My mother fainted in your store and the pregnant manager told her to get up and get out after wanting the number to make a complaint about her treatment. I will keep making complaints until someone does something about all of your staff, they made a mistake which caused a domino effect of issues. I will never shop at this store again and I will make sure this review goes further.

A bit more help would have been appreciated. Had to look everywhere for a staff member. One of the smaller chemist warehouse stores but still a decent range of most things.

Small and hard to move around even just to browse. Generally, people to goes there are old, grumpy, and always in a rush. They will literally walking into you without any apologies. The leaving prescription area is sooo packed. Not worth coming. Better go to the one opposite the road.

I come here if I need something while just roaming around in the plaza. They helpful looking for things that I need. They answer my questions whenever I asked even tho they are doing their job they will leave it and help me. Some of diet products run out. Some of perfumes no prices on display. They need to do that for customer shop quick and out of the door instead looking for someone to asked for the price. Zyrtec 10MG 30TABLETS prices NOW $18.99 The place is not big space between shelves so they really need to help customers so won't be crowded inside Chemist Warehouse really need to do better because they are the only one here in the plaza. Would give no stars if possible. The worst chemist warehouse store ever. I have seen twice recently where they refused rat's to 2 concession holders, one pensioner has asthma and sick husband, pharmacy said none in stock, front of store said in stock. She went back to pharmacy and was told none in stock. Second time said they have them only for sale as they purchased them themselves, I questioned this and was told "following instructions from head office".

The staff here have no idea what products they have or where to find them. Very disappointing particularly when online says that this store does stock the item I was looking for.

Wait 5 minutes while both pharmacist ignored me, then the lady looked up and said sorry to keep you waiting. Will be with you shortly, then still continues doing what ever she was doing and still keeps me waiting. So I left! What happened to customer service and the store want even busy!

I would give no star for this cw, not all but this specific lady, in her 40s, blond fluffy hair, shoulder length, she is SOOOOO rude. I know cw does not necessary provide service, but I wish you could at least hire someone that has a nice personality!

The store is fine other than the fact that you have to line up for the checkouts in the fragrance section. We are a country of asthmatics, visiting the fragrance area should be optional rather than forced upon us for often lengthy periods. Redesigning all the stores that have this setup should be a priority.

Absolutely the worst place to shop. The store is not pram or wheelchair friendly, considering its a pharmacy that mothers attend with sick children and elderly, disabled etc it needs a massive clean up. I asked staff to help get an item for me as I couldn't get through the isle with my stroller and I was eye rolled, yes given an eye roll from what you call staff members. I then eventually made it through making a mess with lack or room and I let the staff member know at the register and apologised for the mess, to me LAUGHED AT. Like what kind of animals do you call these people working at this store????

When i got to the counter to pay and i was holding my boy's hand so i just put the basket on the counter and asked to pay. The counter staff just stood there and stared at me and said nothing...i was like ... what do you need? She bang her hand on the plastic barrier in front of her face and said you got to take the stuff out of the basket this thing is in the way i cant do it!.. I just got there to pay and got the attitude like that? She didn't even talk to me like a decent person! What kind of customer service is that?

The young man casher Hoydrea is so rude. I hope I spell his name correctly，he's the only guy at the counter at Friday night 18/8/2023. I'm trying to complain his behavior to store manager，but all the store persons told me the manager was not in at Friday night. They asked me to come in on Monday again. I'm not going to waste my time in this store any more. Like the other reviews in google for this store，there is NO SERVICE at all in chemistwarehouse Pacific Epping.

Absolutely disgusted after so many years of being a customer. They have my whole history in their system and I’m very particular about my medication brands. By accident I told the lady to give me Sandoz instead of serapax and she just said yeah yeah and when I got home I had some new brand of my medication in the bag. Nothing was mentioned that they were out of stock or different. I tried calling the Epping store which took several attempts for someone to even answer the phone. I explained the situation and she turned around and said it’s ur fault for getting the name wrong, so our pharmacist would’ve taken it as a generic brand and given u what was there and that these medications can’t be returned. She mentioned in My history I have only ever used serapax and I was like well why then give me a totally new brand. Which to she still went on about but it’s ur fault u said the wrong name. She then went onto telling me to go back and see my doctor- which is in north Melbourne or get him to send a new script. Does this lady understand when a person is on anti anxiety pills you can’t just wait around for new appointments and or days for new scripts. I just could no longer believe what she was saying and accusing me of how I made the mistake and hung up. What great customer service! I give u a 0 for it. It’s the last time I walk in there

I would give zero star. store was supposed to close at 5:30 pm but they were busy closing early. I reached 10 min early to buy medicine but store person denied to sell medicine and close door. ANyway if you guys are eager to go home before time, dont work at pharmacy. Because medicine is vital thing for human being and u guys are not generous enough to do it.

Great chemist. They keep all my prescriptions on file and send text message reminders when they're due. Can't ask for much more.

I like to give 0 star but u can't give 0 star . Had gone to verify the documents but staff told sorry we are busy, what kind of customer service is that????? . And told me to go another chemist .zzz and even didn't apologize

If the staff can actually work instead of talking and ignoring customers then it’ll be a better store . I wish I could give less than 1 star . Terrible customer service , especially the pharmacists behind the counter .

Yesterday around 4:45 pm I was chemist warehouse buying some remedies, but I could not find a product and I went to ask a pharmacy worker, he was Young, Slim, Blond, He was very aggressive in answering me, It is not the first time that he does it, because when I went to tell what happened to the person in charge of the pharmacy at that time, that person gave me to understand that it was not the first time that he did it, and I understood that for his colleagues working with Him  it is displeasing. Having a worker with those levels of aggressiveness in a pharmacy where the clients, most are vulnerable, and need the best care, is a risk and very dangerous. In addition, having a good working environment in the pharmacy is essential to deliver a good quality of customer service because making a mistake when delivering a medication can have serious consequences. I suggest the immediate dismissal of that worker, since his level of agressiveness  is very dangerous.

Terribly laid out. No queueing system, people pushing in front of you. No room in the aisles.

It took them 15 minutes to just give a single file of prescribed medicine and the line was not even busy at all

This store has one of the rudist male employers ive ever come across. Do not ask the ethnic guy with a man bun for help. He will turn around and spit in your face give him half a chance. Just wondering if he would like his mother to get the same treatment. I will never step into that store ever again. He needs to be sacked.

I recently went to this place to get some colognes !!! N boy this guy named adrian works there is one helluva employee!!! He helpes me out with fragrances and had a good chat !! Looking forward to shop again with the best employee in store !! Kudos mate !!

I rarely do any google review but I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and the way they manage their expired items. The suplement was expired in April 2019 and It was still on the shelf till December 2019!!! What if someone happen to pick up that product, take the tablets without checking the expiry date, and experience terrible sign effects or even worse such as life threatening? Who will be responsible for that customer’s health if something really bad happened? When I gave it to one of the staff, she did not even look at me nor say anything, just walked away like nothing happen, what kind of customer service is that? It is unacceptable, irresponsible and very unprofessional.

Put in my prescription to get some ventolin And 30mins later and after seeing customers drop off and pick up there prescription after us wondering why we haven’t been called yet, then go up to the counter and see my prescription sitting there, after telling someone to serve me the lady that served me was trying to tell me why do I use my puffer and how come so many and telling me I shouldn’t use it even tho I’ve been a asthmatic for over 15 years and lady kept going on about what you should be taking and she was being disgustingly rude and had no respect what so ever

Nice shop has everything however the employees are something else. I put my stuff on the counter to pay and the employee didn’t interact with me at all. Other employees have mean attitude

Extremely poor service, there was a employee showing a racist attitude, i was checking on the products and she was like following me everywhere without even asking to help. Upon asking for help, she was extremely rude. I will never go back. I prefer to give -5 rating if possible.
