Authentic Thai and Malaysian taste. Excellent service and hospitable staff during lunch times. I go for lunch 1-2 times a week. Fresh ingredients, healthy juicy chicken and amazing taste. I went for dinner once. After waiting for a long time, when no body came to my table, I had to go and pick menu up from the counter myself. Then i had to wave crazily before a school going boy noticed and came to serve me. Food was awesome as expected but service and staff at dinner was disappointing. This restaurant is at a premium location, becoming very famous and crowded at dinner times. Management needs to understand that to take it to next level they have to pay special attention to service quality at busy times. It is seriously under-staffed and you cannot run a professional restaurant with just family members. I love this place and really want it to do better. Besides busy times i never had any issue at off peak hours. Food quality is awesome and morning/lunch staff are the best.

Reasonably priced, full of flavour, fresh Thai cuisine, what more can you ask for? One of the really authentic tasting Thai food that I have tasted this side of town. Highly recommended to visit if you're keen to try some good tasty Thai food. Just wish they had some Thai deserts to top it off!

Nice food and portion is generous. I love the dessert, the sweetness level was healthy and not overly sweet , i would love to try more of their food next time if I am in the area. They also have private sections for mothers or groups that needs a little more privacy.

The food is sooo delicious, good portion size and well priced. My favourite are the Thai Green Curry, Pad Thai and Satay Chicken with peanut sauce (as I'm describing this makes my mouth water!). You can ask what spice level you want for those who are adventurous! The restaurant is clean, has good decor, spacious and well maintained. The atmosphere is very cosy and it's comfortable to have a conversation. There's even a small prayer room enough for 4-5 people. The owner seems very hardworking yet still down to earth with all his customers. The staff provide good service which made our experience very comfortable. This restaurant can get busy sometimes, so expect to wait a bit. The waiters are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain unless you're a Karen who expect fast food service and look for negatives in everything. Overall I'm very happy with the quality and service here and I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for authentic Thai food. Will definitely be back for more Pad Thai and try out their other dishes! Keep up the quality and well done guys!

Amazing experience! A must try. Food is so tasty, reasonable price and the portions are incredible. Service might take a while if you visit during peak hours but the staff are always welcoming and kind. Now it’s on my added list of restaurants when I crave for good Thai food.

Service is 0 stars but that option isn't available here, if your really hungry and expecting any service and food you can eat don't go to this place! It is very disappointing to have to write this review, however the service standard and the way order errors and complaints are dealt with is non existent and taking orders only to serve people the wrong food is not acceptable. The last 2 occasions at ummah Thai where not good, 1- we spoke to the ONLY waitress about the menu and discussed the dishes for a good 5 minutes, we ordered as per her recommendation, she repeated the order walked off and after sitting there waiting for this dish for 20mins I had to walk up to ask her where the rice was 'she forgot she said as she laughed and continued her ph call! we didn't receive the dish with the rest of our food, and it was cold! 2-Today the owner came to take our order and again there was no attention paid to our order being what we got served, he had to be corrected 3 times and we ordered BBQ lamb and specifically repeated DO NOT OVER COOK, MEDIUM DONE PLZ and we received a charred/burnt dish which was not chewable, the kitchen read it wrong and we received fried calamari instead of fried chicken wings and the photo of the BBQ calamari which was cold and raw was disgusting, there was no concern by staff or management about the mistakes made, the owner even saying next time he will get it right... Unfortunatley for him there will not be a next time as this level of service and serving food that was not edible or what we orded for $80 isn't good enough. I am all for supporting my Muslim brothers and sisters but this is wrong.

I am quite a picky person and I was extremely happy with the customer service and the food ! I am currently obsessed with Tom Yum soup and I’ll have to say out of most restaurants I have gone to in the past weeks, this Tom Yum soup sits 2nd best on my list !! The flavours are packin !!

We ordered two dishes, a basil stir fry and and cashew chicken with chilli jam. They brought us an identical dish with the exact same base sauces, just adding cashews to one dish. It looked and tasted like something you could easily throw together at home. Service was OK. Would not return.

The food tasted amazing..that peanut sauce is to die for ..the chicken was well cooked and moist..friendly staff and very family atmosphere..will be making this a regular now.

Excellent lunchtime menu with a good selection of dishes to enjoy. When ordering from the lunchtime menu you do get an additional can of soft drink included with your meal. Meals are delivered promptly freshly cooked with seasonal ingredients. You will find plenty of seating for in-house dining including comfortable lounge bench couch seating. Parking out the front and also in the Adjacent Shopping Center carpark. There is efpos available when making payment.

This restaurant in Campbellfield has a large seating space and even private seating room for families. Their Chilli Thai fried rice is a must to taste.

Terrible pad thai. Not what it used to be. I used to frequently eat here 3 years ago but moved away to Sydney, just came back excited to have one of my favourite thai places and was so disappointed. The colour was dark brown which is wrong from the get go, as it’s meant to be a caramel or light brown colour. The picture doesn’t do it justice for how dark it is, almost like its been drown in soy sauce. The smell was not right either clearly the recipe its the same as it used to be. Its also for some reason filled with barely cooked capsicum which over powered the flavour of the dish. Never had capsicum in pad thai before. Ate some and couldn’t finish the dish it was so bad. Not pad thai flavour at all. Next i tried some tofu and it was terrible, dry and stale like its been out for days, when i bit into it it was like cardboard and i had to spit it out after about 10 chews as it wasn’t breaking down. Chicken was nicely cooked but again flavour is wrong. So disappointing after so many years excited to come back, i even made my husband drive far on my recommendation even though there were thai places closer to us.

Have been here many times and until today have always enjoyed their food. Today we ordered stir fry beef, chilli fried rice, egg fried rice and pad Thai noodles. Stir fry beef and chilli fried rice were good. However both the Pad thai noodles and Egg fried rice were burnt. They had obvious burnt smell and burnt taste. Told 2 staff members about this. They refused to replace the dishes and one staff member actually insisted that this is how its supposed to be cooked. I will attach the pics and let people be the judge of this. Should have gone to the Taste of Thai Thomastown instead.

I recently came here to eat with my friends and family. The service was exceptional, the waiters were so kind, patient and overall amazing people. The food came out fresh and hot and was definitely delicious. I recommend this place as it’s a great atmosphere for families and the people are so nice there, they also have a prayer room, and tables were there are curtains for Muslim women to eat and feel comfortable this deserves more then 5 stars I recommend ordering the Hokien beef noodle and the Thai beef salad thank you

Did takeaway through menulog from here. The Thai Green and Red Curry was authentic and tasted great. Rich in flavour. The portion size was very generous and price was reasonable too. Would recommend.

Never had Thai food quite like this before. The owner was very kind and the staff were helpful. Great service, I came to eat with my extended family, they server our entire order in under 30 minutes. Love the decorations as well, makes you feel more comfortable.

Arrived at lunchtime from Brisbane in the middle of the Victoria cold, windy winter on Friday, 7 July 2023. Greeted by an awesome brother who's been very helpful with our order. Very sorry brother, I forgot your name. Their duck noodle soup and seafood soup are more than perfect. The best part is the hot chai tea he specifically made for me. Keep up the good work, brother. We'll definitely be back here next time. P.S. This is an honest feedback, and I know they don't really need it since everyone knows how good their services and food are.

Came here with my family, we were a very large group. It was our first time eating here. Food was good, came out fairly quick and the portions were big. Servers were very friendly and efficient, they ensured we got everything we ordered.

Food is just okay. The beef curry (see photo) has chunks of dry beef in it and not very nice. They did follow instructions for spice level. Coconut rice is recommended if you decide to eat here. However wouldn't recommend it if you are here for halal reasons. Better option available in Ttown
