I took my nephews (5 amd 8) to Lollipops Knox on the weekend and oh my goodness, my nephews had the best time. Pirate ship is definitely a favourite and the lovely girl working on the pirate ship let my nephews go on 3 times in row and it made them feel special and important. The menu they have is insane, so many healthy options for the kids. And when the food arrived, we couldn't fault it. I was amazed at how clean the centre was to be honest, in comparison to other play centres I've been to. We couldn't leave without doing build a bear. The lovely staff member sat down with my nephews and helped to make their dream bear. Definitely won't be going to any other play centre in the future!

The playground didn’t appear that big but the kids had so much fun they didn’t want to leave, like ever so we stayed for lunch which I didn’t plan on and the food and coffee was quite good too.

Place is clean and food is delicious. Specifically about staff will clean and sanitize the tables,chairs even the menu after customers left.That’s really nice!

We had our son’s party here, it was a great experience! Our host, Eva, took care of everything and was very accommodating. Everyone commented on how clean the space was, the condition of the equipment, the tasty coffee and the pirate ship was a hit with the kids. We will definitely book again for our next family party.

We celebrated my son’s Birthday here and were very happy with the service. Our host for the party was Nicky and she did a great job in making sure everyone had a coffee/tea and checked in with me regularly. Lollipop's Playland and Cafe Knox in Knox City Ozone is an awesome place for kids entertainment. It caters for children of all ages with a variety of activities. Private rooms for functions. Play areas for the very young. A swinging pirate ship. A large playground area to satisfy any enthusiastic youngester. The cafe and catering is also suitable for children meals and the coffee for the not so young is also pretty good. The staff is energetic and friendly and many of them are eager teen-agers. On top of all the place can cater for a large number of attendees and it is kept quite clean. Worth considering for your next toddler's party.

We had our kinder graduation here last week and our families absolute loved the experience provided. During our time there we were assisted by Caitlin, Tianna and Lily, who were all amazing and had a smile on their faces while they helped with any issues we had! They were happy to help us with any of our requests and support us to run our event smoothly! They even turned the pirate ship on for us!

We held a birthday party at Lollipops Knox in June 2022 and it was flawless, clean, and the food was tasty both for the kids and adults. Coffee was pretty decent too. Staff were super helpful even under the pump. We had a great time there and I would recommend this place for parties.

Wonderful customer service. Our kinder was suddenly without a Christmas party venue, on the day of the party!! Lollipops Knox happily helped and worked back late with only 8hrs notice. They went above and beyond to make sure the children had a great time and accommodated all our needs. Can't recommend highly enough. Especially Rachel and Courtney, amazing!

I would highly recommend hiring out Lollipop Playland for a private party! I had my son’s 5th birthday here on a Friday evening and the staff went above and beyond to make the party a success. They were extremely accomodating and flexible with all my requests. Caitlin was an awesome host and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to end. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more! They have a great menu and cover all bases to make your event extra special. It was such a memorable night and I couldn’t thank the team enough! They made my life so easy and the kids had soo much fun. This is actually my go-to playcentre and have been coming here for years. Thank you again!

We recently had our child’s birthday party at Lollipops / Knox and all the children had a great time. The food options were good and the kids demolished everything after playing on the equipment. If you’re looking for a good venue where everything is done for you, kids have a huge space to play and all you need to do is bring a cake and party bags, then this venue is highly recommended! Also, our host Madison was amazing! Thanks for having us lollipops! 😊

Had our daughter's birthday party at Lollipops Knox and it was an awesome experience. The food for both adults and kids were good. So much fun! We went last minute at around 4pm when it closed at 5. We were welcomed and shown around by the attendant, they were so lovely and made sure we were comfortable. I hadn't been here as our little one just turned 2 and I thought it may be a bit big for her, she had a ball! If it were busier with bigger children it may be a bit rough for her, there is a toddler area to play in but she was more interested in the big kid part. Thanks for a great time and being so nice when we came in at an annoying time! ❤️ we will definitely be back and bring our little friends too

I celebrated my child’s birthday here about a month. Been there a few times prior and the facilities and staff were great! Booked the entire place for a private function and the management team and staff did not disappoint! From my initial online web enquiry a week before my preferred date, Dewi (manager/owner) contacted me on the phone the next day and gave me all the necessary details. I immediately felt comfortable with everything and booked accordingly. The party went smoothly and the staff were great, friendly and supportive. Thank you for providing my family and friends such a lovely venue and atmosphere to celebrate :) Highly recommended!

My 4yo son just had a build-a-bear party at Lollipops Knox and we could not have been more impressed by the staff. Communication was wonderful and the day was even better than we expected. They made sure everything ran smoothly and my son loved every minute. He’s already asking when he can go back!

We had a wonderful 4th party for our daughter at Lollipops. They were great with attending to our guests, & food service. They also did a great job in keeping us updated about when food would be coming out, & the cake etc. The kids had a great time, highly recommend!

Our son recently had his birthday here with the build a bear experience. I highly recommend the add on build-a-bear package. He and his friends had a great time. Before we booked, the staff at the centre gave us a tour of the place, explained everything clearly and we were sold that day !This place is run smoothly, clean, hot food was great. The party room was clean ams well kept. The playground was perfect! Our host was lovely. The build a bear staff member was amazing too, it was a sweet end to the party.

We had our sons birthday at Lollipops Knox over the weekend. The staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive, it is clear that they enjoy their jobs and making life easier for parents. Our party host Charlee was amazing!!! One of the kids at our party hurt themselves and the staff were quick with first aid and kept checking in to see if he was ok. This was our second party at Lollipops and each time we’ve been very happy with the service and price.

We recently hosted our daughter's birthday party at Lollipop's Knox, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The event was truly memorable for our daughter and all her friends. I want to extend a big "thank you" to Monique for her outstanding support throughout the party and to Rachel, who made the entire experience more manageable for us. The food was served promptly, and the kids enjoyed almost everything, especially the fruits and nuggets. However, it seems the kids didn't quite fancy the franks for some reason. Thank you again to the Knox team!

Fantastic play centre. We had my daughter's birthday party on the weekend and it was so easy to organize. Would really want to shout to our lovely host Dana who manged and hosted probably the most chaotic room that day. The team had been so helpful and the event was smoothly transitioned within the 1.5hrs. The guests n kids had a wonderful time until the centre was closed. Keep up the great work and thank u for being a great team.

The lollipop play centre at Knox ozone is a great place full of fun and entertainment for the kids ,to have a birthday party there is even more fun. My children enjoyed their party and all their friends loved the play area ,party food and lollibags. Our special host Lilly,so beautiful and kind..who was there every step to help us out. I have been taking my grandson Kobe frequently. He loves the play area and the food is delicious too. The staff are very friendly. A big shout out specially to Rachel as she always has a happy smile and makes us feel special when she recognises us and welcomes us with her happy smile on her face. She is very professional and makes us feel like going back to the place again.

Thank you Lollipops Knox for allowing us to host our daughters first birthday over the weekend! Such a great space and venue and we were able to do fit all that we wanted via the private hire. The kids had an absolute ball so as the adults. The kids platters were a hit and the service was just perfect - I want to personally thank the 2 workers who were there for being patient and lovely to us the whole time from start to finish. We had Andrea host our son's party this weekend. She was a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble, very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure all our needs were met. She provided updates for the duration of the party, so we knew when food and cake were being brought out etc. Wouldn't hesitate having another party there. Best lollipop we have been too. The food is actually fantastic, we got the big breakfast and it was delicious! My son loves it here, great toddlers area. We had a double charge with the food by accident but this was quickly rectified. Great job guys!!

Best place to hold a party! We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday with all her lovely friends and everyone had a great time. The Pirate ship was fantastic! My son had his 6th Birthday Party at Lollipops playland today. He had such a great party, our host Jasmine was fantastic, great with the kids and catered to our every need. Jasmine was extremely polite and professional. Everything was done for me so I could relax and enjoy the party. Highly recommend.
