Waited for 30 minutes and asked about my online order as the order number has suddenly disappeared from TV screen. Manager Rechecked and said it will take another 5 minutes. I understand it was busy and they need more staff. Manager could have apologised for delay but didn’t care about it. Looks like she was not happy at work. Also the staff needs to maintain hygiene hands as they were touching food with bare hands. No going back again.

Tables were filthy, the floor was filthy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. HJ Roxy Crew ..Please learn to clean!!!

So disappointing, I ordered a grilled chicken burger in a small meal told staff to make it fresh. The chicken is burnt and completely dry definitely not fresh and it was on the warm side same as the chips not fresh and warm. I did not enjoy my meal I travelled 20 minutes to eat at a halal hungry jacks and now wishing I never came here to eat. If your getting told to make it fresh, cook it fresh what rubbish service

I am deeply disappointed with the management standards at this particular location. As a loyal customer, I was appalled by the way I was treated during my recent visit. The cashier forgot to charge me 60 cents for sauce, and when I offered to pay with my card, I was told to walk inside to rectify their mistake. I’ve just recovered from a leg injury so walking inside wasn’t the best idea for me and so the the manager decides to display rude behaviour, making derogatory remarks about my lack of change and insinuating that I don't have money. This kind of behaviour is disgusting over such a small amount of change and raises concerns about the training and professionalism of the management team. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of respect and customer service

Can’t get their orders correct. Spent almost $100 in food and only sent half of the order with the Uber driver. This is the second time this has happened. Do not recommend getting food delivered through the Roxburgh Park branch.

On a positive note, it is worth mentioning that the coffee served at this establishment is of good quality. However, it is disheartening that the overall experience is marred by the aforementioned issues. If I could give this no stars, I would. It seems ignoring customers is the priority in this place. I had to say I was going to Maccas across the road to get anyone to serve me. When I did get served, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience of their time. Never ever go to any HJs again. Dirty tables in the dining area and bins over flowing.

Bad employer, bad management, never let your young.teen experience the bad worl.force. working for these guys , they treat their teens like slaves , mate it's not the middle east,we are in Australia. So we lives in a fair country, so they need act and treat their teens workers fairly. 🙄

Today 3 January 2023 at 11am restaurant table and floor very dirty don't even get me started on the smelly dirty toilet. What's worst only 3 customer in store and staff just standing around talking. Management need to teach these staff on how to clean.

I've been here about half a dozen times and not once has it been a good experience. It's close to home but that's about it. It's chaos there. Order always takes ages both drive through and in store. Good reason for us to cut out the junk food in the family.

Food is good as you can expect but service during lunch is slooooooooow.... Not really fast food for not really amazing lunch. The 5 min drive from work to wait 10 min for a fast food burger meal. Maybe give the workers some red bull to get them a bit more pep? Subway/KFC just around the corner so, eh?

Waited 10 minutes to order than waited another 25 minutes for my food absolutely ridiculous. Definitely never come back. No wonder McDonald’s are busier and much better service.

Worst hungry jacks in melbourne. Ordered a delivery after along day work. They could have just cancelled it if they were about to close or were out of stock due to peak xmas hour but they accepted the order, made the delivery guy wait for an hour and finally when the delivery arrived, a burger, nuggets and sauce were missing! Waited almost 2 hours for nothing!! So reckless and annoying.

We ordered double whoppers with cheese, onion rings,chips and cheese burger. Whoppers were dry with just patty and hardly anything else in it. The patty were either over cooked or had been cooked long time back they were simply dry. Chips, onion rings, and cheese burger were good.

This is meant to be a fast food service, we waited 40 minutes for our east in order. Never again will I visit this store. Appalling service

Over 20 minutes for a 3 nugget kids meal and water terrible service chips are cold, this team needs help they are trying but the understand that food needs to be hot so they need to move fast is not happening very friendly just very very slow. And good luck getting hot food the delivery service guy was waiting before i got there and the store is discussing and the floor behind the counter is wet thats an ohs issue bug time!!

Awful service. Ordered from doordash and waited an extra 40 minutes (1.5 hours total) for the order to arrive. First driver was sitting there for 20 minutes and ended up leaving because they hadn’t made my order. Called and spoke to the ‘manager’ who was extremely dismissive and rude and said that the doordash driver lied and was not actually there. She also said that they make the order as soon as the driver arrives however when the second driver arrived they didn’t start making the order until 10 minutes later. Food then arrived and was the worst food I’ve received from a fast food restaurant. The chicken was stale and dry, lettuce was brown and the chips had no flavour. Food also came cold and we only received one straw for 2 drinks. Very disappointed

Absolutely loved the service here especially from Dhanmeet very kind person and the warm welcoming is great, deserves a high raise for their wages and even the Cook's and the one preparing the food it was quick 🤯 which is great since I'm on hurry, again great service from Dhanmeet and others, give them Compensation!!! morning workers are very rude and we ordered two coffees and we got no whipped cream on it and the lady had the audacity to tell us that they had no whipped cream as she was handing it to us. the salted caramel coffee tasted like a salt packet was added to it and mixed in and the flavour made me feel like i swallowed salt water in the ocean it didn’t even taste like there was coffee in it. does not look like anything in the photos. i will not be ordering my coffees from here again and you guys need to start prioritising your customer service as neither the coffee or the customer service was up to standard. i did not get what i paid for, the only thing i got was a stomach ache. management really needs to step up their game.

Service is woeful. Kids behind the counter, unfortunately, so expect a lot of mistakes with your order. Hurts when the prices keep rising.

21 minutes in drive through to be told "No ice-cream." How hard is it to put a sign up so the queue of people you always have waiting don't sit for 20 minutes to be told you don't have it.

Every time I order, the staff makes me wait even though the restaurant is not busy. My last order was missing, also I am a Muslim and they prepared my order wrong and put the burger with bacon in it.

Possibly the worst Hungry Jacks in Melbourne. Stale, cold food. Painfully slow service. Rude, non-communicative employees. Items missing from orders, even ones done in the app. Waited nearly 20 minutes for an app order that was two burgers, two fries, two drinks. It was not busy and I was the first car in the queue. The female employee never said a single word to me. Just shoved drinks and a bag into my hand. Obviously no acknowledgement of the long wait, nor the missing fries that I had to ask for twice.

I ordered Uber Eat and my driver is waiting for 35mins and they are not even making it and told my driver to wait. They told my driver they only serve drive through and table first. Im so not happy with this progress at all as i paid extra on my delivery. I suggest they should get a new management in there ASAP. Last time im ordering them.

The food here is good, anyone who can enjoy a good whopper will find the food here satisfying. However, every table I tried to sit at was pretty dirty, the noise from the machines was quite loud and finally, the whole atmosphere felt pretty down. Additionally, I don't know if this was just me but I think the door needs fixing.

Staff were nice but store was dirty, floors were greasy and slippery. Watched delivery of orders to cars and then straight back to packing food and serving customers, no hand washing after touching doors and external surfaces. Will not give back to this store

Honestly the worse hungry jacks ever, every time i come here they always mess up my order, the drive thru girl wasn’t giving any good customer service she looked like she didn’t want to be there i then got my meals they messed it up so i went in to complain and they do nothing about it but stare? seriously is this how you treat your customers there was this one girl giving my a dirty look the whole entire time then whispers to another worker saying “The F she wants us to do about it” if i could give a zero star review i really would.

its always happen when we order through drive they always ask us to park outside as we always order vege burgers i understand its take time but we never got it while we were waiting outside in car park always need to go back in after 10-20 min then they gave us and they never apologise about it they don’t have any good customer service and sense of welcoming with smile on there faces if they can’t do work properly they need to be closed

Staff is very rude and slow. They are talking and laughing with friends while customers are waiting for the orders. Ordered only one chips and drinks, waited more than 30 min for that small orders. Once we ask about orders they are fighting with us and still talking with friends and laughing. Worst customer service store ever, we were really regretted that we order from that store. Really waste of our money and time. Worst and worst staff and store ever.

After being served in drive th by a rude woman who spoke broken English at best I was told to drive to the front of the store to wait for my order after around 10 min of waiting I was handed a bag which looked like the food was thrown in there all the burgers half unwrapped and squashed but every burger was stone cold and all the fries except for one small fries was hot so they had left all the food to go cold while they made a small fries.get some training for your staff and run your business properly food served below temperature is a health hazard lucky you haven't been sued for food poisoning like your store on the hume hy way in Campbellfield.....

This place was genuinely disappointing. Ordered food and asked for heavy sauce and Harvey lettuce! Got charged for it and didn’t get what I requested! So I went complained to them and still they just gave me the burger back nothing was changed! Chips were stale and cold! Drink tasteless! Sitting area disgusting and unclean!

Appalling behaviour from Teresa and Raquel. Extremely rude and dismissive. They literally shut the window in my face saying “we don’t time, we’re busy” when I was trying to fix my order they messed up. Higher management needs to follow up with the incompetent staff they have at this store. No basic customer service skills or human decency.

Waited at the drive through windows for 15mins. Team meeting took place while we waited. 2 Uber eats people were the only customers in store. No explanation to why our order took so long, when we received it was all cold

Worse hungry jacks, really bad customer service. Made me waste 30 min of my break time waitin for food, had to go back to work hungry on more than one occasion. Other time they forgot i was in the waitin bay, and when they finally brought my food out, they thought was funny Recently, they gave me the wrong order. Couldnt be bothered driving back so another food and money wasted. Very disappointing. Im done with them and dont waste your time on them

I was served by Caroline at the first window, and she was absolutely lovely. So polite, and happy. The second window where I went to pick up the meal, I wish I had grabbed the girls name, because she was also absolutely lovely, so well mannered and kind, and smiley. I truly hope these girls are appreciated for their customer service. And I hope they get recognised by their managers, because that is what truly makes a customers day :)

Restaurant was filthy, flies and spider webs lined the windows, pest control traps clearly not serviced in some time. Chairs and tables not cleaned after use. Food was sub-par, service was less than impressive. Person at the register was more concerned about someone leaving their drinks behind who had been gone for a while rather than taking my order. I was more concerned about the flies buzzing around the front counter at this point. Safe to say that I won't be eating here again, nor would I recommend anyone does until this store shapes up!

OMG, the customer service level here is the best in Australia. I can't believe just how good it is, compared to other Hungry Jacks. Great, helpful staff, knowledgeable and very courteous. I love going here. Steve.

The stuff is unbelievable irresponsible and rude. The harassment that the customers get is unreal. This place is very unhygienic. The employees dont even approach and say hello to the customers, they just ignore and wait for the customers to say something. The employees of this store are abusive and disrespectful. I will never be back neither at this place nor any of hungry jacks stores.

One star is too much for them, they should sell the place open something else like recycle centre, they have bad service rude employee, dirty tables and don't even want to talk about playground 🤮, today I ordered carry box with popcorn chicken, manager said they are out of popcorn chicken instead they give 3 nuggets, but for next customer they ordered same thing and he didn't say they are out of popcorn chicken and she had a popcorn chicken that is so discrimination, racist!!!! I will never go there again!!!
