I
started
my
FA
by
doing
a
21
day
trial
with
my
part.
From
the
very
beginning
I
was
warmly
welcomed
and
encouraged
by
the
coachs
and
FA
members.
With
such
a
friendly
and
encouraging
environment,
we
decided
to
do
the
Whole
9
Yards
program
with
two
of
our
friends.
After
talking
with
Sam
(managing
director
and
coach
at
FA)
about
my
goals
and
lifestyle,
a
PT
routine
was
specified
for
me
and
suggestions
for
changes
in
diet.
Along
with
my
personalised
PT
routine,
I
took
to
trying
each
of
the
different
classes
available
to
learn
some
new
skills
and
find
more
enjoyable
classes
to
help
keep
me
motivated
(gymnastics
being
a
pleasant
surprise
which
I
enjoyed
a
lot
more
than
I
thought
I
would).
Alongside
the
physical
aspect,
the
mindset
component
of
W9Y
has
been
a
great
help,
educating
on
forming
healthy
habits
and
encouraging
my
personal
growth.
The
coachs
are
supportive,
encouraging
recovery
as
well
as
work,
and
have
always
been
happy
to
answer
any
questions
I've
had
whether
it
be
about
my
form,
things
I
could
do
to
improve
in
certain
areas,
and
even
diet
related.
Through
out
the
journey
so
far
Sam
has
been
very
hands
on,
checking
in,
being
supportive,
and
mentoring
me,
helping
me
improve
all
areas
of
my
life.
Since
beginning
I've
lost
10kg
of
bodyweight,
decreased
bodyfat,
learnt
new
skills
(like
handstands
and
ring
work),
improved
my
diet,
meet
amazing
people,
and
most
importantly
enjoyed
doing
it.
