Had our sons 9th Birthday Party today at Knox Timezone. Shaylea was our party host and the kids had so much fun, our daughter says more than a 5 star is needed! Party room was kept really clean, great toilet facilities and all staff were helpful and friendly.

The best arcade in town! 110% fun guaranteed for big and little kids. I love the old school games like Pac Man, Space Invaders and Pong.

Lots of games to choose from, friendly staff and great atmosphere. The DDR machine is especially well maintained which is a treat for rhythm gamers. My friends and I drove down from Sydney to play over the weekend and had so much fun. Hoping to visit again sometime!

Knox is becoming a great venue for rhythm games and is the 'place to be' for DDR in Melbourne! i would avoid playing for accuracy on very busy days however, as it is a small venue and can get very loud very quick. 2 big fans and couch + stools avaliable. They also recently got Gitadora and Chunithm in, both cabs are in decent condition but Gitadora is a bit quiet at times when the other games are running. EDIT: Thanks Knox for listening to concerns and changing the price for Gitadora back! Very deserving 5 stars for this timezone venue

My friends and I had such a great time at Knox this weekend. Everything we played was in such good condition and the staff were always so quick and ready to help us out if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend coming here with friends or family!

I've been to a lot of Timezones and this has been the best one, always a great experience. Friendly staff, a good variety of games and well maintained machines. Always nice to see Dave with every visit. I often play DanceDanceRevolution here and would love to see more rhythm games like Dance Rush Stardom, Taiko no Tatsujin, MaiMai and Sound Voltex.

Fantastic hosts and very accommodating. Charli and Amrita ensured the party ran smoothly and made sure I was happy throughout the party. Very stress free. 😊😊

We had a great party here today hosted by Tara. The staff were great checking up with everything over the phone earlier in the week so the party was nice and easy for all of us! Tara had just the right amount of friendliness and a great loud voice to make a bunch of boys pay attention. She was extremely helpful and on top of what we might need before we'd even thought of it. Staff are extremely rude, my partner and I stood at the counter for a good couple of minutes while 4 workers stood there talking then looked at us and continued talking. After this when we needed more help the lady at the counter stood there on her phone, how are we meant to put money on our account when they won’t even talk to us? Couldn’t even get a hello how are you

Our son turned 12 in September and really looked forward to having a birthday party at Time Zone Knox. We have been there few times for his friends birthdays and were quite confident in the Time Zone team to make our son’s birthday a memorable one. Our party hosts were Brock and Bhayya, and they were absolutely amazing. We were quite anxious about handing nearly twenty 12 year olds, but it was a breeze with their organising. We really didn’t have much to do as Brock and Bhayya took charge. They were friendly and supportive. We would recommend Time Zone Knox to anyone who likes to have a good time with their friends just for fun or when celebrating.

Tamsyn was our party host! The kids had so much fun with her. She is so fun and lively to be around.

I had an issue with my card and points, was followed up over the phone and was assisted by Nickala K from Knox. Everything was resolved quickly and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Marc B from the Customer CC was also a huge help.

We took the kids tonight and absolutely loved the games and friendly staff, at the end we checked our tickets and while the kids were choosing their prizes we had a really kind man tell the kids to choose whatever they like and he will use his tickets for their prizes, stuff like this makes their year! Thank you Terence 😊 honestly you are one of a kind.

Love the atmosphere here! Impeccable customer service if its not too busy (staff are always lovely regardless if busy or not onky tgibg that changes is how quickly they can get their great service to you). Reasonably priced and can go here on nearly any budget given you are okay with only a few games if on a low budget. Overall my partner, his 7 y/o and I all love it!

I love visiting Timezone Knox! I travel fairly often to play music games and the DanceDanceRevolution machine at this arcade is one of the best in the entire country to play on (thanks to the efforts of David Blackmore!). Music games are still very popular and it's great to see so much work put into one of my favourite games at the arcade!

We had my daughters 8th birthday party here, overall it was an enjoyable event, our host was very accommodating, friendly and connected well with the kids and kept me in the loop and continued to check in on myself and if we had any needs. The only negative was the noise levels which most of our guests commented on.

Kids really enjoyed the PARTY !!! Special thanks to Tara she is an excellent host, she made us feel comfortable and gave us the correct time frame for all the planned activities. She always had a smile when answering any question 🙂

Not the biggest arcade but it does have enough to keep kids entertained for awhile. It's definitely not as cheap as it used to be. Laser tag was surprisingly fun even as an adult.

I recently attended a party hosted by Mario, and I was very impressed. The party was well-planned and ran smoothly, and the host was friendly and attentive. The activities and games were a hit, and everyone had a great time.

Very fun place, I took my son there on the weekend to fill in time we both had a great time! Lost a star because they were a few good games out of order but over all pretty good!

Timezone was amazing. The kids had a fun morning, playing games and earning prizes. But, the space in the building was a little cramped and it easily got crowded. However, the was a lot of parking space and so many restaurants to eat from. There was a plentiful amount of shops to go shopping and enjoy your day! Overall a great experience!

Bhavya and Tara helped me when I had problems with my game, they were able to quickly offer credit for another game. Very good service 👍🏽

We celebrated my sons 8th birthday and it was a huge hit! Party host Ben was fantastic with the kids and kept them all engaged and entertained! The environment was clean and bright and Ben insisted on no clean up from us at all which was great and finished the party off stress free! Highly recommend

Getting invite for my friend's kid birthday party. Party area is tight and there are more than 3 parties at the same time but staffs are limited and rude. During part, they do nothing but try to push you leave after party. Game machines are limited and lack of maintain, also some of those cant play as well. Store area are small and dark. Worst timezone i have been in. For the people who consider having party with timezone, why not choose some other time zone rather than knox timezone, they are all same price but knox timezone will give you a terrible memory of the party. Not recommend.

Seriously half the games were faulty. I paid 50 and couldn't play most of the games with my daughter... Timezone you should be ashamed!
