    I was impressed by the outlay of the store. The design is amazing. Clean and organized. Parking for parents with prams available which is very helpful. Update 26.3.23 Place still good and looked after. Products available and helpful staff

    I got kicked out for absolutely nothing. He goes by the name franjet the manager and was swearing at us and was kicking us out for no reason. I am tired of racism get him fired and he also said if we don’t get out he will file us for stealing. That’s black mailing. He said we can never come in again and we are banned. So racist

    Great, clean store with a vide variety of products. 5 *, HOWEVER it seems like that staff at the self-service has forgotten that they are here for us and not vice versa. Your store should introduce training or pieces of training- how to smile and be polite as well as about cultural diversity.

    Customer Service is ridiculous. Ruining the brand of Woolworths. The half price items change every Wednesday. I was in the store on Tuesday at 5pm on 15 Nov 2022. The staff has already taking away the 1/2 price items from the shelves saying making room for next day deals. One of the staff was very very rude and didn't allow me to pick up the 1/2 price item saying come tomorrow. Seriously, you have the item in stock, not letting me take it and asking me to come tomorrow to buy at full price. I reported to one of the senior members, still got the same reply, "You can come tomorrow. We are making room for next day." I have the pictures from that day which I will be sharing with the headoffice for sure.

    Very good specials on some groceries, especially on cat's food, the only negative experience that I have is the worker who was on self service section she was very rude and she didn't have a good comunications with the customers

    Online team do an excellent job with my direct-to-boot orders. Last shop I got a slightly beat-up box of coke cans and they added a free block of chocolate with an apology note due to the shape of the box :') Love that you even thought of that guys. Great customer service!

    I have been taking the services of this branch Direct to Boot since last few years and observed many staff coming and going, but I cannot resist commenting on the great and consistent service of Fransis. She has always been kind, cooperative and very helpful individual.     I shop here multiple times a week. It is a nice shop, and generally well stocked. The parking is good, and very close. The only thing that lets this place down are the in store employees doing the online shopping. I always feel like I am just getting in their way by being there.

    Hello, yesterday at around 8:30pm, one of my family members bought a product, come to realize that it was overpriced then the displayed shelf price. My family member wasn't aware of the scanning code of practice nor did the employee recognize it when it's their job, but instead of giving it for free they just fixed the price. Countless times we've come to this store and never not one of your employees has recognized your scanning code of practice or we'd tell them about the shelf price and they wouldn't bother to check it, they'd be like ''what? oh no'', topic finished. At least call your manager for help? Where's your stores compliance with policy and procedure? I need a follow up message asap, a refund or something in return. Thanks.

    This young lady deserves so much acknowledgement, when I go to the deli and Ardelina is working and serves me I am happy . She is always smiling and goes above and beyond . What an asset you have Woolworths . Keep smiling Ardelina and thank you for always making my deli shopping lovely :)

    Not impressed with this Woolworths. I miss Roxburgh Park store. The staff are very inexperienced with no knowledge of company policy. No refund on non perishable items. No refund on anything according to company policy even though you have receipt of proof of purchase. So untrue. I had no problem getting a refund at Broadmeadows Woolworths. Time to change stores!

    Staff filling online orders take over the aisles and rarely even say anything as they push past shoppers. We used the self checkout and were helped several times by a lady called Manpreet (I hope I'm spelling it correctly). She was polite and helpful and busily doing her job. Even with many customers needing her assistance she was got around to everyone.

    I know everything is not available now but the store is always clean busy filling shelves with what products they can require from sellers and very polite staff and we have a favourite staff member on register and is very helpful and greets with a smile.

    First time there. I liked it. Smaller than usual but easy to find items you need. Not like big stores where you spend too much time looking for something. P.S. Fruit and vegetables a so much fresher.

    The staff here are terrible, with no people skills at all. The bathrooms are never open. - easy fix. Staff sit outside the front of the store smoking. - easy fix. I spend like $500 a week on shopping and instead of going here, I go to Coles in Greenvale. And I literally live 2 minutes from here. ... So they're losing like $24,000 a year, from 3 super easy things to fix. 😶
