was
so
impressed
with
the
service
here
that
I
did
a
reverse
Karen.
I
called
the
manager
on
the
way
home
to
give
positive
feedback.
They
have
a
terrific
online
store
but
I
did
a
1.5
hr
drive
to
the
store
specifically
to
take
my
time,
browse
and
ask
questions
after
just
picking
up
a
second
hand
caravan.
One
of
the
staff,
Mark
(who
i
understand
to
be
new)
was
incredible.
He
took
his
time
in
explaining
some
things
to
me,
a
complete
novice,
in
a
way
that
was
completely
opposite
to
patronising
and
hurried.
As
a
result,
I
left
behind
some
things
that
I
wasn't
quite
ready
to
install
yet
and
took
with
me
far
more
than
I
came
to
get.
To
clarify,
I
wasn't
pushed
to
buy
things
but
had
things
that
I
wasn't
quite
sure
about
explained
in
detail.
This
helped
me
to
make
a
lot
of
decisions.
Good
advice,
personality
and
service
is
really
important
to
me.
That's
often
what
makes
the
difference
between
me
going
into
a
shop
or
leaving
and
finding
the
things
online.
Fair
to
say
that
I'll
be
back
again,
they'll
be
my
regular
store
(as
long
as
they
maintain
service
like
that)
and
I'll
have
no
qualms
in
doing
the
3hr
return
trip.
Update:
my
visit
was
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
now
but
I
just
messaged
their
shop
to
ask
a
question
about
bore
water
and
hot
water
units.
They
didn't
have
to,
but
they
offered
to
call
to
talk
me
through
it.
Just
solid!
