    Great taste although the burger wasn't real hot when delivered to the table. Very fresh and nicely presented. UPDATE I got a friendly response from the owner and so I came back. And it had improved, great work, friendly and attentive store manager!

    Eat here on a regular basis, staff are always nice and respectful, service is super fast and never really wait more than 5 minutes for my food. And the food is probably the main reason this place has me coming back again and again. No complaints

    Attended Wednesday at 11:50am. Service was fast and was attended to once I was ready to order. The team member helped me with my questions and was able to take my order fast. Price was decent. Received food within 5 minutes. Food was hot, flavourful, of substantial amount and to my liking. Will definitely return for food again. Outside of the store was quite dirty with rubbish all over the place. Unfortunately this cannot be helped if it is windy, but should be attended to when possible. Inside wasn't as bad, but still had a bit of rubbish on the floor. No biggy but definitely made it feel a bit "dirty" inside. Thanks, will return.

    We have a good experience at this restaurant. We just have this for lunch. We ordered chicken salad, 1/4 grilled chicken, and kid burger +chips. The taste of food is nice, especially the grilled chicken. I like the taste, it’s so nice as they said it’s cooked on flame. The salad is fresh. The chips nice and crunchy. The staff served us is nice too. The restaurant is clean at the time we went there. Only the burger that our kids didn’t like.

    Drive thru was quick. The girl wearing a hijab that served me today was really great and took her time explaining the menu. Food was fresh with a smile. I drove away impressed.

    Very good customer service . Came through drive thru and there was a wait on tenders but the Indian girl informed us with a smile and also had a bit of a conversation . Got my order and it was the best. Hats off to her as this was the first time someone was not being rude. Will come back for sure.

    22/6 was my first time at this Oporto as I am not from nearby. I was not expecting more than bland, late night food. Instead, we were served real tasting, consistent food. It was not the food that made the place 5-star though, it was the costumer service. When another costumer was causing problems for us, the cashier lady handled it like a professional and informed my sister like a friend would. The cashier’s actions were a cherry on top of the good job the guys in the back were doing.

    I was hesitant to post this comment but just for improvement the restaurant service as well as serve the community. This restaurant provides delicious meals but unfortunately I had a very bad service experience and it wasn’t my first time.., just for respecting the personal privacy I won’t mention the staff member’s name.

    Spent almost $80 on food that was absolute garbage. Everything was below acceptable. But the worst thing was the "customer service" during pickup. No greeting or be with you soon, no friendly communication, i might as well have been invisible until being handed the order with little care. Its clear The management of this franchise has no clue of what is expected in this industry, because its clear im not the only one having a bad overall experience. Never again will i spend money here.

    After Ubereats failed to deliver my order from Oporto Roxburgh Park tonight, I went through drive-thru to re-order my meal. Even though it was 10:45pm, the customer service when ordering was friendly and helpful. At the window the staff were polite and professional. My order was correct, hot and delicious! I will definitely be returning to this store and I am impressed with the wonderful staff who were working tonight. Great job team!

    I don’t know why but these guys take ages to get the food ready every time I go through drive through. I just want to know why they take ages it’s not a fast food restaurant it’s more like a slow food facility centre. Is it the chicken? The chips? Can’t complain about the food though 10/10, which is why I will always keep going back damn.

    Super slow place. They just prioritize the drive through. Staff who are packing food and dealing with customer dont wear mask. I cant believe that this is happening with over 1500 cases. It makes sense that the place was closed after it had seven COVID cases linked to it. Good luck dont catching the virus when order food here.

    I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience at a store I've attended for many years. While I had previously enjoyed talking with the store's owner, I began to notice a decline in the level of customer service. On 10th June at 4 pm, I placed two orders. Five staff members were working that day, but none bothered to pack my food and give it to me while it was still hot. Instead, my orders were left sitting on the bench, getting cold. When I asked one staff member, Mariam, to check if my order was ready, she replied, "Not sure", and walked away. I had to beg another male staff member to check my order, and only then did I discover that it had been sitting on the bench the whole time. No apologies were given. I find it disappointing that a store that has an "employee of the month" award displayed on the wall cannot even handle a simple order on a non-busy day. I hope the store can take steps to improve its customer service and ensure that this kind of experience does not happen to me or other customers in the future.

    Ordered via app. App said order would be ready to pickup at 7:51 PM. It is now 8:10 PM and we have just been told we will need to wait for another 20 minimum for our order to be ready. This culture of "Pay more - Get less (service)" is getting increasingly common everywhere

    Well… mobile ordered chicken and chips… was supposed to be ready at 7;45pm, 20 mins from speaker to window only to be told there is no chicken and will be 15 mins still waiting at 8:50pm..so all up an hour and 20 mins from order to food… Can’t fault the chicken always fresh and juicy.,

    I used online ordering through the website. I went to pick up our order and I was told my order was not ready yet. So I decided to wait  inside. I  have to wait for 30 minutes for my order. Those old  aluminum chairs  were so uncomfortable and  the table was so dirty and  sticky. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands there was no soap to wash my hands, bathroom  floor was so dirty  and  disgusting. Finally after 30 min. my order was ready. After all the disappointment, I got home half of our order was missing ! Chips was missing for each order the salad was missing and the sauce  was missing. The chicken was half cooked  it looked like a boiled chicken  instead grilled chicken, water  was dripping out of the box. After everything the  all dinner went in the rubbish bin! What a waste of $130 I'm  Really  Really dissapointed with Oporto.

    I ordered a takeaway order for bondi rappa with no mayo, I didn’t check it there. After coming home I found out they gave me a burger with mayo. I think it was pretty simple order and it shouldn’t have been mixed up. I went there all the way from Fawkner and now I can’t eat it 😓

    I went there for dinner with my family and I was so surprised from there customer service. Girl at the front was so rude and have no customer service. We waited 5 mins just to place an order and she was just ignoring us and pretending as she didn’t even notice us on the service desk. Another girl was really busy on applying lipstick while standing in kitchen. They provide a such a ridiculous service to the customers. Feeling sorry for the owner.

    I love Oporto, but my partner had never tried it, so we went past for some easy dinner tonight. This is my second time visiting this store as the first time I came, the store was closed in the middle of the day? The girl who took our order scoffed when we asked for chicken, cheese and bacon only on one of the burgers, so I checked again at the speaker and then at the window to ensure the order was correct. The girl (young, long dark hair in braids) confirmed that the order was correct. We paid and got home to find that the burger did in fact have sauce on it, and the other burger ordered (chicken BLT) had next to no sauce, a cold bun and was stale. Both burgers are now in the bin unfortunately and we probably won’t be back again.

    Delicious food however a little over priced especially the $10 salad with only 5 pieces of chicken. I also was told by a friend that they dropped a piece of tomato on the floor while making her burger and they still used in her burger.

    There was a miscommunication on what I ordered ( didn’t know the basting options, my bad) and when I got home I called the store. They were very understanding and offered to switch it. When I got there, Mariam was very respective and professional. She replaced it quickly with a smile on her face! Thanks guys, see ya every week

    Third class service. People in too hurry to take order don't let you repeat don't let you confirm. I placed order drive through and the guy was in too much hurry to move to next order. Missed to enter part of the order and it's not the first time. Reached home and part of order was missing. When I called to check the girl simply said we didn't charge you for that not even a single apology. Do you really train your people for customer service ? 10 years and that was my last time doing business with you guys and I will make sure none of the people I know visit you.

    There were no clients, but all the tables were full of dishes from the previous clients, and it was all sticky, we had to wait 5 minutes to sit. The burger was average, not the best I had in Melbourne. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    For the last 4 times I buy the full chicken meal and I get uncooked chicken breast. That was disgusting. I even told the lady before she packed the meal that the last couple of times the chicken was uncooked, but looks like no body care over there. I’m gonna make an office complain against this place. I’m sure that something against health and safety.

    Ordered food here, received food with a missing fillet in the burger, called and was told I would receive a refund if I emailed the store, did this and didn't not receive a reply, we reviewed the store and received a message from a owner/manager of the business with a number to call. Calling the number I was told they had received my email and I would receive a refund, they would respond to the email asap, this was a week after the email, it has now been over two weeks since then and I have not heard anything, the business has my email and phone number and acknowledged the issue and refund, disappointed in management for not following up. Update from response: Thank you to the owner for responding quickly, I respect that, yes I do have your number and yes I could have followed it up with you directly and yes you apologised a number of times, I am quit ok with that and thank you for that, that is on me for not calling, I am happy to wear that, however, I feel a follow up from the business side is always better as I work in retail. The order was made on Menulog and paid through PayPal, I have triple checked all my banking accounts and history with no refund found, I am not worried about a full refund as I did receive an order, i am only disappointed as it wasn't a good day when this happened, however that is not on you, thank you, I can respect your responses but following up my email in the first place would have been easier :(

    I ordered 4 meals via Menulog for the family. I got one meal which was not even one of the meals I had ordered. I had to ring Menulog, get a credit for the order. One hour after I made the order, I am back to base one. I need to reorder meals which I will definitely not be doing from Oportos. Please check your orders properly Oportos.

    Delicious food at Opporto, with nice location and indoor settings in coolaroo. My main issue with opporto is that they are not generous with sauce, which holds the Portuguese taste from presenting itself. I see that charging for a packet sause separately is a cheap technique that puts you behind other rivals such as Nandos.

    Ordered our dinner from here last Friday. My partner ordered the Bondi Strip box and requested removal of chili sauce, add bacon and avocado. He got the bacon and avocado, however the chicken fillet was removed and the chili sauce was put in. He called up and they said we would get the burger refunded. Still no refund even after evidence was emailed - not impressed. UPDATE: My partner called the day of the reply to my original review and was told to email them and then they would respond asking for banking details to arrange the refund. He emailed them and they confirmed they received the email. He still has not had a reply to arrange a refund.

    Honestly have no idea how these workers could be so terrible at basic things, over the past couple of years I’ve ordered at least 30 chicken wraps with the exact same request “please add cheese and extra sauce I’m happy to pay for it” Not once have I received a wrap with cheese and extra sauce, if anything it’s extremely dry, I make sure I repeat myself many times at the window also. Today I went in hoping things have changed, repeated myself 3 times and was told there is cheese and extra sauce in the wraps, got home no cheese that I paid for and they were extremely dry. I will never go back there again

    So I go through drive thru as a convenience and turns out card payment not working sit there for 15 mins till they can't figure it out then I give cash turns out they got no change another 10 minutes finally got my order go home its missing items and no drink.

Despite reaching out through the provided feedback channel to express my concern, I received no response, apology, or any offer of a refund. In addition to the issue with my order, I couldn't help but notice the overall condition of the restaurant's interior. The atmosphere was marred by a tatty appearance, and the booths at the dining tables appeared as if they had been worn down, resembling the aftermath of a dog's chewing spree. Fortunately, I opted for a takeaway and didn't have to utilize the questionable seating. In addition to the issues with my recent food order, it's worth mentioning that the restaurant's phone number provided for customer contact was not functional. This added an extra layer of frustration to my attempt to address the missing item in my delivery and seek resolution through the feedback channel. Unfortunately, my experience left me unsatisfied, as the missing item and lack of customer service responsiveness, coupled with the less-than-ideal ambiance, fell short of my expectations for a positive dining experience.
