We went in to just have a look at the display of bricks which was great but this review is more about Doug who helped us understand the range of bricks and roofing. He explained so clearly and repeated number of times until we understood. He was so patient and gave 101% attention to us even though it was his last hour of work before Christmas holidays. Not only that but we saw him attending the clients even after his work hours. I absolutely appreciate his efforts and dedication to work.

Very friendly, kind and professional staff. A lot of good bricks choices displayed outside. The gentleman (forgot his name) greeted us nicely and gave us a lot of important tips and info in choosing the correct bricks. Really appreciate the time he spent with us explaining bricks stuff. As a bonus, he even gave us a sample brick that we want and a list of display homes that have the bricks of our choice to see how they look like in a built house which was extremely helpful for us to see the bricks personally in that scale. Awesome experience!

Bricks are one thing which are hard to change once selected and we were confusing our self so much with the selection. We went to Austral Bricks in Deer Park and the service we received was mind blowing. The staff were so talented and extremely professional. Very considerate and caring, hearing what we want to achieve and helping us constant;y with the choices.

Had a wonderful experience here. Spoke to Doug who was super helpful. He took his time explaining everything, we had a lot of questions and he went through each and everyone of them. 👍👍 Even gave us a some sample bricks for the ones we liked.

Shortage of availability mostly on the bricks I like. Although customer service is good. Some of the bricks were discontinued

Very helpful staff. Good to look at the various brick types in small wall sections. Very different from just looking at sample boards.

Great service. Went in to view the bricks I have selected for my build and the boys were great in helping me settle on my mortar choices. Gave me good sound knowledge of the type of brick I had chosen and even gave me some samples to take away. Often the knowledge can be dumbed down with companies, not these guys. Walked away much more content with my choices.

We visited this afternoon to check two different types of brick, for an upcoming build. The customer service was absolutely exceptional. The kind of service you don’t commonly receive these days.

Horrendous costumer service. We had a quick enquiry about color options and the lady in a very rude way didn't even let us explain and just kept saying what they had and what they didn't. She just wanted us to leave. Not recommended place. There are friendlier places to look.
