I love freshly made sesame naan and plain naan here. They recently changed the dine in price from $5 to $8 dishes. It's still unbeatable. Taste scores: 5☆naan, 3☆dishes, 4☆rice

The food is good but when you consider the EXTREMELY affordable price, then I'd day it's amazing. Most of the dishes are only $5 at Take-Away prices. Those prices change to $8 if Dining-In. There are other items on menu that are in the $14 range which is still very, very reasonable. The pictured meal is Beef Haleem, Beef Nihari, and 2 Naan breads. All for $12. I will definitely be back to try the other menu items. And the female staff at the register was friendly and polite.

Nice and affordable place. Its Not one of the best pakistani Resturant but they got some peshawri touch in their food. My recommendation is lamb shank pulao. Staff is professional and humble. Try it. You will surely like it.

Food is good value when you consider the reasonable prices. They are are also quite organised with the ordering system. Overall a positive experience. However, I'm not sure why they would charge around 35% extra for dining in, considering they serve the food in cheap, disposable, plastic cutlery. And it's all self-serve anyway. People need to be persuaded to reduce plastic waste by eating in resusable utensils, which is mainly the reason i don't use take away. But no surprise here as most desis don't give a flying faack about the environment.

Ordered chicken seekh kebab karahi, charged $20 for seekh kebab karahi and gave us only seekh kebab. Not professional behaviour. Could be a mistake but still not appreciated

Food is reasonable. The flavours are ok but could be better. Really good value for money though and the portion sizes are good. Service is friendly. Suitable for students or people on a budget around the area.

Food is really good. Keep in mind that self service for dine in. Take away is available and more popular. . We have personally tried both options Dine in and take away and found them to be delicious.

I ordered chicken karahi, seekh kabab(3 skewers), chapli kabab (1) and naan (2 additional) 1 naan each and raita came with chapli kabab and seekh kabab. Karahi and seekh kabab were ok, but chapli kabab was shami kabab in look and taste. My bill was AUD 55, so not expensive. Nan were very soft and liked by my family. Small dining area, but I saw families coming and enjoying food. Go and taste yourself. They have to improve chapli kabab or relabel it as shami.

I love their chickpea curry. All the curries I have tried are tasty and not too spicy. They are cheap and have good quality food. $7 for curries and biryani. But mostly men dine over there so the family should take away the order and enjoy it at their home.

Best taste for Pakistani food, must try lamb karai, chapli keebab, chicken kadai. And best for reasonable price range. Very good for general people. Prayer and good wishes from heart for the owner.

I bought tea today from them and they serve a old tea and the taste was like too days old and they serve me in less than a one minute after I ordered. The standard of food is very bad. Even that i ordered chicken pulao two weeks before and they packed pulao without chicken.

I've been here many times to pick up my online order. Absolutely reasonable price. The waiting time is okay in fact the best way to avoid waiting is to order prior to coming to the restaurant. It has a vast place for dine-in as well. Parking is available at the front of the shop on the street but hard to find.

4 meals for $20 is unbeatable in Melbourne Overall good for students, good for low income. Good parking option at front & rear. Need to work on ambience but due to heavy crowd it's still good

This Pakistani restaurant has some fixed menu that can be taken away for $5, good deal but hardly enough for one. Their $5 Ifter package is a rip off though. In Ramadan their $20 buffet ifter is popular, though I found it not a good deal for money. Overall their food taste good. No vegetarian options available. No change in the menu for long time. Charges $3extra per dish to dine in which is ridiculous.

Had a very nice experience with take away food. I was a bit reluctant to order as it was my first time to get food from this restaurant and the few reviews that I read weren't so favourable but I am glad that the food was very nice, fresh and not overly spicy. Very well balanced food. Will definitely order again.

Very good Pakistani restaurant to enjoy cuisine dishes. Reasonable price while not compromising on quality. Recently we ordered take away Chicken Biryani for Birthday function of our daughter and they went above the way to prepare delicious food. We got good feedback from our guests. Will recommend this place!

Great authentic food. Reasonably priced. Tge owner should minimise his social chatting with the customers and process the orders in a faster manner

Wow! What a gem! Loved the Til (Sesame) bread paired with the smoked Peshwari Lamb. Will definitely be back for repeat. The Chicken Peshwari was okay - but only because I was comparing against the Lamb which was ridiculously good, moist and flavoursome.

Just moved to Fawkner and was looking for something easy for dinner for our guests. Fantastic food and great value for money. Butter chicken, chickpea curry, and lentil dahl all delicious. Obviously a bit on the hot side but if you don't mind some spice this is the place. Will definitely be back for more.

Probably one of the most authentic and best Pakistani food restaurant in Melbourne. The food was tasty and a special shout out to "Naan" which was the best. Highly recommended.

  • 5/5 Asfand A. 1 year ago on Google
The best thing about this place is the affordability. $5 meals, the price is unbeatable. Apart from being extremely affordable, the second best thing is the naan. The quality, taste of food, and the customer service is also very good.

Probably the worst Nihari and butter chicken I have had in Melbourne. The nihari was inedible. It seemed like all the food was pre packed frozen meals reheated in microwave before serving. Atleast that’s what they tasted like. Wouldn’t recommend. The biryani was decent. The pricing was fair.

Good Food, Fantastic service, Brilliant atmosphere, Nice and Clean, Polite staff, and the Owner is very Friendly, Courteous and Well Mannered, and Great prices. Well, this review of mine is totally based on my "Personal Experience" and "Professional Observation". Myself being the Master's in Business Management, Administration and Accounting, along with the enormous experience of 30 years as BDM, and leading the sales team of 200+, associated with the world's largest organisation I can assure (Professional point of view, and based on my experience, my evaluation can't be wrong, HONESTLY) my observation at business point of view, if the owner/management isn't be good and behave well with both whether with the staff or the customers, no business can survive, staff won't last for a long period of time, neither customers... A simple observation of self proves what I have written is nothing but the truth. And, I wholeheartedly WISH the owner as well as the staff the best of the bests. Each one of them deserves to be applauded and appreciated.

Stop buying from this restaurant, first of all this place have expired food and second I have ordered few times online and every time there were missing items or wrong items, when I called them they denied to help me and hung up on me. I would never order or go to this place again, how could you sleep at night and stop scamming people
