Very well designed layout. Stock arranged nicely and staff very attentive. Clean and tidy.

Dusk always has something different to see, it’s a very creative store. The membership is good to get if you shop at dusk often otherwise it’s a bit overpriced.

Had quite an uneasy experience here. The stars go to the young girl serving me who took the time to fix the issue (who succeeded and was polite about it) with an attempted purchase through zippay; one star lost for the manager who gave off quite a rude “I really cannot be bothered” vibe...

I needed to get some vacuum beads and the girl in Highpoint rang three stores to track them down for me. I also needed to replace an Aurora vapourizer that I had had for a year, again Highpoint didn't have one but she tracked one down for me and got them to hold it. The exchange was without hassle and the service at all three stores was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff in making this a pleasurable experience. Karyn

A lovely beautifully displayed store and some great products. But the issue i have are some staff would rather continue to finish off rearranging their display rather than assist customers. Manager could be more pleasant to her staff, as she was quite rude when communicating with team members.

Such beautiful staff at Dusk, Highpoint. Never pushy, always helpful. The shop is so inviting. Merchandising is on point. Definitely worth a visit.

Great store for Christmas gift ideas. Nice range of candles and other products and very reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Only loses a star because the smell in the store is overwhelming and unbearable, too many mixed scents makes it very hard to shop in the store for a long time without getting a headache.

Just had an experience with a staff assistant named Holly who was very lovely and very helpful. She helped us pick out an excellent gift and knew exactly what we were after. She gift wrapped everything and has excellent customer service.

Staff is so friendly. One of the other customers broke a vase and they didnt even bat an eye. 5 stars for the customer experience. Even though the products are on the expensive they are definitely worth a look

i went in to ask a question and the woman literally sighed and rolled her eyes over it. i just wanted information on the bubblo bill candle. very very rude. couldn’t help me with any other information either

Went in this morning and had terrible service- 3 girls chatting loudly behind counter and not one offered assistance even though we went over and asked multiple questions.
