This
time,
I
don't
take
your
irresponsible
and
untrained
employees
to
the
court.
I
just
sent
you
this
email
asking
to
have
more
proper
training
for
your
employees
so
that
they
can
provide
acceptable
services.
Hopefully,
someone
will
do
something
to
help
the
council
improve
their
services
and
to
at
least
pretend
that
you
care
about
the
health
of
people,
which
should
be
above
anything
else.
Dear
Director
of
Regulatory
Services,
I
trust
this
email
finds
you
well.
I
am
writing
to
bring
to
your
attention
a
recent
experience
I
had
with
the
council's
handling
of
a
matter
(I
removed
the
name
of
the
employee
-
Regulatory
Service
Authorised
Officer),
which
left
me
deeply
concerned
about
the
level
of
service
provided.
My
intention
is
not
to
complain
but
rather
to
express
my
hope
that
necessary
measures,
such
as
training,
can
be
implemented
to
avoid
similar
occurrences
in
the
future
and
enhance
the
overall
service
quality.
I
recently
received
correspondence
regarding
a
matter
that
I
find
both
unethical
and
unacceptable.
Despite
our
efforts
to
communicate
a
pressing
medical
condition,
the
response
received
was
dismissive,
stating
that
the
issue
did
not
fall
within
the
council's
purview.
It
is
disheartening
to
encounter
such
a
lack
of
empathy,
especially
when
dealing
with
matters
of
urgency.
Furthermore,
the
initial
response
from
your
officer,
who
failed
to
properly
assess
the
situation
and
opted
for
a
low-quality,
rushed
photograph
labelled
as
"Officer's
notes
and
photograph,"
raised
concerns
about
the
professionalism
and
thoroughness
of
the
council's
approach.
Subsequent
interactions
only
compounded
these
concerns,
as
a
second
review
officer
reiterated
that
the
council
deemed
the
situation
outside
its
responsibility.
While
I
am
willing
to
address
the
matter
promptly
and
pay
the
required
amount
to
the
Council
of
Dandenong,
I
feel
compelled
to
highlight
the
importance
of
responsibility
to
taxpayers.
The
council's
duty
extends
beyond
mere
transactions,
encompassing
a
commitment
to
public
welfare
and
well-being.
I
genuinely
believe
that
with
adequate
training
for
all
employees,
there
is
potential
to
significantly
improve
the
level
of
service
provided
by
the
council.
Training
initiatives
could
include
enhancing
communication
skills,
promoting
a
more
empathetic
approach,
and
ensuring
a
thorough
understanding
of
the
diverse
issues
that
community
members
may
face.
I
appreciate
your
attention
to
this
matter
and
trust
that,
with
your
leadership,
positive
changes
can
be
implemented
to
foster
a
more
responsive
and
responsible
local
government.
Thank
you
for
your
understanding
and
consideration.
Thanks,
