Brilliant Indian vegetarian street food, well prepared and packed with flavour. Lots of options different to the usual suburban Indian restaurant menu items. Wonderful complexity in the seasonings and spices. Dishes can be ordered mild or spicy to taste. The proprietors are eager to please and take genuine pleasure when their dishes are enjoyed. This was a perfect ending to our day.

What A incredible experience! Have been to Dhamaka Indian Street Food and had the sampling menu . A very innovative Indian food truck . Food is one of the best Indian in Melbourne, love the fusion take on street food and the service is very personal and pleasant from the owner. Truly Indian street food test . Highly recommended!

Khichdi 4/5 &. Chinese food 5/5 tasty and tangy but Usal pav 2/5. Despite notifying twice to request bin Chnage, no one appears to care. Surely their prices are not 100% for food! We were happy to eat on feet using a filthy table but how could you present your business like this ! (lighting good enough)

Honestly one of the best street eateries you can find. Great place to taste delicious authentic Indochinese food and other food verities. We loved their Franky, Noodles and Khichdi. Highly recommended for street food dinner, surrounded by other great food trucks with food varieties. Bonus points to the chef and his assistant, very down to earth! Thanks again for yummy food. Worth visiting again.

Great taste and a place with a variety of options available. Very desi in taste and hence we really enjoyed. Also, the masala khichadi was amazing. Can improve the service in some aspects like being a bit more friendly to customers but overall a place which won't disappoint you in terms of taste.

What an amazing food truck that is hidden behind the glitz and the glamour of the shopping centre at the corner of princess highway and the Springvale road. Had a limited but mind blowing delicious food. The staff is friendly and even provided me with the directions for the new entry. They also warned me about the freakishly steep slope at the entry that is bound to take away your car bumper. The food was amazing to say the least. We tried the pav bhaaji and the veg Manchurian. I’ve not had a lighter and tastier manchurian dish in Melbourne. It literally blew our minds off. Was not too spicy or oily and was perfectly cooked. The pav bhaaji had an extremely generous level of butter on top of it. The quantity is pretty large as well. The pav was well buttered and soft. Can’t find a fault. The bhaaji for a mildly spiced preparation. I am going back to soon to try the other Indian street food that this place has to offer.

I had an same experience before specially for Chinese food. I would say please don't order Chinese food. This was my 3rd visit for Manchurian. Just because to support our local business and main thing to support our community. On the 1st visit i felt might be problem then second visit i had a chat with person and he fully refunded of Manchurian. And last 3rd visit i felt now probably its they would be better. As we had conversations with owner but i was wrong. Service was ok. My tounge says please no more. Review is not weapon. It's genuine feed back which needs to give to any business on their service and food.

We ordered catering for a function at our home and it was such a hit! The food was delicious and everyone praised it. The service provided was amazing along with the communication. I'm very impressed. We have also eaten at the food truck a few times and were met with friendly staff which is why we chose them for catering. Thank you team for making our event a hit!

Amazing Food !! ( Reminds me of India). The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted was great, specially the "Veg Noodles", "Fried Rice" and "Manchurian". Must try items on the Menu. Quantity is good enough for 2 person. I highly recommend this. Keep you the amazing taste.

Amazing! A must! This casual dining has something for everyone. Like a good homestyle country savory. Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place for a place to eat on the cape.

Never disappointed with their food Quality and taste. Khichdi's are the best. I also enjoy having Indo-chinese at this place. Though, they should have extra chair and tables for customers.

Too less quantity for the price. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž. We ordered the Special Chinese Platter for $25 under the name Ashu. The quantity was too less and all the items were salty. The images shown in other reviews have way more quantity than what we received.

The indo chinese here is great. Lahsun Pyaz khichdi is also very good. We’ve been coming here for years and we love these guys.

I ordered a Schezwan Fried Rice and Paneer chilly, I felt the fried rice was really good, even though the quantity was not like a lot but the taste compensated for it. It was really yum. Fried rice is a must try. But the paneer chilly was definitely a major disappointment, it just did not feel upto the mark in terms of taste and also like it felt kind of rubbery. I feel i wasted money there. I would have definitely given 5 stars only if the paneer chilly was even close to decent, but fried rice is definitely a 5 star, gives that Indian vibe.
