I
went
in
for,
I
requested
x4
new
tyres,
oil
change,
fog
light
and
brake
light
fixed.
Took
a
call
from
the
manager,
quoted
me
4
tyres
that
came
with
a
cash
back
of
$150,
didn't
mentioned
that
you
had
to
facilitate
the
cash
back
yourself.
Then
received
another
call
from
the
shop
from
a
different
mechanic;
told
me
the
oil
would
be
changed
and
the
lights
fixed,
didn't
mention
a
pick
up
time.
I
called
back
at
420pm
to
see
if
the
car
was
ready,
he
said
yes
it
will
be
30min.
Hurried
was
stuck
in
traffic
and
then
get
a
call
from
the
manager
telling
me
the
car
would
be
ready
to
collect
in
morning.
Had
to
argue
with
him
to
get
the
car
left
for
pick
up
that
night
and
it
was
all
like
he
was
doing
me
a
favor.
The
bill
then
had
additional
work
that
was
not
requested
and
the
work
that
I
had
requested
was
not
done.
Didn't
receive
any
information
on
the
cash
back
offer.
The
next
day
the
brake
light
blew
and
had
to
back,
get
it
fixed
and
then
get
the
fog
light
done
that
I
originally
requested.
Received
a
flyer
on
the
cash
back
offer,
when
completing
it,
I
found
it
to
be
invalid
and
after
calling
Michelin
to
confirm
they
let
me
know
it
was
invalid
and
the
mechanic
should
not
have
offered
that
promotion
for
those
tyres.
A
week
later
the
car
is
making
a
noise
that
was
not
present
before
it
was
worked
on
by
this
garage.
I
will
not
be
taking
back
there
for
inspection.
Do
not
see
go
to
this
mechanic,
he
is
arrogant,
rude,
knows
nothing
about
customer
service
or
communication
and
adds
on
additional
work
that
is
not
requested.
Worst
experience
with
a
mechanic,
ever.
