Yesterday I had exceptional service from young man in the Tile section. I went in to purchase 49 box of tiles and was dreading getting them in my van as I had recently had a back injury. I never mentioned it to Elij@h yet he was super prompt in placing my order in my van for me. This guy is a true asset in customer service especially in a day where it's seldom found. My husband and I had this great Bunnings experience and thought it really needs to be shared. Thank you so much.

Don't understand how this place even has over 4 stars for its review rating. The staff have some of the worst customer service and attitudes In general I have ever seen, not to mention most if not all are incompetent and have no idea how to do their jobs properly. Bunning's is good for its large variety of stock and convience, they just need to get rid of the lousy staff and try and automate as much of the work, as they can.

BUNNINGS Mighty USELESS - MITRE 10 Mighty HELPFUL. I went to Bunnings with a problem with my front door lock, and they directed me to Ildi. She had a really unpleasant attitude, and kept repeating, "I'm listening to you.” If you don’t respect your customers, they won’t come back to you. Once again her name Ildi.

I am regular customer from Craigieburn Bunnings. I brought law movers from them 4 month back and stop working and there is 4 years warranty. I went this morning there and told them the issue. Costumer service people called one man from Law movers section who is rude. He direct tell tell you haven’t put engine oil without check and mentioned i need to go to cambefield to check. I told him i put engine oil which he doesn’t listen to me. Its was too disappointed with customer services from bunnings.

Wow, what a kid!!! Went to the outdoor furniture area and served by a young man Zac.. This kid is a bonus to Bunnings, furthermore if you have a business that needs a new young & great employee, speak to this kid. Great product knowledge, great advice & attitude... Go see Zac for all your Bunnings Needs, or offer him a Job...lol.$

Usually good experience. Had an encounter with a really rude lady who was organising stuff at aisle 14. Don't know what her problem is she closed up the area and there wasn't a proper signage on the other side. Just a trolley in the middle. I can't read her mind. I walked in, and she blew up on me. Why don't they organise things at off hours or do it in stages. It's not even a safety issue. To make matters worse she claimed a product variant doesn’t exists when I've used it before. I found it by myself. She clearly needs training.

Asked for help to find an item, provided staff the item number from online showing in stock, was directed to the click and collect area which was unfortunately understaffed and when they went to find the item they had no idea where it could be as their system had no specific location so they just assume it must be out of stock even though their system says it is in stock. I feel for the poor staff who don't have the staffing required to work off an inefficient system with no solid inventory location navigation. 20 minutes to leave without anything.

Honestly speaking, my this review is especially for Craigieburn Hardware Cafe located inside Bunnings craigieburn. I went to Bunnings for some stuff. Surprisingly where one struggles to find any staff in Bunnings for help, this Bunnings was full on with staff and was so helpful. I saw this cafe and got tempted for a coffee. There are many more things on the menu other than coffee. Prices were generous specially the Kids meal for $4.90 in which one gets a sausage roll, colouring book and much more. There’s a plenty of space to sit on the side of the cafe. While you sit and enjoy your coffee, kids can play in play in the play area. Was nice to have a coffee today:)

Amazing customer service. Thank you Justin for assisting me in putting my order in car. I was stressing out as I couldn’t manage to put this huge and heavy box but he helped me out. My order was ready to be picked up within an hour too.

Always great customer service from Maree. She knows where everything is located in the store. Very helpful and friendly. A really lovely lady.

Having recently suffered a break-in, I came in with the intention of purchasing a security system under the advice I hoped to receive from staff. When I asked for assistance at the information desk I was informed that a member would be in the aisles adjacent and to go look for him. I did and no one was around I proceeded to begin my own perusal under the assumption the appropriate person would return to where I was told he would be but to no avail. I was however walked past by several staff members none with any inclination to assist or ask if I required assistance. Fundamentally underwhelmed by the poor customer service.

Had a fantastic experience with Leah from the garden section. Went above and beyond to rectify an issue that previous staff had dismissed as "not covered" under the plant guarantee. Leah's interactions with us were polite, pleasant and helpful and showed depth of knowledge. We will continue to get plants from Leah's team!

Love this place, it has everything you'd want for your place to be comfy. Great service, friendly staff. Especially love the garden area. I want to express my complete delight and compliments to Julie in the paint department. Julie went above and beyond to help me this morning, I have not had a Customer Service experience like this in well over 20 years. Nothing and I mean nothing was a problem for her. She went to any lengths to match my unusual paint colour. In-between servicing the many other customers on her own. I am so grateful to her today the rest of my day is going to brighter because of her Service. Bunnings should train everybody else to her high standard. The 2 staff members I experienced today were so rude and unfriendly. Zero customer service skills. Very unhelpful and not a good reflection on the store. Very surprised they got hired with their attitude. Go work somewhere else if you resent having to interact with customers.

When you need help with your DIY projects or are stuck in your search, the staff has always been there to help. When I required a filter for my tap this time, WAYNE, who was somewhere at Aisle 54, directed me to Aisle 69 and told me what to search for.When I got there, I could see that I was having trouble finding the filter, but to my surprise, Wayne showed up to help and spent his time explaining what would work best for me.He genuinely wanted to assist me and offer excellent service

Probably one of the dirtiest Bunnings stores I have visited. Staff in one aisle swearing a mucking around, staff in another aisle standing together having a chat and register staff too busy talking to other register staff and worrying about what others are doing to serve the customers correctly. 95% of the plants were dead or dying and clearly don’t get watered or cared for.

Honestly the best service ever!! Jay from the paint department helped me save my paint colour by adding colours until I got the colour I wanted!! He is so friendly and patient. I nearly bought a whole new paint bucket but thanks to Jay, I didn't have to!! Went from story shadow to camel cord.

Staff have always been able to point me to what I need. When I thought they didn't have what I need a staff member helped me with an alternative project that worked perfectly

My first visit here and I was very disappointed . The staff member I asked for assistance seemed to show disinterest in helping me .. she pointed to the section as she was continuing to walk opposite direction with almost no eye contact .. she showed no interest whatsoever in helping me even though I had said I was needing some advice as I had no knowledge with what I was looking to purchase.. And the plants were in terrible condition .. I felt really sad for them .. I felt they were unable to recover and had been left without enough water for to long .. they’re in pots afterall and need humans to care for them ..and the humans at this Bunnings stored failed .. I hope they don’t in future..

Very disappointed with the lack of service at the Craigieburn store, purchased change over argon gas bottle at trade desk, was directed to a staff member to open gas bottle cage and supply me a new bottle. The staff member was talking to someone for about 10 minutes, I waited patiently when he finally finished his conversation, he walked straight passed me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me, I asked politely if he could open the cage and give me the bottle I had paid for, he said he was busy and started walking off and said he would get another staff member. I waited but this did not happen. I then went to the trade counter and received a credit for my purchase and also returned the bottle and received my deposit back. I will never return to Bunnings.

I love going to Bunnings. Love how you can use the app to help locate a product within the store. The staff are great, they know their product and if they don't they will find someone who does.

My home away from home. Great range, fantastic service. As a matter of fact I'm on my way back there now to buy more product.

No diversity of tools , calling the department will not answer you after 18 minutes of waiting on line , will recommend to look for what you want online and definitely not with Bunnings online because you will not find what you want and if you find it then its price is at least double the price of same product online .

Best bunning centre ever!! We hardly faced any stock shortage issues here. There are many bunnings around Craigieburn area but they mostly have stock issues and are not well organised as Craigieburn Bunnings. Staff here is also very helpful and customer centric.

We love this Bunnings , cafe serves really fresh and delicious cakes with kid’s activities right next to it and a play area a full family entertainment

It's Bunnings, what more can I say... heaps actually! (Who am I kidding...??) It's overwhelming. There's so many products. So many choices. And for someone such as myself, who suffers from a severe case of option anxiety, multie options ain't so great. Heightened anxiety induced. Not pretty. But entertaining at the very least. Lovely staff. Very helpful, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. If unable to assist,didn't pretend bur openly admitted they were unsure and proceeded to ask another staff member who happily provided the answer. An enjoyable arvo spent on a cold Melbourne winter afternoon.

Love Bunnings! Would be good if they built like a massive carport, so we don't get wet in the rain. 😄😄 And maybe a sausage sizzle that never closes?
