Spacious room, great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, very very clean hotel, friendly staff. Will 100% return on our next trip. 2 queen non smoking suite. The ONLY thing I wish was that I knew how amazing the breakfast was on our first morning because we would have enjoyed it then too!

We had a one bedroom suite. The kitchen part was very good. The bathroom needs more hooks. There were 3 hooks over the toilet which is not a good place to hang things. There was plenty of wall space for more hooks. The wifi was slow and not secure. The free breakfast didn't stay open late enough for us night owls. There was no dining room or room service, but there were frozen meals for sale in the lobby. The window shades were nice, but they weren't black out shades.

Love the set up and conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t love the breakfast there which I feel COVID has ruined many hotel breakfast offerings. I don’t love the closet being so far from the bathroom and that’s really my only gripe but works well for a family of four with both parents working from the hotel. Only feedback is have conditioner refills as well not just shampoo and body wash in the shower, but so nice not to mess with losing mini bottles. The pool was super nice with little fountains and bubblers for kids to enjoy. Very clean and spacious! Facility! And feels safe!

Perfect place for someone who doesn't like to drive far away from their hotel to eat. You have a kitchenette in your room as well if you like to cook. FYI, the weekend it a bit crowded. Besides, everything is great. The personal is perfect.

The rooms are always pleasant and clean! I always choose this place to stay when I come to Addison. I love their Full breakfast bar. I love the delicious omelettes, the variety of toppings for oatmeal and parfaits. The ambiance is modern and love the pop of color.

The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered each morning had a good variety, and it was easy to grab a tray and take it to the room to eat. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to any requests. Great location near the Galleria and the Tollway. Will definitely stay here again.

The reason for the 2 star is the after stay experience. The experience while there was great. Friendly and helpful staff while there, but I left behind a simple gold necklace and a beaded bracelet, and a new tennis visor. They said they could not find my things. I knew exactly where I left them so ultimately I can only believe housekeeping or other hotel staff decided to claim my things. Very disappointing.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, don’t plan on eating breakfast at the hotel. The free hot breakfast was bad. The eggs were rubbery, and the only meat they had for the three mornings we were there was sausage. On the second day they had made a lot of sausage and cheese biscuits. Nobody was touching them, and I’m pretty sure they just put the same ones out the next day. After day two of our stay we gave up and went to Braum’s for breakfast.

Basic rooms, but clean and comfortable. However, the service is the true standout. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the rest of the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk to the breakfast servers, are super friendly and willing to help you with anything you need right away. One of the best free hotel breakfasts I've experienced, with multiple hot options, and coffee all day and night, which I love. The gym is large and has a Peleton and the basics, and the pool is a nice addition if it's hot out.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and one of the nicer gym I’ve seen in a hotel. This is a great area for food as it loaded with restaurants up and down the street.

This hotel is near shopping and restaurants (Asian, Brazilian, Mediterranean, Steakhouse and fast food all within a mile) The king room was spotless. The shower water pressure was great. The loveseat pulls out into a bed. You set the temperature by thermostat on the wall. Full, fully stocked kitchenette (no stove or oven) The breakfast was good with 3 kinds of omelets, sausage biscuit, cereal, fruit, and waffle maker. (There is also a 'marketplace' where you can buy drinks/ snacks/frozen food to microwave in your room) If you are traveling with dogs, the Dog Park is really nice!! Fenced in, shaded spots, and no dog doo left in the yard. We didn't go to the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and our stay was fantastic and awesome location plus everything so clean which is very nice and the carpet of the room was very clean, front desk was ok but guys in the morning timing were awesome!!

Best smelling hotel I've ever been in! Clean fresh smell all the way through. Employess all well groomed and attentive. I'll be coming back as I have buniess classes coming up.

I stayed here for about 3 months within the last year and every time I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Definitely recommend the hotel, especially for long stays

Nice property with a nice locations. Clean, good breakfast and staff is generally friendly and well trained. Good deal for the price. One caveat: Management/General Management appears to be aloof and unempathetic if issues arise. Other than that, a solid choice, especially if you have children/young adults. Did not notice any alcohol or drug abuse occurring (which id the norm on weekends at many hotels).

We stayed in this hotel for one night to catch a flight at Dallas Love. It was about 20 mins away from the airport but we didn't have to fight traffic. The hotel and our room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast had a decent choice even for my picky eater. It is close to shops, restaurants, and Target. We felt very safe in this area. Our only complaint was the pillows, they were too flat and felt like hardly any filling (even when 2 were stacked) Overall it was an EXCELLENT stay and would most definitely stay here again.

Room was perfectly done had lots of dishes in the dish washer. Services from the kitchen was not good. Location was bad as well. With lots o f vehicles. Not used to a lot of traffic. Front desk people's was great and had no problem with theh

Loved that the sofa has a pull out bed so it was as if we had 3 beds everyone got to sleep comfortably. Room had a small kitchen with full size fridge. Breakfast was okay waffles had a wierd taste.

We (4 people with kids) stayed here for 3 days for a family vacation! This hotel is one of the best that we’ve ever stayed at a hotel! This hotel should be 4 star hotel based on cleanliness, spacious, convenience, great breakfast, free parking for a reasonable rate! The room is so spacious that my kids love it so much ! The staffs were all friendly and professional! Thank you for great accommodation!!

2 stars because the staff tried to make things better, but too many things went wrong. I had no TV for the entirety of my stay, I was only able to use the WiFi with their secret password, which meant I wasn't getting any points for staying there, and I was charged for an extra day. This in addition to the noisy inconsiderate neighbors and my inability to change rooms due to their full capacity makes me think I'll be trying another hotel next time I'm in Dallas.

Very pleasant stay with excellent staff from reception to custodial. Also, close by to restaurants and grocery stores. For the price this was beyond satisfactory and would definitely consider booking with them in the future. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel for a two week period in July (three separate rooms for our employees and ourselves). We had constant noise from the room above us for half the trip. We complained to the front desk on four occasions and they did nothing about it. They said we could move rooms if we’d like, rather than make the noisemakers move (the noisemakers are booked for two months, so I guess their money is more important than the so-called noise policy this hotel has in place.) To be clear, if we were going to move rooms, it was going to be from this hotel to the one next door. Additionally, they cleaned our room twice over the two week period, one time the day before checkout. We wrote the corporate office once we were home and got the worst customer service letter back I have ever seen. I will never step foot in a Hilton brand hotel again.

Nice clean property with comfy rooms and plenty of parking. AM breakfast was very well appointed for this caliber of hotel. The front desk person that helped us ( I believe her name was Paris) was amazing and super helpful

I was overcharged on my stay. I clearly stated that I needed one room one night with pets and was quoted $176.27 then noticed my card charged $276.27. I called and was told if it’s noticed I have pets they will add $100.00. Well I told them upfront I had pets. I walked up to the counter with pets and nothing was said about an additional $100.00 pet fee. The bill was slid over to to sign with out the pet fee. I only discovered it after viewing my card statement days later. If you add on additional fees, just be upfront with it. The deception is unacceptable

The staff, room, and location were great. Breakfast was good- small omelettes, waffles, cold cereal, fresh oatmeal, muffins/toast/granola bars. It was walking distance to several restaurants. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful. We enjoyed it!

Great Hotel in a good area. Super clean in general and our suite was very spacious with comfortable beds! The pool was great as well. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Dallas area.

Really nice and convenient place to stay. Rooms are huge and give you plenty of space to stretch out and unpack. Centrally located to tremendous shopping, dining, business areas. Clean environment, courteous staff, very affordable - everything you want for lodging. Will stay again my next business trip to Dallas.

Clean, spacious rooms. Plenty of storage (if you need that) and lots of sleeping space/beds (which we need). Personally, it is close to where we needed to be in town. When we arrived, the carpet was slightly damp, but seemed to be cleaning and not anything else because it dried overnight (and smelled clean). Also, at 11:15 on our checkout day, housekeeping tried to come in. We forgot to put do not disturb on the door, but it’s probably better practice to wait until the guest checks out (or after noon). Those are very minor things though, so we will definitely stay here again.

Love this place! They make me feel right at home, especially the young lady on the morning staff. They are within walking distance of so many great restaurants and there's a comedy club across the street. They have a laundry room, a pool, a gym, outdoor tables as well as indoor tables, 2 computers for guest use, a daily morning breakfast bar & 24hr coffee bar. The room is very nice and cleaning staff is very respectful. Ignore the light problem in my pics, I realize I should've turned off my flash. Lol
