Great shop with everything you’d ever need for a great trip in your van or trailer. Excellent customer service and friendly faces throughout the store. They have a great range of products and superb knowledge about all things caravans and camping. If I could give 10 stars I would, fantastic work CARAC, I’ll be back soon!!

Needed parts for a Thetford toilet. Which they had aplenty. The service and advice was freely given. The allowed me to over buy parts just in case I needed them and return the ones I didn't need. That only means that I'll be back many times. The range of products covers every need.

The staff here were pretty good, we turned up needing an electric braking system on the car for the caravan. It was sorted out pretty quick and allowed us to continue on with our holiday😊

These guys have everything i have needed for my 12 year old Jayco. Was absolutely blown away with their range of products and friendly staff. Special thanks to John in parts who went above and beyond to help me with a much needed part an absolute gentleman. For me was worth the 150km drive for a one stop shop at unbeatable prices.

When I walked into the store the gentlemen in the counter who was wearing glasses told me you must be looking for auto barn which is next door. Since I was a local and been to the autobarn many times I know where it is. Not the best way to greet a customer when they walk into the store. Felt like the other staff didn’t care at all serving the customers plus I have a south asian background the gentleman with the glasses looked at me like I could not afford the products they sell. Possibly the worst customer service I ever had.

Got work done with Mark and Jess(caravan) and Vel for the car. Very happy with the service and 10 stars for Mark. Top bloke. Glen n store was also fantastic. The only let down was not a cent discount off when I made final payment with Julie. I spent under $3,000. I thought I'd get at least a 5% discount or even a meger $20 off. But wasn't to be. I still gave a 5 star due to the great service, care and respect shown by 1st Mark and Jess and 2nd Glen and Vel. Very happy customer and will be returning for services and any work in future.

I emailed Carac to get some information regarding purchasing a gas hose, I received a speedy reply and they were extremely informative. Top notch customer service. I will definitely use these guys in the future

Amazing customer service! Everyone was so kind and helpful in my time of need! The water pump in my coffee van broke while I was on my way to a job & I frantically headed down to Carac as my father & brother weren’t available to help me at the time. Their team was able to fit the part for me straight away to ensure that I could get to my next job as soon as possible. Will definitely be recommending Carac to all that I know :)

Thank you Carac for an excellent customer service in the shop and the workshop for the 1st service of my caravan. Mark and Jesse are very good assets to the company, they kept me inform all the time with a phone call to let me know at what stage they were. Couple of hours after picking up the van I received a phone call from Mark to check if everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this company for service of your caravan. Went to Carac to get our caravan and car levelled and matched up for safety. We had an extremely helpful man called John that helped us get everything right with our Hayman Reeve Hitch. He was very informative. We feel much safer knowing that the job was done by a professional company.

Have shopped at Carac previously and found them to be so helpful. Just picked up our caravan after a service. We were kept informed as to what was required together with cost estimates so there would not be any “bill shock” on completion. The staff are very thorough and professional. Customer service at Carac is AAA+. Thank you to all the staff.

Generally OK but it can be difficult to get assistance. There is always 2 older blokes behind the counter near the TVs who talk to each other the whole time. Today they were complaining at length about a customer.

Staff are very helpfull and they usually have stocked items when most others are out of stock. Could be 5% or so cheaper to be very competitive but they will have the stock. Big range of items so allow so time for a good browse.

This place was recommended by a trailer shop which sends all their towing electric business here. They fitted assisted breaking and let us know when the Ute was ready to pick up. Good service.

Very good looking store with lots of stock for the caravan and camper community. I was able to find just what I was looking for with the help of staff. Will be back as you always need something if you camp with a trailer.

Purchased an LED ceiling light to replace the blown fluorescent. The advice in store was great and the change over straight forward. Although after wiring in the LED now both ceiling lights are not working. After some of my own troubleshooting and checking of wiring I was out of ideas. I called CARAC and spoke to Andy. Andy helped me troubleshoot the problem even further over the phone and found a fuse had blown. Replaced fuse and the lights are on!. Fantastic service and thanks again to Andy for his exceptional customer service.

I was so impressed with the service here that I did a reverse Karen. I called the manager on the way home to give positive feedback. They have a terrific online store but I did a 1.5 hr drive to the store specifically to take my time, browse and ask questions after just picking up a second hand caravan. One of the staff, Mark (who i understand to be new) was incredible. He took his time in explaining some things to me, a complete novice, in a way that was completely opposite to patronising and hurried. As a result, I left behind some things that I wasn't quite ready to install yet and took with me far more than I came to get. To clarify, I wasn't pushed to buy things but had things that I wasn't quite sure about explained in detail. This helped me to make a lot of decisions. Good advice, personality and service is really important to me. That's often what makes the difference between me going into a shop or leaving and finding the things online. Fair to say that I'll be back again, they'll be my regular store (as long as they maintain service like that) and I'll have no qualms in doing the 3hr return trip. Update: my visit was a couple of weeks ago now but I just messaged their shop to ask a question about bore water and hot water units. They didn't have to, but they offered to call to talk me through it. Just solid!

Had a tap put into our little van. Carac called to change our booking due to the Queen’s Public Holiday…. It was no problem at all. Mark was absolutely wonderful. He did a perfect job…help move the van for us….and asked us if we had any queries. Nothing was too much for him….just so helpful Mark is a true asset….and a top worker. And it is lovely to hear an employee state how much they enjoy working for the company. Mark said the company is the best and has a family feel to it. Please thank Mark for us. We had left 2 x messages with another company (who we even have our van stored with!) and no return call. But we are fortunate that we have now found Mark a and Carac! That checkout chick charging me for things that I didn't even purchase and then when producing the docket and asking the question pretty much called me a liar!! So please check your dockets before you leave the store
