the Omni Frisco. The rooms are very nice. The staff is always so friendly. They upgraded our room because we were celebrating a birthday. The view was fantastic. The hotel is so quiet so we are able to get a good night's sleep. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was delicious. This is a must stay place when you're in Frisco.

I’m an Eagles fan who stayed in Dallas county for work 😂 But I’m also a football fan and I know any Cowboys fan would love this place. They really represent their team and the history very well. Besides that though the hotel is beautiful. The staff was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and I had a very nice stay. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and especially the Cowboys fans.

Our team holiday dinner at Neighborhood Services restaurant was a delight! David, our server, went above and beyond with exceptional hospitality and kindness. The food was not only hot and fresh but also incredibly delicious. The drinks from the bar were spot on. Situated near the Dallas Cowboys Ford Center, the hotel is especially beautiful and family-friendly during the holiday season.

The staff was so impressive, the rooms were so clean, the shower heads - incredible. Everyone from the valet parking to the front desk and cleaning staff were amazing. The ballroom was gorgeous, the pool was great. Tons of great restaurants close by, the cowboy fit gym was wonderful and was very impressed by this hotel.

My brother and sister in law stayed at the Omni Frisco and said their whole stay was wonderful. Excellent customer service from the time they walked through the doors until they left. They celebrated their anniversary, and when they walked into the room the bed was decorated with rose petals and 2 swan towels, had a bottle of champagne and cake, which was absolutely moist and delicious, probably one of the best cakes she's ever had she said, and 2 bathrobes with slippers in the pocket. The view from their room was beautiful. They're big Dallas Cowboys fans and had a great time. The whole hotel is just beautiful. They would like to especially give a big thank you to De'Loria Robinson. She gave amazing customer service from day 1. They're already making plans to come back soon. Thank you Omni Frisco!

The customer service at the front desk was outstanding from arriving to departing! Thank you to Deloria for giving us the great view and great good selections. City works had the best view to watch the game! The room was extremely clean and spacious. It was our first time visiting the Frisco location and being a cowboys fan the view and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you again. 💙🏈💙🏈

Guest service second to NONE. Had a reservation and big plans with several friends who flew out for the Big 12 Championship tomorrow and are staying in town to catch the Cowboys/Eagles game next weekend. Was going to surprise them with a stay in one of the Omni's top luxurious suites next week but unforeseen complications from surgery following a recurring joint infection has me stuck in the hospital and therefore unable to revisit this gorgeous hotel unfortunately unable to attend either game. 🤬 I was blessed to be the guest of a previous guest at this amazing hotel, and trust me, it does not disappoint... but this review is specifically for Brandon, the amazing young man at the front desk who took my call this evening to cancel my reservation after doctors confirmed I was not going home anytime soon. While on a brief hold so Brandon could finish up with the guests he was with when I called, I began to worry because I don't have my wallet with me, it is home with my jewelry, etc which would have complicated things if my cc # was needed. But before I could waste any further time needlessly worrying, Brandon hopped back on the phone and informed me he had found my reservation using my phone number and had canceled the reservation! While I'm devastated that my surprise will have to wait until next year, and it sucks being stuck in the hospital, Brandon's initiative and kindness made a world of difference for this Cowboys/Omni Frisco fan!! Y'all are blessed to have such a wonderful young man attending to Front Desk Services. Thank you, Brandon!

I'm here for a business conference and my room, the meeting rooms, and the food has been very good. However, I was a little put off by the fact that with what we are paying per night it didn't include WIFI. Instead they want another $10 to $15 per night! Unbelievable!

Place was pretty basic which is crazy considering they have cowboys everything, but the (Queens beds) feel like twin. My feet were going over the foot of the bed. The room had nothing really memorable. The lady's at the desk were nice, the valet, and the breakfast chef/waiter were really nice. The older guy that does the tour of the building is filled with knowledge and really brings you into the Cowboys warmth. The breakfast that was given itself was the basic run of the mill muffins, boiled eggs, kolaches, oatmeal, and coffee with the normal half and half, but the waiter took care of us. We had a stunning view and that's all this hotel could offer aside of the facility of the Cowboys themselves next to it. I gave this place a average considering I've seen hotels like the Hyatt with a better feel to them then what was presented. It's average at best but lower than that for the price tbh.

Gorgeous huge rooms, comfy beds and beautiful lobby. Incredible front desk staff. Took 15 minutes to collect baggage they stored for me after checkout but they were extremely nice to keep the baggage without creating a hassle. The receptionist is who checked me in was warm and inviting. Definitely recommended if you have to be in the area for business. A few good restaurants are within walking distance.

Jean and the staff were excellent! Everyone was so friendly and nice. Sebastian was at the front of house a lot as well, and always had a smile on. By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to everyone who made this hotel experience a fantastic one. 10 out of 10 recommend

Saturday night was a blast at the Omni! The Christmas event with the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders and Santa Claus was greatness. The room was great and room service meal was better than any other. Thank you to the manager Cameron for going the extra mile to make sure guests had a great time.

We loved our one night staycation. The room was beautiful. The valet was fast and easy. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The staff were friendly. All the restaurants in the Star are quick walking distance. We will be back during Christmas time. The Dallas cowboys cheerleader show was free and fun.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location for the Frisco area. The hotel staff was very helpful after my husband hurt his arm and got us huge garage bags for him to shower. Self parking was a1 block walk. Tons of shopping and dining around the area.

The hotel is in a great location and the surrounding area is excellent for sports fans and those who want a unique experience with the Dallas Cowboys culture in the Star district. I was disappointed my email address and personal details were made public when a mass email was sent out to all guests arriving on the same date as I was. When I brought this up to the staff and management at the front desk, they dismissed my concerns and stated it was just a glitch in the system. I feel uncomfortable with this and believe this matter should be taken more seriously.

What more can you say, it’s at the Cowboys practice field and HQ! We came to the Cowboys home opener and was met with amazing service by Mr. Rivera! He made our stay 10x better and the view of the field, shops, etc. was perfect as a Cowboys fan.

The experience at Omi Star was very pleasant. Parking was average price for a hotel. It’s walking distance to everything there. The hotel bar was nice and prices were average. Breakfast was pretty good, although not the best we’ve had for the price. When we stayed we upgraded to what I think its a junior suite, but didnt seem to much different than the average room. The bathroom was neat it did have a huge soaking tub, and automatic blinds. We got a little bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries sent up to the room which was nice. The pool was neat I think it was on the 4th or 5th floor. Check in and out was smooth. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Such an incredible experience from the time we walked in. We were greeted with the warmest nicest smile and kind vibe from Deloria it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and made our stay so special!!! Can’t say enough great things. Our view was incredible and the staff at the front desk was amazing. We own businesses and let me tell you…. Deloria is someone we would be so proud to talk to customers. Will be back for sure!

My sisters and I could not WAIT to review Omni Frisco at The Star! From start to finish, it was exquisite five-star service. When checking in, we pulled into the front of the hotel and every Valet employee we encountered was incredibly polite, gracious, and so helpful. Mind you – it was mid-June in the dead heat of sweltering summer and yet they all had smiling faces and were eager to assist. We requested weeks in advance for a crib and adjoining rooms and not only did they deliver on both but also a thoughtful milk and cookie treat was included! The rooms were pristine clean and we had a great view as well! Fantastic location and can’t wait to return for sure. A special shout-out to Juan Carlos who checked us in - outstanding customer service!!

The whole experience was AWESOME!! Deloria was very helpful with booking and made sure we were well taken care of! Monet was so nice during check in and made the process very smooth, and Stacia kept us up to date with everything from letting us know that the room was ready to checking to make sure our stay was GREAT!! Will definitely be back! 💙🏈

We had an awesome experience at the Frisco hotel. It not only has excellent food options within the hotel, you can walk to dozens of great choices within minutes from the hotel. The hotel staff were amazing and I rooms were comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel is very nice. Room is great looks new and is clean. But the reason you go to a hotel is the bed, this one is not good. I woke with hip pain at 2 am, the bedding is not great either, really thin nd not soft. Not impressed. For what we paid I expect better.

The cost of this room was extremely over priced. I've literally stayed at Holiday inn for less money and gas a more luxurious experience. Our bathroom door was broken. Or room smelled like vomit. The room phone had lights that wouldn't stop blinking unless I unplugged it. Our television wouldn't allow us to stream. The shower head was nice but was ONLY a rain head. The shower had a goofy half door which allowed water to splatter on the floor into a puddle, causing a near death experience, aka slipping. It's so over priced. Holiday inn is $80 a night and nicer.

The rooms are really nice super clean bright modern decor. The patio is a nice place to relax. You can watch a large TV screen on the field or watch people doing their thing on the grass. The patio decor is very comfortable. The suites are the best with the soaking tub. You can drink a glass of wine while you are soaking and looking out a large floor to ceiling window at the skyline and city lights. It's a quiet hotel to chill at. The pool does play really loud music so keep that in mind when selecting a room. I've tried medium priced hotels in Dallas and Frisco for staycations and I find Omni Frisco the best to accomplish all your needs from rest to eating.

Andrew, one of the workers at the concierge, is one of the best customer-facing persons I have ever encountered - He is a cut above the rest. We were looking for a place for Mother's Day brunch without reservation, and this gentleman went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he take the time to explain to us the best restaurants at the resort to accommodate our needs, but he walked me to the place. Unfortunately, all were fully committed. As much as we did not get what we were looking for, we left the resort very happy just because of the way he interacted with us. I wish to note that the other workers, especially the older gentleman at the concierge were kind of rude as he never even took a moment to try but only to shout, “fully committed. “ Andrew is a gem there and a huge asset, especially for a new resort.

Great time pool bar was closed at or before 9pm on Father’s Day weekend I would have thought it would be open but at least the pool was open. Still not a complaint just thought it would be open. But other than that everything was good food and neighborhood service was good and location was great . Staff at front desk was super friendly new girl don’t remember her name but I know she was new because we made small talk. Very friendly.

I came here for a company event, my first time visiting Frisco and had an amazing experience. This was because of the amazing servers that were helping us during our breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. Some of them were Maria, Mauricio and many others that were a pleasure to greet every day we were there. Here’s our highlight, Alaska, of the concierge’s I believe was absolutely amazing. While I attended my event my mom was in the room and sometimes in the lobby hanging out and he made sure she was comfortable and taking care of her. He went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone here for giving us a wonderful experience with more than 120 people attending the event. Everything went smoothly.

Thanks for making this a 5 star experience. We stayed here for our wedding and again to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Shout out to the staff, Stacia, and housekeeping for the surprise and letters, cake, and yall even got us room 1121 which was our anniversary date. Valet was painless and quick as well. We will be customers for life!

Another wonder stay at the Omni. This was my first visit for this location. Took a weekend to celebrate the my best friend buying her first home. We had a gorgeous view of the Dallas Cowboys stadium. It was ironic we came the last night of the Christmas Extravaganza. The Dallas cowgirls did an amazing job! We were able to enjoy the show from our room!

Stayed this weekend on Halloween with my husband and child. We did not feel welcomed upon arrival. Service was unsatisfactory. Our room was basic- no amenities, nothing to welcome us- not even on the tv screen. We ate breakfast in their restaurant Monday morning. The servers were nice and pleasant. Hubby had a couple questions for front desk but they were just nonchalant. Flower (I believe that’s her name) was the best part of our stay- sadly we only interacted with her after checking out- she served us coffee to go. She was a very sweet lady- the only person our entire stay that greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable. Thank you Flower * Not even a “thank you for your stay” from front desk when we left. This was a very disappointing experience for us. We are well traveled and we know what to expect at hotels. Please work on your customer service and guest experience. Nice lobby area and is close to restaurants which was good.

A tad pricey, but a first class hotel, with multiple options for dining within a 2 minute walk. Amazing rooftop pool overlooking Cowboy Way and the practice field. Just a really top notch place. Enjoyed my stay!
