The service from their employees is impeccable and they are very helpful and lovely to deal with. The variety of products and their prices are great.

My boyfriend and I came in last Saturday and were served by an incredible person by the name Jerry, he was so kind and helpful. I suffer from anxiety and was mid panic attack and Jerry was so patient and understanding, the whole reason JB HiFi gets a 5 star. There was also a huge range, very worth the hour trip!!

Sold me a phone for my business that has no NFC, so now I can't make payments on my phone. What a waste of money! I phoned and spoke with a very nice employee who at first said they maybe able to work out something out, she spoke with her big store manager and it was a flat out no! Nothing because you have opened it. I have shopped here for 12+ years and that is certainly the last time! Waste of $300... and the girl tried to say it was expected in that price range not to have that feature.... really? There are phones you have for around $200 that have NFC. You don't deserve loyal customers. 👎

Manager Simon is a legend, helped me out with a replacement for my faulty item and the staff behind the counter are very friendly and helpful.. highly recommend!
