These guys are excellent. No argument. My family own a number of top end mountain bikes, ebikes and then some mid-range kit from a range of manufacturers. Alfie, Elliott, Cam, Michael and Chris (who have I missed?) are always incredibly supportive, courteous and thorough. I have been to every bike shop within a 10km radius of Malvern Central and these guys are without question the best mechanics. They are serious cyclists that do their work with care and pride. The Trek gear they sell is top end quality at a reasonable price.

Great experience at the Carnegie Trek store thanks to Lauren, Harry and Michael. I live 2hrs away from this store, spoke to Lauren over the phone who got the Dual Sport 2 ready for test ride same day in short notice. Such a nice comfortable ride and I knew this was the bike for me. Highly recommend this store!

The team are switched on. They know when you enter the store and offer help but are not pushy. When you request help, they know their product and are great a determining what will suit your needs. I have purchased shoes and a helmet from 2 different team members and both were enthusiastic and not the typical sales assistants you find.

Quality products. I love my Domane road bike. Before purchasing the bike I found myself comparing this to everything else I rode. I checked out suitable competitors. It became my bench mark and nothing came close. The advise from Alfie at the Carnegie store, after he intently listened to the type of person I am as well as rider he recommended the most suitable bike. I love the electronic gears. The Domane is effortless. Super agile, easy on the back as it is designed for endurance and comfort. The team are outstanding by positively responding to my after sales needs. I wished I had indulged years ago in such an awesome bike. Riding my Domane puts an endless smile on my face.

Trek Carnegie, Victoria 3163 feedback I had a new rear wheel fitted to my bike at my LBS, it went well. The price was fair and competitive. Friendly helpful staff. The prices of genuine products were better than found in online searches and come with a warranty that can be supported if there is a problem. Also I avoided all the post issues with large awkward fragile items and the hassle of getting the items at the same time. I will be back.

Service is second to none. Alfie the bike mechanic knows everything you can know about bikes and is always going above and beyond to make sure my bike up to scratch. I called up today to see if someone can take my pedals off because I couldn’t get it done at home. Alfie took them off and even offered to replace them with new ones I had just bought. Highly recommend!

Was struggling to find a suitable set of carbon rim brake wheels for an old but very good bike. Contacted the guys on the phone and they were very helpful. Set me up with a great wheel set - converted to tubeless for me with no hassles and a good price. Picked it up the same day(they were incredibly busy). Great service.

Friendly efficient staff. I went in to day with a blown out tube, and in need of a new light and stand. Charlie the tube and accessory man showed me the new accessories (huge range of Bontrager goodies) and Viola ! A near new bike with one happy cyclist !
