What a shame, from the best in the business to very ordinary! Used to be the tastiest, moist and most generous kebabs and kebab meat in the Northern suburbs, but they have gone dramatically downhill! Serves are very small, a large kebab meal is now half full of rice, a small container, not much meat and the meat was extremely dry. The dips were ok, but you don't order there for the dips!!

It's one of the best Turkish restaurants in melbourne . I hope they have a branch in the southeast of Melbourne . We always travel all the way for dinner in Roxy Kababs. Very fast service. Busy environment. There is plenty of parking on the spot, but if it's busy time, it's hard to get parking there.

I live in Chadstone and I have visited this place twice so far - that’s how good it is. The potion is generous. The dip is delicious and fresh (love carrot and eggplant!!!). The meat is juicy and tasty. And the AMAZING Turkish bread! Can’t praise enough for the soft, fluffy, warm bread!!! Definitely will visit again and again even I need to drive one hour for this amazing meal 🥰

If you're looking for a delicious and hearty meal, Roxy Kebabs & Cafe Coolaroo is the place for you. The meat mix is fantastic, and the humus and hot bread are also excellent. The baklava is a real treat, and the ayran is a perfect way to wash it all down. I strongly recommend this place - it's one of my new favourite restaurants!

Unbelievable! $19 for a kebab!!! If you're going to charge $19 for a kebab, then atleast don't be so stingy with the meat, and make it with fresh turkish bread, not the stale stuff you gave us. Still can't believe we paid $57 for three kebabs. Never again. May that money go to waste for you! Also, thanks for the 0.86 cents debit card surcharge. You do realise that under Australian consumer law you can only charge the actual cost you incur by your bank. You are also required to inform the customer.

not sure what happened to this place… had the set menu option long after iftar, and the place was mostly empty and quiet at the time we arrived. when i finished my soup, the food was already cold. everything was clearly pre-cooked and reheated, explaining for the lifeless and cold display. seriously poor commitment to consistent quality. also, regarding the salad, the feta isn’t the best quality, and the number of tomato slices / olives / cucumber cuts was inconsistent - with some plates not baring any

Great staff and customer service. Atmosphere is good. Unfortunately food we received was not made fresh and could easily tell if its microwaved. Some fries on top were hot and fresh whereas rest at the bottom were all cold and old. Not sure would re-visit.

Always gets my orders wrong little kids working don’t know what they are doing.... Clearly says on recipe what my order was I asked for well done and extra salt on chips none of that the food was cold the chips weren’t cooked properly there was no salt on them no chilli sauce as clarified definitely unprofessional

I've been coming here for years. I came here tonight and was told we could only order from the set menu since it was Ramadan. We asked if the Ale carte menu was available and was specifically told NO, only the set menu (refer picture) was available. We sat down ordered from the set menu. The family beside us sat and soon they got told there was a set menu specifically because of Ramadan, they proceeded to walk out and eat elsewhere. To which a waitress immediately stopped them at their tracks and provided them with the ale carte menu to which they enjoyed the lower prices of the ale carte menu whilst we got stuck with the higher prices of the supposed Ramadan set menu which composed of limited options and the excruciate higher prices. We will definitely not be coming back here again. Thank you for your services through out the years.

Love the mixed meals with the choice of dips and fresh bread. Adana meal was also a good option. Although the prices have gone up it's still my go to for a fancy kebab. It's good that they allow us to split the bill when we go out for a team lunch. Bread is still the best I've had in the area.

I am always satisfied with the food and service at Roxy Kebabs. I can't find any other place like it in the CBD. The portions are huge, and I often can't finish my meal and end up taking leftovers. The service is also fantastic! It's definitely my favorite Turkish restaurant in Melbourne!

It was so hot outside but so busy and loud inside. Staff were brilliant trying to accommodate. Food came out promptly and delicious. Good prices.

My sons food came out...then my food came out half an hour later...then half an hour after that my husbands food came out..safe to say we didn't eat dinner together tonight. Also the food was quite bland and lacked flavour. Terrible service. Also this place isn't autism friendly people at this place love to stare at people on the spectrum, staff included.

Been a customer for many years. Excellent portions, always have extras and i usually ask for a container as take away. Always cooked fresh and love the salads and dips to balance it out. It is great they have vegetarian options as alternative if you don't eat meat. I got free Turkish tea the other day as we ordered quite a lot of food. I will be back again soon. Thank you

The food is delicious as always. Have been going Roxy since last 8 years and no doubt their taste n quantities are ever lacked. They better their service now. Parking is still an issue but people can park other side of road at spotlight and can walk.

Best food but expensive. And some of our order was missed so had to go and re do the order. There should be a better way to take order. But enjoyed.

I had the Chicken Doner Kebab. A little more expensive than a takeaway, but well worth it. The serving size was very generous and uses fresh Turkish bread. Delicious and filling.

Too expensive compared to order size. Had same dish last year and had much better experience. This year prices went up and food quantity went down. Food taste was average, not bad but not good enough for the price charged. Very crowded with limited and congested seating.

Bought this for $20, if you guys want to buy 400g of potatoes, go to this kebab shop. Charged me $20 and I found it stuffed with potatoes with lamb icing on the top. A complete ripoff.
