Had the unfortunate visit your store today at approximately 10.15am. Walked in to find only 2 shop assistants working who were both dealing with customers. Store was quite busy, after looking around for what i needed & couldnt find, i waited for someone to assist me. After 20 minutes of waiting & assistants still dealing with same customers i left store feeling disappointed, not only did i walk out but other customers who were waiting at cash register to pay for items walked out as well. Not good enough, assistants could've excused themselves for a minute to deal with those waitng to pay. It seemed to me as they just didn't care as they did look over thst way a couple of times. Very poor service, so i think i'll shop elsewhere from now on.

The two staff here deserve congratulations. We were so impressed by both and their helpfulness despite being understaffed on April 24th

Pillow Talk Albury is a clean, tidy and well-laid out store, filled with top quality products and incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. The staff are approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to assist you, but will also respect your desire to simply browse the store unaided should you choose to do so. Nearby parking is readily available, with both parking and the store itself having physical disability-friendly access options (elevators in the nearby multi-storey carpark, and wide store entry doors and aisles to allow for both wheelchairs and prams). I regularly shop at Pillow Talk Albury due to the great in-store experience, combined with them boasting the best quality manchester and home goods in the Albury-Wodonga area.

Great range of pillows to suit all preferences and the ability to try them out is great. If you like a very firm pillow like me, this is the place to go. Also stock a large and varied range of bedding, homewares and mattress toppers/pillow covers. Received exceptional service and advice from staff member Tammy which was very much appreciated. Always lovely to come across someone who takes pride in their job and assists customers in a friendly yet not overbearing way. Thank you, Pillow Talk, I will certainly be back.

Really good customer service, was really happy with the lady who helped me shop. Had some really nice member deals which saved me like over 30% of what I would've paid, I managed to screw up my email when signing up as a member and I forgot to get the name of the lady who helped me or I would've commended them here.
