This is the worst restaurant ever, I ordered Kibba and its came hot from the outside and frozen from inside, ordered meat Shawerma its came fully fat and not even taste well! The chef cooking without any kind of hygiene wear, no mask no gloves or hair cap !! He sweating and cooking ... he remove his sweat by his hand and them start cooking... very bad at all ... not recommend at all and an offical complaint will be raised against this restaurant hygiene!!

The Mixed Grill ($37) was enough to feed two people even though you might want to get an extra serve of cutlets if you like them. Add one a side of their well cooked and seasoned chips ($8) and you have a meal set for a king (or your queen). Would recommend coming here for great Lebanese food in the Roxburgh Park area

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed a Monsef order for my party, confirmed all the details a day before, and yet, upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed that they had forgotten to prepare it. The lack of responsibility and organization was astounding. The customer service was not only poor but also shockingly rude. Dealing with their staff was a nightmare, and their attitude only added to the frustration of the situation. I would strongly advise against relying on this restaurant for any important event or occasion. Their negligence and disrespect for their customers' time and effort are inexcusable. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their services significantly.

I'm surprised this tibas has a lower rating than the other one. The food on the whole was excellent. We ordered the mix grill. The meat was juicy and delicious. The portions were very generous since we were both able to finish it and had to get a box for takeout. I was glad they didn't charge extra for this. I was also happy with the service and we were well looked after and the food was brought out fairly quickly even though they were busy. I'll definitely visit this place again.

Nice place with lots of seating and parking. But the staff (even though there were many) were not attentive. We had to call them twice to get our order and it seemed like they were doing us a favour. Food was average considering Roxy is just around the corner.

Most rude and unhospitable owners and staff ever. We visited it with our family friends on Eid for dinner and ordered food. With in like 2 minutes of ordering we requested the manager to change 1 thing in our order but manager got angry, started misbehaving and shouting. Ultimately this Lebanese guy refused to serve us and asked us to leave his restaurant. Do yourselves a favour and leave these arrogant people alone.

The food is excellent and very reasonable. There's a fairly big seating too and you can walk in most of the days. This has become our favourite go to restaurant when we suddenly decide on going out for dinner.

Pretty average food considering the size of the restaurant .. Ordered lamb shawrma ,meat was dry and as I said was average .Small kebab shops outside offer better quality preparation i.e meat should be tender and juicy . Having said that sauces and salad serving was good.

Delicious, Fresh Lebanese Cuisine! We ordered the $37 set menu, there was SO MUCH FOOD! 2 of us could've shared one plate, we brought the leftovers home. The staff was super attentive, friendly and always greeted us with a smile and beautiful happy vibes! I love that the chairs and decor has been updated, we hadn't been for a while and it was a nice surprise to walk in and see the classy new seats and the screens with a fireplace, very cool touch! I would be happy to provide you with a review of Tibas Restaurant, which serves Lebanese cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the hummus and tabbouleh, which were both fresh and delicious. The falafel was also a standout, with a crispy exterior and flavorful interior. In terms of the atmosphere, Tibas Restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance, with friendly staff and a warm, welcoming decor. The service was attentive and efficient, with our server making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Bad experience on july 9,2022 with forced set menu that had not so good quality food. We called to book a table and were not told that it is going to be a set menu. There were not many options for vegetarians (my partner) and we ended up paying full $35 For me, The chicken wing, skewer and grilled chicken, all were dry, overcooked and cold, like someone forgot them on flame. Dips and falafal were good. Please ensure you ask them if there is a set menu while making a reservation.

This is a absolutely amazing restaurant. Went here for iftar multiple times and they served a amazing buffet. The staff and cleanliness was excellent and was a fantastic experiences. Been here more than once, and I would recommend it. Also great for inviting friends and family, you will have a excellent time.

Authentic Lananese food that would delight your taste bud. Those melting in mouth sausages were so delicious and the best Sambusak I ever had. Chicken was also good.

The service was quick and good. However the taste need improvement. The chicken in mix grill had almost no taste at all. The prices are fair.

Ordered a chicken shawarma. It wasn't good. I was expecting Tiba's Brunswick like standards. The shawarma here was just boiled chicken with lettuce and tomato in a stiff wrap. Not worth the price either, I could have made a better shawarma at home.

We never had such a bad experience in a restaurant, food wasn’t too bad BUT floor staff were horrible, customer service was so bad we had to leave before finishing our meals. Spent over $400 to 6 people and that was the worst $400 we ever spent in a restaurant. Would never go back. Ciao

Delicious food with generous serving size. We tried the Hassan and Sam specials. Both were delicious, BBQ was juicy and flavoursome. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend to all meat lovers

Customer service was very poor. It wasn't a busy time at all and I was holding my toddler waiting to get a high chair cleaned for over 10 minutes. Girl who took our order had a very dry personality, she didn't seem like she was enjoying her job very much. There was however another girl who gave my children lollipops so not all was bad but I can't say it was a welcoming atmosphere. Food not as good as it used to be unfortunately.

The establishment offers consistently good food, a friendly and unpretentious waitstaff, an attractive interior design, and delicious Lebanese desserts available next door. For a group of six adults, you may choose either one vegetarian + one meat platter, along with one pickle dish. Bread is generally on the house. Lebanese hospitality is generally very good. We went as a group of 12 on Friday, the food was amazing and the customer service was great. All of the ladies were perfect with a perfect and wonderful attitude towards us. It was a good pattern Where most of the waiters were girls and only 1 guy🤣. The best restaurant. I Really recommend this place for big groups.

Great atmosphere, the food was amazing and the taste was perfect. As soon as we walked it we got welcomed by a male waiter with a beautiful smile on his face it felt very welcoming. The customer service was great. And we will definitely be back in here. Keep up the good work.

Had an outing with the girls food was yummy ,have been to this restaurant before I recommend this place you will enjoy the food.

Stay away unless you speak arabic and want to take a chance with their food. Had the worst dinner experience on 27/10/22. Wouldn’t have left a bad review if only the food was bad which it was, the kebabs were cold and dry and the rice was watery, not cooked properly and looked like it was recycled from the rubbish bin. But the customer service was even worse than the food. The ignorance and attitude of the girl on the register was mind boggling. First they didn’t bring us what we ordered. We asked to swap the sausage and quail with shish kebab, the waiter said that fine. Then not only we didn’t get sausage and the quail, we also didn’t get the lamb cutlets and the chicken wings and shish kafta which were part of the order. When we asked they tried to blame us saying we got more shish kebab and shish chicken instead. After explaining everything in fifteen different ways they finally understood and convinced that the fault was theirs, they were still unapologetic and dismissive of everything. I didn’t see any way around the ignorance of the girl and so I let it go. They were talking among themselves in arabic which we didn’t understand but what really bothered me was when my partner went to make the payment and suggested that next time they should make sure they take the order correctly, the girl started abusing her and in a loud voice telling her “I spent one hour explaining things to your husband why are you here telling me about it again”! We had to get out of there before they started shouting abuse at us!

The service was terrible. The server made a significant mistake while taking our order, serving all items double and charging us twice. We clearly communicated our order, but it seems she didn't understand us.
