👍👍 Tipsy is my favourite hangout place in Melbourne. They have mouth-watering starters, excellent recommendations for shisha flavours, yummy cocktails and great customer service.     Visited late night. Charge 4$ for a can of coke. Pretty average with not so good customer service. Changed the coal after asking for 2 times and then going to counter to ask again. Prefer the South Yarra one over this one.

    Went here for the first time with my friend and even though it was Easter Sunday and a little bit quiet, the hospitality was great. (The owner?) recommended some cocktails and they were pretty top notch. Will definitely be coming back here. They are such lovely people. Thank you!!

    A good place for beer on tap cheap prices and also special cocktails available. Shisha lounge with a great selection of flavours to choose from. Located 2 mins from Elsternwick shops. Go here if you want a relaxing evening.

    Great place for a chill few Bev's and a shishah if you're of a mind. Bar dude was super nice and chatty and the beer was cold. Can't go wrong really ✌️

    Recommended for best sheesha in town. Awesome atmosphere with great service. Try their luxury sheesha it gives you a good vibe with their new exotic flavors.

    Not too busy. Cocktails are nice. Should be open more often I don’t really understand why they open only 4 times a week when they aren’t too busy or over packed on Fridays or the weekend? Great potential! Just should aim to be different compare to other places in Elsternwick!

    If you are looking for a great shisha place with great cocktails, amazing music, dance floor and love to play pool game. This is a place you definitely visit. Open 7 days a week. Amazing friendly staff. Great open space. Highly recommended to shisha lovers.

    Have been coming here since they opened, fantastic Cafe during the day and at night transforms into an outstanding lounge. Decently priced and has a reasonable range of Food + Drink with friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend.

    Nice atmosphere !! Staff very friendly and nice !! Shisha needs abit improvement & wish if they had more pool tables !!
