Highly recommend! Their prices are reasonable and the workers were fantastic. They shaved off old slate which was a huge job, got rid of old carpets and then placed my new laminate floors all in the one day!! All with complete professionalism and a smile. Sun Floors are very professional; once they know flooring area to be replaced, initial quote were given relatively fast with good line items breakdown to make it clear. Payment terms are clearly stated, reasonable and flexible. Quote will become Invoice once the actual measurement and initial payment is being made; excess flooring materials were returned to Sun Floors and total Invoice will be adjusted once installation has been finish. Sun Floors gave me a good price for SPC Hybrid flooring, not the cheapest one but the extra price is definitely comes with good customer service, good communication, no hassle transaction, and trustworthy. They have their own installer, not subcontracting, and able to meet my installation schedule relatively fast. My old carpet were removed and disposed with a reasonable additional fee. The SPC Hybrid flooring installation process is relatively quick (around 68m2 takes about 3.5 hours) with high quality finish. I'm really happy with to deal with Karan and Aarti from Sun Floors; a very customer oriented company that I can recommend to my family and friends.

Sun floors accommodated our request to remove existing tiles and lay new hybrid floor boards as there was a time constraint to have it done ASAP (if not would have been postponed to another 6months). Sun floors did a swift work plan and presented it to me and got the work done to the best standard. Also not to forget the colour/type selection of floor boards was an ease due to the variety of boards showcased in the showroom. The work guys fleet Sun Floor use are really good - they mean business and work without much lag or delay(unless something critical) in a very organised fashioned. The place has been cleaned up of all visible dust n debris before they left the place. Kudos to Sun Floors and their workmanship team. Strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a flooring change !!

Aarti has been extremely helpful during the hybrid flooring review, delivery, installation process. There are too many variables in the flooring selection process and Aarti guided us extremely well which resulted in an outcome much better than our initial expectations. We recently removed tiles and installed hybrid floor in our house. Hi all, we did Vinly flooring in our house through Karan (Sunflooring) in 2018.The Floor was not levelled in our Living area and in few places and the same we informed Karan and his team they said they will level it and do installation and nothing will happen and they did installation on an uneven surface. After a few months as the  floor was not levelled the Vinyl floor got bend marks and clip joints started to open. Whoever comes to our house notices the same and asks who has done this work man ship. We didn't mention the company name. Now  we are frustrated and have no choice but to reveal and write reviews so that people should be careful while making decisions. We have been following since 4 years.  He is known to my partner as his company buys Floorboard and Tiles from him. He assured me he will be fixing it. I am sharing  emails ( where he confirmed he will be fixing it), have visited his showroom (He confirmed he will do it as he is waiting for the same Vinly Floor which he has installed in our home, sent SMS but no reply. Finally he is asking for more money for his poor workmanship. The worst part is when we took him to VCAT  in today Mediation he refused that he has done any work for us and asking for Invoice as a proof which he never gave to us) Guys please be careful while getting work with this person, never pay him cash and if you please ask for receipt immediately. Don't trust him, he will never send you an invoice, Also please make videos or take photos when he is working in your home. In our case now he is saying I have never done work in your house, I  paid him x amount  cash and balance through bank transfer. I am surprised how a business person can lie for workmanship he has done. Sharing work man ship. Email snapshot, and message for your records. I have also seen that one they finish work they will immediately push you to write a review and if something happens with poor workmanship of installation they will never response. They are not using certified tilers for installation. So please be careful as we are using our hard earned money and these people don't even take ownership of work they have done. Sorry to say but this is bitter truth.

**Sorry this review is for Hopper crossing store ** Arti from sunfloor imports (hoppers crossing) was very professional and responsive to deal with for my rental property flooring. She gave me the right advice on the flooring type and was very approachable right through the entire process. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the flooring. The installer was very good as well. He tried his best to level the floor where it was uneven prior to installing the floorboards and attended to the corners with trims/edging. He also went above and beyong by caulking few places in kitchen where there were gaps from the kitchen cabinet install. Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.

Had visited the showroom recently for laminate but ended up buying 100% waterproof flooring and kitchen bench-top, highly recommend this place for the price without any compromise on quality and service.

Sun Floors Laminated my leaving area back in Nov 2018. Black Butt laminate flooring was installed over 400x400 cm tiles. After two years, floors are intact and there are no sign of tiles beneath or any visable isuess. I have decided to remove carpet from lounge and master bedroom and continue installation with the same laminate. Again, I am very satisfied with service provided and price. Boys worked hard and efficiently. Kept area clean during installation and left clean behind. Would highly recommend Sun Floors and will use them again without hesitation. Thank you Karen and Aarti.

Sun floors are fantastic to do business with. My Husband and I renovated our home in 2020, being new to the renovation world, Sun Floors have been fantastic with answering any questions I had. Sun floors organised extra flooring for us ,when we underestimated the sqm we needed to do the whole house. We brought the Grey Oak 8mm solid flooring, with no experiance in how to install it, we managed to figure out how to install it on our own, With watching a few you tube videos. Surprisingly enough, its easy to self install. If your not a handy man or woman, Sun floors can install the flooring for you. We also had 4 extra boxes left over, which we returned with no problems at all. Thank you again Sun Floors. :)

The floor looks beautiful and is quite sturdy. Gives you that real premium feel. I have put it down in the whole flat even in the bathroom and the kitchen.
