Why would you not be open on a Saturday morning for parcel collection ? or have the parcels allocated to parcel lockers ? I work Monday to Friday 9 - 5:30 ... I literally have to take a day off to collect a parcel that is sitting in a random Post office no where near my delivery address... what a joke !

Attempted delivery that just didn't happen. Then taken to Thomastown post office. My local PO is Gladstone park. When I saw that the delivery person couldn't gain access...like why not? It's a driveway and front door. After reading reviews, I decided to call customer service and a lady (Jazz) extremely helpful, is sorting it out. Thank you Jazz and 5 stars to her. Some delivery drivers need to up their game,the majority are great.

2 weeks ago, I walked in at 4:45pm with a few things that required a little extra time to assist with. The staff were more than helpful with processing my police check, lodging my passport renewal, passport photos taken and 5 documents to be individually certified. The manager was so helpful and even stayed back 10 mins past closing time to complete everything for me without even hesitating, I really couldn’t fault the service I received with a genuine smile. I already have my new passport in my hands. I couldn’t believe how fast it took. As I said the manager on duty was so efficient and processed everything there and then. Awesome customer experience. Will be using as collection point for future. Thanks again Thomastown office 👍👍

came at 4:35, 5 mins late to my 4:30 appointment for passport application and there was a big line. Got to the front at 4:45 and the Indian man there said I have to come back another day because it takes 20 minutes when it only takes 10 mins as we had photos and everything signed which is ridiculous. Get nicer workers and one that will be willing to stay back an extra 1-2 minutes.

Went to pick up a parcel and the lady at the counter had terrible customer service and they wouldnt let us take the parcel saying they need a business card to keep. We explained this was a new business and that we were not able to supply this and they were reluctant to hand over a parcel we had receipts for AND tracking a trace on receipt matching the product. We have complained to AUSPOST about this store.

They aren't open on weekends. I'm full-time worker and when my parcel goes there , i will need to have day off to pick-up it

I was very disappointed with Thomastown post office I went 4 time for renew passport for my son. Every time they find different mistake. Look like they already decided to not accept. I went to south Morang without any appointments even they were so busy but they help us in one go.

Had the best service while renewing passports for kids and I. James Varghese who served me, went above and beyond the call of duty, to tie up all the loose ends, in order to successfully submit our applications.

The staff are so polite and do an amazing job considering how rude their customers are. I was in doing a passport application this morning and was astonished and the amount of hostility these lovely workers faced. And Thomastown residents - do better! One lady came in without a passport appointment, huffed and puffed as she waiting behind me as I had my application processed (mind you I had an appointment) then when the staff member told her they were ready for her, she scoffed "I hope so". Then she preceded to rant on like a spolit child when they asked for her points of ID to be presented, as she hadn't brought the required documents. The patience these lovely workers have to deal with these customers is truly admirable. Merry Christmas Australia Post Thomastown!

The staff at this store have a digusting attitude dont forget AUSPOST is a AUSTRALIA POST SERVICE. We tax payers pay your wage. Your customer service is digusting and we will be complain to auspost about the rude person that served us.

I understand I'm not home but Thomastown is not my nearest post-office and your even open on the weekends to pick up parcels have to wait for weekday to come pick up when Lalor Post-office is closer for me and they do open weekends delivery drivers is just so lazy bad service.

I wasted 2.5 hours of my time today, waiting in a queue, filling out paperwork and trying to pay with my Google credit card. The eftpos devices were not working and wouldn't let me paying with my phone. This is the reason why I will never ever use Google Pay ever again. And there are introduced bills for digital currency only. What a joke! Cash is more secure and quicker, obviously...

really helpful staff.. went there for my austistic child PP couple of weeks back. the lady had to take 100+ photos for 20-30mins and finally got a good enough shot to get him the passport

Edit: Post office has since reached out regarding this comment and have explained that he misunderstand between Bank, Post Office and Customers. Politely and professionally handled.

Couldn't complete my Land Title Verification Identity form as their camera is broken. How does this place even operate when they can't provide the basic services they are supposed to offer to the public? Thanks for wasting my time Auspost Thomastown.

Great experience, I had appointment for 2 passport applications went there 10 minutes earlier and the lady at the counter (I think she is manager i forgot her name) didn't let me wait until my app time,called me to help and was so patient explaining where I missed some information and on the phone she asked the passport department if I can fill a form that my son cannot sign due to his disability instead of going to my GP and getting letter. Very Thankful for that. Also I was sending something Express and I got wrong envelope which I filed it in ,she come out and give me the right one and didn't charge me. Great service they all should learn from her 🙂

The staff at Australia Post Thomastown are so polite and hats off to their patience. I walked in 4 minutes before the closure hours and they assisted me with everything I needed to post the courier. All the staff at this location are truly amazing. They go way beyond and help each and every person. I highly highly recommend this Aus Post Location.

Terrible opening and closing times. They open until 5pm on weekdays and not open at all on weekends which does not help anybody who works! How are we meant to pick up our parcels!
