😠 Not happy with the vehicle hiring service. Got the car at 3/4 in fuel. I returned it with 3/4. not that i plan it this way just it happened this way. but the girl said it was less 3/4 and need to charge me $42.     I would like to thank the Manager At Bunnings Epping Michael for his excellent customer service and support and Also I would like to thank Peter in the timber yard for his excellent customer service and support nd advice. If I was the Area Manager or state manager of Bunnings I would be honored to have these two employees working for Bunnings and I would have Peter training other team members from other stores all about what timber can be used for fencing and decking for example.I would recommend everyone northern suburbs go to Bunnings Epping the advice and customer service is great once again I hope Michael get promotion once again thank you Michael and Peter

    The store was well organised. I needed assistance with a couple of items, the staff was very friendly and helpful in finding them and answering some questions and recommendations. Overall it's a great place to get all that you need. However wish there was better collection of indoor plants! Thank you!

    Went to get some drain coils and the staff were so nice. They helped me get it from the top shelf. The cashier was also very helpful when I was in self checkout counter as I was a bit a clutz that day :) I think I will be going to this one more often.

    Staff Georgia and "manager" George are completely clueless. Don't even know about their own refund policy. Dont waste your time and shop here, go to the Eltham store instead where the staff go above and beyond to provide you with the best customer service and make a simple return easy as stated on their website, as opposed to this Epping store where George will tell you to go back to the vendor to initiate a return.

    Got here 7 minutes before closing to grab my click and collect, both doors locked and kept ringing continuously and the phone was not answered until exactly 7pm closing time and then told the store was closed. The man at the exit i noticed did not leave to help once. Doing epping proud with this level of service

    Looking for BBQ and Pizza ovens today and we were assisted by the amazing Joe (lovely fella with a beard) and Steve. Both went out of their way to assist with information and suggestions. An absolute asset to Bunnings.

    Typical Bunnings, large carpark and standard layout with a garden centre at one end of the building. Huge range of items, I nearly always end grabbing items I wasn't planning on because of a special price. Staff are helpful for advice and finding items in the huge store. It can be hard to find someone though when they are very busy. Had to return some plumbing items I'd bought a while ago. Returns were smooth and easy, service with a smile, even though there was an issue with one of the items.

    Went to Epping Bunnings to return something and the service was well beyond what I ever expected! The lady who helped us, Wendy, was so kind to serve us with a smile, take us into the isle to show us what we were looking for, explaining what to do and how to use the product. Then when we were back at the counter she gave the kids a colouring sheet and was so friendly and engaging. Thank you Wendy! We will be shopping at this store from now on. Bunnings, hold onto this gem! Staff like Wendy are very hard to find!

    Although Craigieburn Bunnings is closer for me, I always go to Epping. They stock much more items, their in-stock items are accurate to the Bunnings website. Best of all Total Tools & Sydney Tools are right around the corner!

    I love this store always stocked with the items I require, friendly staff always on hand to help or guide you in the right direction, or even Bunnings own app, to find product at any store you select! Don't forget to grab a snag or 2 on the way out! That's if you decide to leave.

    Not Very Impressed when I have to do 10 laps around Bunnings to TRY find what I need, it’s a joke I needed help & no one was to be seen, while they were all having a meeting in the middle of shop, while the joint was packed with people needing help & to try get ANY HELP is non existent. There’s better times to have a staff meeting not during busy or business hours, ur priorities are all wrong GET ON THE FLOOR & SELL SELL isn’t that the point. Bunnings is a disgrace they simply don’t care BOYCOTT the joint 😡

    To the lady on the returns desk. You might want to revise the Bunnings returns policy and lighten up a little. "Change of mind returns/exchanges We are pleased to offer change of mind returns or exchanges." If a heater doesn't heat a room like it's supposed to, then it's not fit for purpose and therefore qualifies under the Australian Consumer Law as a returnable item regardless of the Bunnings change of mind policy. Which, as I explained was the reason I was returning it. Not because I changed my mind because I didn't like the colour or something. Apart from that bad experience, everyone else is really nice.

    I was served by Georga in the outdoor furniture section. She quickly found exactly what I was looking for, grabbed a trolley and lifted both the table box and two chairs onto it for me, pushed the trolley to the register and made sure I was good getting to my car. Quick, efficient & fantastic service. What a wonderful team member!

    A normal fine day until I went to Bunnings this afternoon my rest of the day was ruined by a lady who served me. She was so nice with people before and after me but she didn’t even smiled, no greetings no thank you as if she is serving people with their looks or what. So much disappointed. Very poor customer service.

    1 item shows available at epping store no delivery, went to the store shelf is empty, asking staff members they kept handballing me from one to the next. Educate your staff members about products, system and customer service. Unsatisfied visit and never going back to Epping store.

    It's a bunnings. Same old. Same old. Stock is fine. Use the online feature to find what you want. It's accurate and takes you straight to the aisle you need. Just don't ever ask staff for help. They have clearly been bothered 1 to many times and now talk down to you like your an idiot or will just speak rudely to you. Other then that it's fine.

    Well what can you say about a Bunnings store. Bunnings is Bunnings. A massive store. Well stocked and staff are pleasant and helpful as well as knowledgeable of locations of items you are seeking.

    I had to change 2 toilets about 2 months ago and wet through Bunnings. It's a lot cheaper than going through the plumbers as I had a few quotes and they are all expensive. The staff I had at the special order was very helpful and not rushing to help us. They are very reasonable with the price of the toilet and labour. In my case I saved nearly half from the highest quote with the same toilet model.

    My recent visit to Bunnings was highly unsatisfactory, primarily due to the service provided by the staff. Notably, a man named Joe and a lady with orange curly hair wearing glasses were notably unhelpful and rude. Additionally, an individual named George was eating gum at the counter, which was not only unprofessional but also contributed to a rude and unpleasant interaction. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from these staff members significantly detracted from the shopping experience. This level of service is not what I expect from Bunnings, and I hope this feedback leads to improvements in customer relations.

    Very good bunnings store , with a huge variety of products compared to some of the other products , in an easy to across location as it’s just off cooper street, and has a large amount of parking available, doesn’t get too crowded on the weekends when i come here to shop, and can always find parking well, staff are pretty good and very happy with the variety this store has to offer and most products i am after are usually in stock which is great

    I like bunnings But if I approach a staff to help and they just point a finger or just saying where the items is then that's not a helpful service! it is a huge place I'm not a fan of taking hours and hours walking around the store to look for what I need because I cannot see writing on Aisle boards. I was looking for a Mirror and this is where I found it. Aisle 72 It doesn't says Mirrors!!!

    Always a great experience overall. But today I was very disappointed with one of the female staff who was at the outdoor furniture section around 2:30 PM. I had purchased an outdoor lounge set and storage box just an hour early and went back to get a cushion because I couldn't fit it in my car. The cushion were everywhere and the price tag was confusing me, so I decided to get a help though I took my time to figure out myself without having to hassle the staff. One of the staff knew I was wondering around but never offered any help. I failed to find the price tag and had to ask for help though I felt every unwelcomed. I asked for help, in reply she said the price tags are all right there, I explained her that prices are all over the place I am struggling. She kept saying prices are all there still. I asked her to use the scanner that they all carry to scan the bar code and find the price. She asked me to find the bar code in the cushion I was carrying, she was pointing out the bar code that was at the end of the cushion, but there was another bar code at my end too, she kept asking for the bar code that was at the other end. That's when I felt really disrespected and unwelcomed and then rejected the help that she didn't even offer. I want that staff to know that she has ruined one of the customers day. Bunnings is all about people, let's not say it in the media and in paper only, let's practise it. Most of the guys at bunning are very welcoming but one negative experience can ruin it for all. I have attached the picture of the LOUNGE set and the storage box and the 'CUSHION'.

    Needed a special order item, came in quickly and staff were really good about making sure it was ready to go when we arrived and that we got exactly what we wanted. I believe the staff were Steve and Trish. They're really good definitely coming here if I need to order things again.

    Why is it that after YEARS I have been bringing my dog to Bunnings, only today I was rudely made aware by the door lady that pets can't be walked in the store and have to be carried or in the trolley. She pointed to a tiny little sign in the wall that nobody would ever see or read. Bloody pathetic! At least be nice about it.

    Went to Bunnings to buy some roll-on turf and I received the most outstanding service that I have ever received from Bunnings from Rachel. She assisted me from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off in my car. She helped me load it onto the trolleys and then load it into my trailer and was extremely friendly throughout the whole experience. Thank you again Rachel! 10/10!

    My partner and I THOUGHT we knew what we were doing purchasing a lawnmower. A very helpful gentleman, Ian, approached us to help at the perfect time - he was knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. We ended up getting a completely different mower than we initially had in our trolley . It is perfect for our needs! Thanks goodness for Ian!

    What was going to be a great Christmas present, has turned into a nightmare. We brought the last spa from them. Upon opening it up, we found out it was not a spa, as the package indicated, but a AIR MATTRESS was inside the box. Upon calling them, they can not refund, no they can not get the same product from Craigieburn (which have 2), only thing they can do, is give me a store credit. BUT NO SPAS ARE THERE ANYMORE. So much for if we don't have it, well get it for you. Side note, we don't have the receipt. It was a gift. Do better.

    Been here a few times, once they didn't have the item I wanted, the other time the staff had no idea where the toolbox stock was. Ended up finding it myself. I gave 3 stars because Bunnings in general is great, just found that on my past 2 visits to this store that the staff weren't very knowledgeable about stock locations.

    Was there to find packaging that was missing in craigieburn Bunnings. The boys were super helpful. Besides, there is ample parking space and not a super busy surrounding. You can shop at ease here. The best part is the garden area.

    My son has autism and ADHD and was having a sensory meltdown as he felt overwhelmed in the shop. The cashier was so rude she kept giving us dirty looks and it made us so upset. How dare you judge us without even knowing who we are! Instead of being rude how about you offer some help when a child with autism is experiencing sensory overload!

    Josh from the information desk was extremely helpful, professional, efficient and also had fantastic friendly customer service with a great proactive attitude. we had multiple enquires, Josh helped us with everything in a timely manner and even was able to multitask and cut a key for us, and put something on hold at another store, all while assisting us with our purchases. 😠 Niamh, the serving girl there is so rude and behave like you are culprit, in 8 years first time I feels that! Only thing she had problem with me that I am scanning flybuys on my phone. Bad really service.
