Lovely new gym in Craigieburn. $10 casual entry pass and staff were lovely and friendly to deal with. Heaps of proteins, pre workout and meals available in the shop with 3 microwaves inside the gym to heat up. Wide range of equipment to use and things were nice and tidy. Plates are a little slippery so keep that in mind so it doesn't slip out of your hands of you're dealing with heavier weights before or after reps. Good gym with decent membership prices and great music to keep the mood going.

Great gym with a good variety of machines and equipment. The ventilation is great here, high ceilings and good lighting. The music here is always on point and consistent with whatever genre is on that day. 24/7 with a little supplement and meal store open too! My only complaint would be the maintenance of machines as a few cable machines and cardio equipment seems to be regularly out of order.

I am a usual member there and I was greatly satisfied with not only the customer service i received from Nana, but she was also able to inform me about some recommendations to help with my gym journey like weight gainers and so on which I was very grateful for. Was good to come into a gym and receive help off someone that has a great sense of knowledge of the gym and equipment and also a good approachable nature. Will definitely be continuing to come to elevate and tell all my friends about it.

It's the best gym that I've been at. All staff members are really friendly and will help you with anything you need “nana”is one of my best staff members she helps me with anything I need. It's open 24/7 the people that workout there are also really friendly. The gym sells are all different types of products that can help you while you workout.

Love this gym. So much cleaner than the previous gym I worked out at and I'm not tripping over myself with plates all over the ground. Staffed 24 hours a day who are all very friendly. Going to a new gym can be a daunting experience, but Alysha made me feel very welcome and feel very confortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to workout in at Craigieburn. I won't be going anywhere else now. Try it for a casual visit for $10 and you'll see what I am talking about. 😊💪

The crew members are exceptionally good and friendly… The gym itself has all the highly equipments for u to train well. However, the best part is that its 24/7 so it has been working very well for me.. I hope it does for every body as well.

I like how all the services r available. Pre workout, protein, drinks, merchandise (really comfy) and even meals. One of the customer service representatives —> Nana <— is a really nice, and lively person, she also gave me really thoughtful recommendations to help me in my gym journey. Its always great to have a chat with someone that has knowledge on how to improve your gym journey as well as giving out fun vibes.

Elevate has a good variety of products, no matter what you need they will have. The equipment is amazing and definitely better than other gyms in the area. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable Alysha was able to provide information on products. Service is amazing

Specifically a worker named veronika, perfect service and did everything in her power to make our experience the best! Veronika definitely makes a great reputation for Elevate. It great to finally have a gym close by that has excellent equipment. The staff are very friendly and always happy to answer any questions. They have a great variety of supplements and meals available. For those who have never been, I would recommend checking this place out!

Update to the below.. The staff were helpful and listened to my complaint and they put the volume in a reasonable way now.. Big thanks *************** The gym is good and have many equipment. But they put the music very loud (you will have headache in a while) and it is kind of annoying as most of the trainers have their own ear headphones anyways. I asked few times to lower the volume, but they keep turning it louder again. So, if you want to listen to your own music or listen to whatever in your phone, then forget about it and find another gym better.

The equipment and facilities at this gym meets my needs. The atmosphere is very motivating and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The range of products and merchandise are great and always available. One of the best gyms for me !!

Signed up when it first opened in 2021 and left due to work circumstances. Was happily welcomed back as a member by Rita who always treated me well every time I’d come casually here when I needed too :) The gym has everything you need to peruse your fitness goals! Highly recommended😁

Most reviews here are fake and seems like the Gym owner’s /staff’s friends are writing those reviews so here’s the real review. Shady gym with dodgy lousy staff, with hidden charges on top of regular fee (15$ quarterly+69$ one time) which staff would try to hide from you. Here are few other observations to share - Cardio Equipment is old and need maintenance - Nobody does wipe off before n after equipment use and staff doesn’t care as well, as they are busy in accompanying their friends/busy in mobiles - Wet wipes are not available on few days and no one cares - Cardio Equipment is not properly bolted to the floor and its a big hazard (i hope someone would sue them if there’s an injury) - Very loud music most of the times - Mirrors on the Cardio side are falling off the walls It seems that owners are only interested for new users to sign up so that they cant cancel the contract before 1 year, and they have to pay the annual charges. I would definitely stay away from this gym as there are many options in the area

Been going for about 2 months... Clean gym, new equipment. Often see equipment out of service for simple issues that staff can be trained to do(usually fixed a couple of days later). Not that big, decent sized. Fee's are a little high

Rita & Rana have looked after me with a level of customer service that is second to none. The gym is modern and is well equipped with great equipment & plenty of supplements. Membership prices are very reasonable. The environment is warm and welcoming and the vibe is the kind of place you're happy to work out in. Highly recommended.
