Wish i could give a 0. 140$ for the initial physio consultation. it lasted for 10 minutes, and after that the physio goes do you have any questions? and some random exercises are set in an app and the link gets sent to you. How would that in the world cost 140$? complete complete rip off. I have had much much better treatments at Physios at less than half the price. Oh no. I wasn't contacted and in the call i was asked whether i want to come back and i said no. Nothing was mentioned around the yearly membership that was accidentally charged. I get to know only by reading the comment here. What a bunch!!

Staff always sound exasperated as they are at capacity with the workload. Do not bother leaving a message on an answering system- they do not return calls. If you are seeking services, be warned that if you miss a call from Soaring Health, you will go back on their waiting list for upwards of 12 months. Also, they do not honour disability accessibility requests such as emailing or texting information for correspondence. If I could give zero stars I would.

Wanted to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency. I was told I have to pay the cancellation fee as I didn’t give 24 hour notice. I had signed up as a member for long term management as they were close to my house. In few appointments with Dr John, I can say he knows what he’s doing and was really happy with his treatment. I have been a regular at another clinic (Well-being chiropractic Craigieburn) and although they have a similar 24 hour cancellation policy, they are very flexible with cancellations if anything unexpected happens last minute. Very disappointed that Soaring health couldn’t reschedule without charging me a cancellation fee. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr John the chiropractor at soaring health craigieburn for a few months now I couldn’t recommend him enough. I’ve seen a few different chiropractors over the years but never felt heard till John! After these appointments I feel bloody amazing and I'm able to move better than I have in years!

Soaring health team is always helpful and accomodating. Friendly place and v clean centre. My physio Neela(seeing her last 2 years), is always helpful, listens to all the concerns i had and tailors the recommended exercises in every visit.

Excellence service, friendly staff and my massage was amazing. I come with extremely sore muscles and couldn't turn my neck to the right properly, my therapist Litara Vaauli was absolutely amazing. She used a combination of deep tissue and cupping, she is gentle but yet firm and checked with me throughout the whole service how I am and how the pressure is. Honestly one of the best massages I had in a long time!

Going here for physio to fix bursitis in my hip. Excellent service by Nav. He has the knack of literally putting his finger on the pain point. Listens and cares. Highly recommend this place. Appointments are a bit hard to get so maybe having more staff will help.

This has to be one of the best massages (if not the only one) i have got in a very long time! The place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. Litara was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. Definitely coming back here again and finally a good massage/myotherapy place nearby!

I'm having phsio and hydrotherapy. Jordan is really good person. Yuho is my occupational therapist, he is lovely. Employees are really kind, friendly. Lovely place to go.

Awesome place. My child sees OT, Speech and Physio here and I have no complaints I see the chiropractor Dr John and cannot recommend him highly enough.
