Dined
here
with
a
colleague
last
night,
we
shared
the
tomahawk
steak
prepared
(rare)
as
recommended
by
the
chef,
lobster
bisque,
and
we
each
had
two
glasses
of
red
wine.
Neither
of
us
had
eaten
anything
within
the
prior
hours
before
dining.
The
server
was
excellent
and
the
food
was
great
at
the
time.
However,
when
I
couldn't
make
it
to
work
this
morning
due
to
profuse
vomiting,
I
thought
maybe
it
was
a
fluke
until
I
followed
up
with
my
colleague
who
was
experiencing
the
same.
This
led
to
the
conclusion
that
it
was
from
our
dinner
last
night.
I
called
the
restaurant
and
left
my
concern
for
food
safety
with
a
lady
who
was
to
pass
on
my
info.
to
the
manager
and
I
was
to
wait
for
a
callback.
When
this
"manager"
called
me
back
he
was
extremely
arrogant
and
told
me,
"I
don't
know
what
to
tell
you,"
and
then
listed
how
many
steaks
and
bisques
he
sold
that
night
and
that
he
hadn't
gotten
any
other
phone
calls.
Obviously,
this
gentleman
has
no
understanding
of
how
food-borne
illnesses,
pathogens,
etc.
work.
GREAT
JOB
hiring
a
"manager"
without
basic
competence
in
how
the
food
industry
works.
This
is
the
type
of
reaction
I
would
expect
from
a
Chili's,
not
a
fine
dining
establishment.
When
one
drops
$300+
on
a
dinner
with
a
business
partner
and
both
end
up
ill,
one
would
think
that
the
management
would
care
about
the
safety
and
quality
of
the
food
being
served.
I
assume
this
"manager"
thought
I
was
looking
for
a
refund,
but
this
is
not
about
the
money
this
is
about
pure
principle.
However,
due
to
this
manager's
complete
disregard
for
a
concerned
patron
and
his
incompetence
alone,
I
will
never
dine
at
another
Bob's
and
will
be
sure
to
let
others
know
about
my
experience.
