    Nuggets very dry like it was reheated. Soft serve was not ready but still try to serve it. Was yellow not the white colour it should be. Staff do not care. My dog refused to eat the nuggets.

    Worst service ever . I ordered a deluxe burger and a drink and this is the burger is get . No sauce burger is so cold People are paying money for Al these things and they are treating us like dogs . The girl taking orders for drive through is so rude and also deaf I think . Had to tell her my order almost 5 times . I would give 0 stars if they had that option .

    I review a lot of places as you can see and with McDonald’s you can’t rate them against anything else but a MacDonalds. I thought I had been to some really bad McDonaldS but this is the worst of the worst. 25 minutes in the drive though only to get two cups of coffee which the coffee beans were burnt and it was not drinkable. The ham and cheese toasties were warm but not cooked. Never again if you read this you have been warned the food is terrible

    Sometimes you’ve just gotta satisfy the cravings! My husband had the craving for a different fast food chain (that comes in a bucket) but McDonald’s is definitely my preferred (so we had to make two stops). As much as I can appreciate fine dining there is always a place for a delicious mcchicken burger, you’ll never get a bad one. Hot tip make it a double

    On 03/06/23 I was on this restaurant I ordered five coffees. At collection Window I realise one coffee was missing. I spoke to the manager. I reply was very unprofessional, unethical. She needs to address her behaviour towards the customers. It was bad experience overall.

    I’m not sure what the one star is for, besides being the lowest I can rate. However I wouldn’t know what this store is like seeing as it is NEVER EVER open during the early hours, despite being 24/7. Sometimes I give it another go, just to humour myself. Every single time I get to the drive through I wait for about 2 minutes before being told they are not serving. Never given a reason. I am not even being a little bit dramatic here either… the past five times over the span of months this venue has not been serving. Don’t waste your time… go up the road to Epping road McDonalds, they are open AND the frappe machine works:

    Waited nearly an hour for my order which was put through by using the kiosk. The order wasn’t registered and finally was rectified by the manager on duty after I told two other workers. Then I get my order which is missing items and half full large frozen cokes. Poor skills all round especially under pressure to be honest and will never go to this one again!

    I’d leave zero stars if I could. Got a half filled scorching so called fat white. Also wanted a warm chocolate for my toddler and repeated it twice only to receive a hot chocolate. Like, how hard could it be to follow the order of a customer.

    Went to this place on a Sunday morning paid for my order and saw the amount taken out of my bank account with my own sober eyes, then early Tuesday morning im at home and i get a bank alert the same amount has been taken out again, tried calling the restaurant no answer, filled out a survey and no reply, I will also add to this review my order that Sunday was all wrong, paid for extras on food and got extra fresh air extra napkins extra straws...lucky my attitude wasn't extra but this review will be EXTRA! 😤

    This review is 💯 targeted towards the young Philippine girl that mans the first drive through window most mornings during the week (my apologies, I don’t know her name). Thankyou for making my mornings so positive. You are truly an asset to that store and I hope that you are recognised in the business for being a stand out team member. Every morning you take my order you do so with a light and smile in your voice. Your positivity and friendly attitude is amazingly reassuring that there are young individuals out there that understand what true customer service is. Having yourself on drive through is 💯 a great business move because you are fabulous. Don’t let life dim your spark!

    absolutely horrible. customer service and dining area was disgusting. yous are a disgrace to mcdonald’s industry. you should be ashamed of yourselves. the quality of food is not the only thing that’s important, but the lack of cleaning was truly disgusting to see. you’re not only there to serve food but also there to keep the restaurant nice and clean. no one wants to eat in a restaurant that looks like a pigsty. the amount of workers behind the counter and yet not even one person could wipe down the tables or empty the overflowing bins, and when someone did come to wipe down the tables after numerous times of telling them to, she was mad as if it wasn’t her job to do so. at this point, turn in your resignation letter if you’re not going to do your job properly.

    I’m absolutely fuming right now, went though dive through about to give them my online order and they said that their system was down and to wait for 25 minutes, after the 25 minutes was done I went back up to give them my order again, that say again our system was down you would need to wait for another 25 minutes. I waited patiently and then they have decency to say sorry we are not taking any orders until after 4am, at this point I’m absolutely fuming and running out of patience. As 4am came around at this point I have been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes hoping to get my order, as I went to the window to give them my order they said sorry we’re not taking orders, I told them I’m not waiting for another hour and a bit this is absolutely ridiculous, I canceled my order and asked to speak to the manager, they were nothing but rude and disgraceful never coming back to this maccas again I hardly don’t recommend here Poor customer service and Extremely rude They don’t even deserve a one star

    Changed my 5* to a 1* purely because of one of the rudest drive through addendants I've dealt with. Had an item passed to me which was totally incorrect from what I ordered and when I told her what I had actually order she just roller her eyes told me to drive to the next window (McCafe) and closed the glass window. I worked at McDonald's for 5 years 18 years ago and the steady decline in customer service is really noticeable . Would have lost my job back then if I acted like the current crew. This store also has an issue with cooking food fresh when asked. Everytime I ask for something to be cooked fresh I'm always told it is and it's always fresh from the drawer. It's obviously just a case of quantity and not quality is food and staff at this store, wish there was a closer store so I wouldn't have to visit this store in the furute.

    I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's location! The restaurant is small and quiet, making it a perfect spot to grab a quick bite to eat or relax with friends. The entire space was very clean, and the toilets and bathroom were especially well-maintained. I was impressed by how quickly my order was delivered, and the food was delicious as always. I appreciate that the staff members were friendly and efficient, which made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this McDonald's to anyone in the area.     Order spicy sticky BBQ Angus. I didn’t understand why my lettuce is on the side. No flavour at all, patty was cold. Poor mis manage. I didn’t get what I paid for.

    I didnt buy food. Only 4 cones.took about 20 minutes. Poor service and the kid on the counter paying more attention to serving friends then getting their meals pronto. Manager was backing him too, giving discounts to 2 people not connected. Maybe family or similar. Not how it is supposed to be, and that kid i did not see serve anyone else in the 20 mins i was inside. Only his relative or friends. The manager should not tolerate his slacking about and asking her to do the discounts. Not on at all.

    The food was as you would expect, The service they were a tad bit behind the 8 ball, There wasn't many customers in store but there was a constant heavy flow through drive through. Maybe that's why service inside wasn't as fast as it should have been, some tables hadn't been cleaned , But the overall inside was pleasant

    It's a McDonalds, don't expect Atmosphere, and it's called 'Fast Food' for a reason. But it was great to pop in, grab a couple thickshakes, relax for a while and allow my granddaughter to stretch her legs on the play equipment.

    This is the third time in a row we have gone between 10pm-12am and every day they have "not been doing ice cream". No explanation for why ice cream is unavailable every time at a busy time. Considering reporting this business to Victorian Consumer Affairs.

    Order doordash yesterday and add 2x big mac sauce. Not provided. No substitute. Order mcnuggets today+ other items. No x3 big Mac sauce included or substitute and my housemate and I are left sauceless. When a unique item is what leads to the decision to order mcdonalds, a pissy little refund means nothing. I would of rather order from somewhere else

    Made an order in at drive through on a busy night using my points. After waiting in line for around 15 minutes l arrived at the collection window to be told we don't have the item and drive on. Not happy.

    Bad & Nasty food, this food will mess you up, I knew it was cheap but I also knew that going in, but the food I thought was atlas OK, but no way McDonald's quarter pounder and with 2 x hash brown was over $16.00+ dollars, I can go to a Chinese restaurant for under this price sit down and have a full due, in a proper restaurant with a skilled Chef with a Wok. These prices and the quality of the food they are serving is insanity!!! And as for the 4-5 star reviewers out there for McDonalds which have 355 reviews have been bought and paid for their reviews it's are a scam!! Google should start weeding them out!!! Robert!!!

    Really bad service via delivery partner. Fries were luke warm at best. Missing ice medium coffee frappe and given a small weak 3/4 full "milkshake" and Oreo mcflurry missing. Need to re-evaluate their standards and staff and get it people who pay hard earned money and get ripped off. Avoid this store!

    Drive thru takes a minimum of 20 minutes + waiting on the road + cold food + waiting 8 minutes at the food window NOT getting the food. There’s like 3 staff and only a few cars have moved in front of us. Pls hire more people and pay better

    McDonalds can be compared with McDonalds only. Being comparatively a newer outlet they are well organised, customer support is nice 👍 Self ordering kiosks are less making waiting time longer. Plenty of seating spaces. Coffee was fantastic (as usual). Plenty of natural light too.

    This is the 2nd time they got my order wrong out of 3. All same order. Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin with large hot latte in the morning. First time gave me double bacon instead of sausage. Second time gave me coffee frappe instead of hot latte. Burgers are small and never fill my stomach then got my order wrong. Probably never will go Macca again due to fact their burgers (including double) are just small in size and drive-thru they often made mistakes of your order. Next time will stick to local cafe in the morning.

    Night shift crew is horrible. Always on their phones, always stuffing up orders. Food is horrible. When I’m craving some late night McDonald’s and what I receive when ordered on Uber eats is stale food that seems as if it was cooked hours ago and picked up out of the bin! My last order the burgers were so dry and the sauce was soaked into the buns so there were just stains of sauce as if they have been sitting out for ages. Also upset that there’s no option for steamed bun on Uber eats

    Came here at 12 am, drive through closed, self check outs closed. Not accepting card payments - what kind of service is this? Took 30 minutes for service when there were LITERALLy 12 staff just walking in and out of maccas laughing and giggling and even using cuss words infront of customers. Absolutely wild experience. Train your staff - you might as well close with the kind of experience you’re providing.

    3 seperate times they forgot my sauce and burgers, its silly i have to check if im missing food that ive paid for. i informed staff that they missed items, then proceeded to miss 2 burgers(didnt know until i got home)

    I have ordered multiple times here over the last 2 years, via drive through and there are many instances where staff was not friendly. I have had one of my worst drive through experiences here on a night where the order was taken wrong and I was shouted at by the guy taking the order. Though there are many visits where this was not the case, once is too many for me.

    Been here any times they’re pretty good pretty fast. Today I just wanted chips and soft serve but I was driving so I needed it in a cup. I did ask for it “in a cup” and she goes “served in a lid” I thought maybe that was there jargon or something, I know at my work customers say things one way but it’s written as something different in our system even though it’s the same thing. But when I got my order it was actually in a lid so I asked for a cup, she left and was taking a little while, someone came up to me and asked what I was waiting on and I just said the soft serve, then a minute later someone comes out with it in a lid again. So again I said “I just need it in a cup because I’m driving and can’t hold it, even if you just give me the cup and I’ll do it” to which he just went “ok” and got a cup and put the lid in the cup. It was just a strange interaction like idm if you give me less soft serve I just need it in a cup babes.

    The McDonalds on Childs Rd is going down hill so bad. Machines are always broken, and they always screw up orders. Every time it’s a hot day, they say their ice cream/frappe machines are down, but when I order from Uber Eats, I get my frappe. If they were smart they wouldn’t be complaining about not being bothered to do all the orders that come in and be more focused on the money they get out of people coming in to get ice creams and other cool foods on hot days.

    Legend who made my food today neatly placed my Crispy Chicken Deluxe burger in the box and the fries were hot. The only thing I might say is that the service for the McCafe coffee was a little bit slow, but he looked like a trainee (also don't get the birthday cake latte, it's gross! 🤮). Atmosphere is nothing to write home about, it's McDonalds, so what can you expect.

    It's a McDonald's, this one seems relatively clean on the inside although the floor around the customer order area looked oily, greasy and dangerous - it could do with a good mop and clean. Behind the counter was a bit of a mess and it could also do with a good sweep and clean. There are french fries scattered around and underneath the food preparation counters as well as other scraps of paper and serviettes littering the floor. In the restaurant, there are of course the usual signs of litter and food scraps adorning the floor but the tables and chairs are clean. There was one table which had rubbish left discarded on it from a previous customer that hadn't been cleared away. Parking here is a nightmare, there are only 4 car spaces to park in and three of them had orange cones placed in the centre of the parking spots as to say that you can't park there. I don't understand the logic of that. Anyhow the staff were polite and friendly. Service was prompt. On the whole this McDonald's seems much more sanitary and presentable than some of the other McDonald's stores that I have had the displeasure of experiencing.

    It was quite disappointing to eat here. I have been to so many macas in Australia and I must say the place is untidy (however this may not be entirely the establishment’s fault as I would blame some of the people eating here), tables are not cleaned regularly, the women’s toilet was in a terrible state. The fries were cooked in old oil or re-cooked and the Chicken in the McSpicy burger was over-cooked. Some positive points - the staff appeared to be friendly and the parking was ample.

    i ordered a cheese and tomato toastie and got a slightly warm sandwich. how do you mess up a TOASTie?? the tomato was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. on top of that, the toilets were absolutely disgusting and unusable. i’ve never been more disappointed in a maccas.
