The receptionists are very sweet and pleasant to talk to. You know they have been given proper training and know how to talk to people, especially patients who might be coming in for a simple test but would still be really tense about it. The scanning staff are also very respectful and have a lot of empathy for the patient. They genuinely try to help you out rather than just think of it as "another job". In case you're confused about the location (I was), the entry is on the ground floor. If you come in from Kmart direction it is a right towards the Medical Centre. There's also a lift for people with accessibility concerns. There's just two levels on that elevator so shouldn't be confusing at all. G is ground level where you have Kmart and the main entrances. M is Medical Centre where you have Green Radiology.

The lady who did the ultrasound on my liver today , didn't bother to change the dirty paper cover on the bed and didn't offered me a gown to get changed and made a mess on my dress during the ultrasound . I complaind but she didn't seem to understand . I am not sure if she could speak english .

I had the BEST X-ray experience I’ve ever had today at Green Radiology. Reception staff were super friendly. The radiographer was absolutely brilliant - he was compassionate, empathetic and caring. He explained everything very clearly and took the time to ensure the X-rays were done correctly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Green Radiology to anyone - in fact my father is a GP and I suggested he recommend to his patients to attend if required.

Had the absolute pleasure of having my first pregnancy scan at this clinic on Wednesday. I walked in very scared but all staff members were so comforting and patient. It ended up being a pleasant experience.

I have been to this clinic for thyroid and CT. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and accuracy. The senior sonographer Toan really took good care of me. He is very patient and thorough with explanations about the procedure and he has exhibited proficient skills in both ultrasound and CT. I would highly recommend the clinic if you would like a friendly and efficient scan of CT and ultrasound.

Professional and gentle service provided in modern, comfortable spaces. Appointments were available next day - larger clinics I called had waiting times of up to week - too long when you're in pain. My appointment was bulk billed.

They are currently not in operation till further notice. Just want to say I have been a patient many times and I like coming here because it's very easy to get a appointment and they were also open during the weekends. They always try their very best to cater to customer and the doctor/physio /chiro requests..hope to see your clinic reopen soon!

very bad service, my wife had an urgent ultrasound scan, they promised to send the report to the doctor in the same day evening, but when we go to the doctor after a week later, they have not sent the report to the doctor and i had to call and ask them to send the document at the time we met the doctor. the result of the report was completely different with what the radiologist told us at the scan. so, the scan was an unreliable, incorrect, false. very disappointed and doctor ask us to book another with a reliable service. so, be careful anyone booking for any scan with this green radiology.

Thanks you for an amazing service and team. I senta request for an ultrasound on Saturday evening and within minutes I had a response review of the testing and upon review. I had a Sunday appointment at the end of their busy and fully booked day. At my visit I was made feel comfortable, consulted, informed and safe. Thank you so much for your professional service. I will not hesitate to travel for any future imaging and recommend you when ever I can.

Needed a somewhat urgent x-ray for my daughter. Green Radiology was one of the very few places open. Toan was very kind and helpful - even sent us copies of the x-ray images (email) as a souvenir! Very happy with the overall service.

It's 5 stars for Dr. Kevin in the injections section as he was more than amazing in his assessment, understanding the issue, talking you through everything, and being extremely professional. For the reception girls outside, maybe just a 3.5 to 4 stars as they didn't convey a feeling of confidence to be honest, but it could be worked on. No bad points, though

I did my 7 weeks pregnancy scan here. Nice, clean, quite, on time service. The technician seemed professional and precise.

Having called around at a number of other clinics, I was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone who was genuinely helpful and understanding of what I was needing. I have enocuntered so many reception staff who make you feel like you're being an inconvenience and it's the worst feeling when you're already going through something personal. The whole team were so lovely when I arrived and the sonographer looking after me was so respectful. Having everyone be so nice made the whole experience so much easier. I know where I'll be going for all of my scans in the future!

Really disappointed after our 20 week pregnancy ultrasound here. The lady wasn’t patient centred at all. Was sighing the entire scan and it seemed like she just wanted to go home. She even stuck the ultrasound probe hard into my stomach and jiggled it multiple times to make the baby move into the right position- it was very uncomfortable. My partner felt really awkward and wasn’t acknowledged at all. The lady didn’t show us the baby and went straight to measuring and I had to request we see the babies body/face at the end. No ultrasound pictures provided- I had to ask them to print them out but they were just on a bit of paper and very poor quality images. Definitely would not recommend this place for any pregnancy scans. It cost a lot out of pocket too. Wish we didn’t have this experience!

just had pelvic and both hands ultrasound today. Couldn't be happier with the outstanding service of Green Radiology. Starting from the friendly and very polite receptionist to Toan (Sonographer & owner) who was very thorough and communicative during the examination. He explained every little details that he encountered. Best radiology clinic I've ever been to. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended

These guys run a great radiology clinic. Excellent equipment and nice building fit out. Very extensive scan was given for us with heaps of detail and massive screens. Most consultations were bulk billed and slightly longer ones were priced fairly. Definitely recommended.

Friendly staff, modern and soothing design, will get your clinical service without delay. Professional and helpful sonographers. Very clean and lots of sanitisers around. If you get stock (a little bit confusing to find the mezzanine in M-city) call the reception to help you where they are located.

I don’t normally write google reviews but feel I should comment in this case. Very slow turnaround time. I had an ultrasound done on Tuesday and still waiting for results after numerous phone calls both from me and my GP and have now been informed it will be next week. I don’t think this provider has enough backend resources to provide a consistent service as per other reviews. Patients are unfortunately stuck with urgent health issues that cannot be addressed as they should. UPDATE: not only was the report extremely late. The specialist I subsequently saw also commented on the poor quality of the report and it contradicted later findings from a more detailed CR scan carried out afterwards. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere.

Beyond expectations amazing staff. I came in around 1:10pm for emergency ultra sound and xray. Staff let me in last minute and gave me appropriate time for checkup. Reception staff is super friendly and accomodating. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

If there are 100 stars, I would give Green Radiology 100 stars. They have gone above and beyond to assist us an urgent dating scan. The sonographer has stayed back to help us out after hour. I was spotting yesterday midnight. We went to GP early in the morning and he refered us to a local radiology. During the day, that place called me to advice that I needed to go to ER asap as they don’t operate during weekends. We headed to ER, waited more than 4 hours just to get blood test and urine test done. They said they can not do anything else because there is no sonographer to do scanning on the weekends. We went home and still extremly worried as this is our first pregnancy. I called Green Radiology in the next morning and they took me in straight away even though they were fully booked. We are so thankful for that❤️. I don’t have any word for your kindness, you could have turn around to refuse us but you did not hesitant to book us in.

Thank you for fitting me in for a last minute scan especially being a Sunday! The receptionists and male sonographer were so friendly and comforting I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pregnancy scan!

Absolutely terrible service. The doctor was 20 minutes late this morning and they had no reason (other than travel from Kew). I would not recommend this place. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the pain of dealing with lazy and unprofessional people. Also they don't care about kids / children and make no effort to look after them properly. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

This is the worst centre that I attended. I waited over an hour still nobody came to work. If you want a day off, at least put a note on the wall which said closed today. You are wasting patient's time. And in order to do the scan, I was holding the urine for a long time. It said open at 9am, still nobody came to work on 10.20am. Really unprofessional clinic, save your time, go somewhere else

I called the clinic to check how much they would charge me for my x-ray and check whether there would be an out-of-pocket gap fee. I was assured I would be changed a bulk billing price (they told me an exact price around 90 AUD) so I booked an appointment and gave them my contact information. When I turned up to the appointment I was informed by a more senior member of the staff, that they realised that I would be in fact charged a gap because there are separate pricing schedules for Medicare holders and for people from overseas. This was precisely what I was calling to check. They didn't find it important to call me before the appointment and apologize for giving me incorrect information, nor did they feel any obligation to honour the information I was provided over the phone. They just increased the price (to around 130 AUD), take it or leave it. It is disappointing to see healthcare just treated as business with very little 'care' left in healthcare, but absolutely shocking to feel baited and scammed in healthcare.

It is brilliant that Green Radiology Clayton is open on Sundays and had appointments to spare. I called them at 1130 am and no one picked up the call but I got a call back within a couple of minutes and a confirmed appointment at 12 pm. That was really great! The staff members were really kind and friendly. I recommend this place highly!
