I decided to try skin needling for the first time and bought 3 sessions. The first two sessions, the service was excellent, and I felt really taken care of. Unfortunately, my last session was over within 15 minutes, I asked why was it so quick, and their reasoning was that it was a deeper needle. They didn't ask if I was interested in purchasing more sessions or no follow ups to let me know how my skin was going. After paying over $600 in sessions and products, you would think you would be getting a better service, I felt really ripped off and rushed out that day even though they weren't busy, it was like they wanted to get back to whatever they were doing. I'm now seeing another beautician elsewhere, and she confirmed that regardless of how deep a needle is, a skin needling session should take at least 45 mins for a proper procedure. I was sent a feedback email, told them my disappointments, and had no response.

Excellent customer service and treatments I received from Nez. Extremely happy with my results and with the knowledge I was provided with in regard to my skin. I have taken on the advice she recommended to me and I have seen incredible results with my skin. Thanks again to Nez and her friendly guidance through this whole process!

I recently got a micro facial done with Leanne and it was honestly the best one I have received. My skin was left feeling so smooth and Leanne knew exactly what she was doing throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back.

Staff members are very friendly and kind. Furthermore, they will follow up with your progress after the first laser appointment. They will also call and remind you of your next appointment time which I find it useful. I find their laser treatment almost pain free. Impeccable service .👌

Went into the Broadmeadows clinic and was met with the loveliest of employees with big smiles on their faces. I had a face treatment by one of the technicians who was very kindv, helpful and knowledgeable about all things good for your skin. Definitely one of the better skin clinics to visit.

Ive been to competitor clinics and Australian Skin Clinics Broadmeadows is by far the cleanest and most well presented. The customer service is exemplary and all the therapists are lovely. My skin needling treatment was wonderful and I felt that my therapist Eva really listened to me. I have now brought my mum and multiple family members to this clinic.

I must admit, my pain tolerance isn't the greatest, and I was initially hesitant to express my discomfort. However, the one who held most of my sessions was Eva, an absolute sweetheart. Eva not only performed the treatments flawlessly but also offered valuable advice and engaged in pleasant conversations, making the experience even more enjoyable. As I'm the most awkward person ever hehe I always describe the sensation during the treatment as feeling like I'm in hell, but surrounded by angels. I originally called the clinic in error but the staff member was so lovely I thought I’d give them ago. I've been to heaps of laser clinic before but nothing beats the service I get here from Cyntia she's really amazing sweet if you need to upgrade take my word and ask for Cyntia :)

This is the 3rd laser clinic i have tried and the only one that has worked. The results are amazing and the girls there are so lovely, Aisha always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.

I don’t mind this clinic but one concern is the hygiene. When I had skin needling (fractional RF), the therapist put gloves on but then touched everything- the cupboard, the computer screen, the device, the tap, the door handle, the needles, then she rest her gloved hand on my face during the treatment. Also when I’ve had needling at other clinics, they cleanse then use isopropyl as a precaution as they are about to create open wounds, but here they only cleanse. I’d like to come back and find the hygiene practices have improved, the last thing you want is a staph infection. I saw another review mention being rushed and I had the same happen the last time which is another reason I haven’t returned. It didn’t happen the first couple visits, makes me wonder if the staff had been told to spend less time with clients. Other than these things, the staff are friendly.

Big thank you to Veronica for looking after me. Being so kind and focus on what she's doing. It feels so relaxing, and i think you're right that this VIP treatment will be my best treatment i'll ever had. I'll purchase again this service in the future. I highly recommend this place. Everyone were so friendly even if i have this thick Filipino accent, and thanks for being understanding about what happened last time. See you again on Thursday!

I got the best experience at ASC! I’m very thankful for Mariam who did my O2 oxygen medi-facial. She was very professional and was also so kind and friendly. She explained each step briefly while also answering my questions. After a much needed TLC, I walked out feeling totally refreshed and glowed up!!
