No wonder the gym ratings are so low. I made the mistake of joining this gym because it was all ladies and I didn’t have a choice. They cut money from your account unnecessarily. They don’t tell you when making the contract regarding the yearly gym fees. I wish I could get out of this gym and join another but it costs a fortune. Ladies do yourself a favour and join any other gym but this!

If I could give them no stars I would! Very rude staff, not helpful at all!! Physically injured with a sprained ankle hence cannot walk yet they tell me that I still need to pay for my membership even though I cannot actually go to the gym! All they care about is receiving the money and don't actually care about one's health and safety. Cannot wait for my membership to end to go to a better gym! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this gym, there are plenty of better ones out there! Also it is very expensive to be paying $19 weekly for really bad facilities inside! old toilets, poor ventilation and old equipment!

Worst gym ever!!! They pressure you and tell you they will be with you every step of the way. Total bull crap!!! First of all the blonde lady tells me there's no cancellation fee and that I'm only signing to give authorization for direct debit. I told her about 6 times I don't want want to be in a contract are you sure this isn't a contract she said no it's not a contract. Then she tells me there's child minding and its all included the $23 a week (little did I know it was $6 per child). I was at the gym the next day and I asked if there is anyone to show me around and how to use the machinery right. They said there's no one and I saw two women in the office and two at the desk. Don't get me wrong the classes are great but the stuff and front desk are very unprofessional. I called to discuss it and I was speaking to someone who had no consideration at all. They called after a week and she tried to sign me up for three years. I told her I don't give authorization for you to take money out of my account and the person who I spoke to was very unprofessional and almost pushing to sign for direct debit. I also noticed $10 was coming out of my account every now and then. It has been the worst experience with this horrible gym. They promise one thing and do another. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Not recommend at all they charged my wife 1100$ claiming that's fees for unpaid membership while my wife's contract was finished month's before that then we asked them about not receiving any notice from them earlier not an email nor sms they had no answer they just transferred the amount to debit collectors all we got was an sms from debit collectors asking to pay this amount asap. That's unfair and a greedy act

Wow not worth joining up. The gym absolutely stinks of peoples odour. Most equipment is very old some machines don't work. No one to help with how to use the equipment. Staff don't know much when you make enquiries. They take money when they shouldn't be and to be honest this gym doesn't care about its clients but more about making money. If you are injured and have a letter from your doctor they still want to charge you for not using the gym. Really!!! Money hungry much. The worst unprofessional gym I have been to ever!!!! Think twice before joining ladies. I would rather pay more and get amazing quality in all aspects at another gym.

WORST GYM EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE! They WILL try to steal your money and scam you go at your own risk. What ever you do, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. They are shady and the gym is honestly disgusting with a cockroach infestation. The gym is unhygienic and the equipment is old and musty. The whole the gym is musty you musty cockroach infested sweat stankin gym. Don’t waste your time PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IM WARNING YOU!!!!

Omg! I went here because of how much i needed a ladies only gym! Everything there was old, the staff were rude as heck! Not recommended, i’m sure you’ll regret it.

Massive awesome gym, lovely staff and great variety of equipment. I love coming here. The only thing that must be improved is having more of the anti bacterial spray around the gym, there’s only 1 downstairs and sadly none upstairs which I think is really important to have that spray everywhere around the gym at all times due to hygiene reasons. Every other smaller gym has heaps so I think a massive gym like this should have at least more than 2. Nonetheless great gym :)

I have been to many gyms. This one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. I did not want to be on a long term contract.. They gave me a non commitment contract where I can cancel at any time if need be. Love the Classes and the gym is sooo spacious . Highly reccommeded if you want to join a new gym.

This is the most disgusting and worst women gym in Melbourne. SAVE YOUR MONEY don’t come here. They always take unauthorised transactions from my account saying it’s for gym fees, yet the machines are years old, air conditioning doesn’t work and is hot like the Sahara desert. The cleanliness of the gym is rubbish, staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. Worst customer service ever. I would rate it a NEGATIVE 5. There’s a maximum of 10 women who attend the gym and that’s why they’re selling it. Because everyone is leaving, and when you cancel you’re member ship they take an additional fee of 240$. The manager is awfully rude and money hunrgy, a horrible business owner, doesn’t know how to manage a business at all. Not even worth the hustle. Might as well sign up to the gym next too then.
