had
a
fantastic
customer
service
experience
when
I
ordered
a
few
takeaway
meals
for
our
group
lunch
over
the
phone.
The
staff
member
I
spoke
with
was
prompt
in
picking
up
the
phone
and
incredibly
friendly.
The
food
preparation
time
was
surprisingly
quick
as-well,
taking
only
about
10
minutes.
This
made
it
a
perfect
choice
for
those
of
us
who
were
on
a
tight
schedule
and
looking
for
a
fast,
piping
hot
meal.
Upon
arrival,
the
food
was
already
prepared
and
waiting
for
me
to
pick
up.
Although
overall,
the
dining
experience
was
pleasant,
I
was
slightly
disappointed
with
my
grilled
barramundi.
My
friend's
portion
was
well
seasoned
and
delicious,
but
unfortunately,
mine
lacked
any
flavour
and
was
quite
bland.
It
was
underwhelming
to
see
that
one
of
us
had
a
more
enjoyable
experience
with
the
same
dish.
During
the
ordering
process,
I
was
told
that
the
sweet
potato
chips
typically
serve
about
2-4
people.
While
they
were
indeed
tasty
and
worth
ordering,
the
portion
size
seemed
more
suitable
for
two
people
rather
than
a
larger
group.
The
box
was
not
filled
to
the
top,
so
if
you're
sharing
with
more
than
two
people,
I
would
recommend
ordering
two
serves.
On
a
positive
note,
the
Greek
salad
that
accompanied
the
grilled
barramundi
was
one
of
the
best
I've
had,
which
is
a
lot
to
say
about
such
a
simple
salad!
The
steak
sandwich
was
also
very
tasty.
It
was
cooked
to
perfection,
as
you
would
expect
from
a
quality
fish
&
chip
shop.
Given
that
2
out
of
the
3
meals
we
ordered
were
spot
on,
I
am
eager
to
return
and
explore
the
rest
of
the
extensive
menu.
