We
recently
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
a
two
week
period
in
July
(three
separate
rooms
for
our
employees
and
ourselves).
We
had
constant
noise
from
the
room
above
us
for
half
the
trip.
We
complained
to
the
front
desk
on
four
occasions
and
they
did
nothing
about
it.
They
said
we
could
move
rooms
if
we’d
like,
rather
than
make
the
noisemakers
move
(the
noisemakers
are
booked
for
two
months,
so
I
guess
their
money
is
more
important
than
the
so-called
noise
policy
this
hotel
has
in
place.)
To
be
clear,
if
we
were
going
to
move
rooms,
it
was
going
to
be
from
this
hotel
to
the
one
next
door.
Additionally,
they
cleaned
our
room
twice
over
the
two
week
period,
one
time
the
day
before
checkout.
We
wrote
the
corporate
office
once
we
were
home
and
got
the
worst
customer
service
letter
back
I
have
ever
seen.
I
will
never
step
foot
in
a
Hilton
brand
hotel
again.
