Unfortunately,
there
was
one
rude
lady
there,
that
didn’t
give
me
a
good
experience,
it’s
not
what
you
say
it’s
how
you
say
it.
It’s
your
tone
of
voice,
it’s
your
facials,
your
intention
to
help,
and
being
unfriendly
and
unhelpful
isn’t
very
nice.
You
never
know
what
somebody
is
going
through.
Someone
could
have
a
learning
disability,
or
perhaps
be
having
a
very
stressful
day
and
actually
need
the
vet
to
show
them
how
to
medicate
the
animal,
rather
than
just
telling
them
to
pick
up
the
medication
from
the
counter
and
read
the
label.
We
pay
a
high
premium
for
service.
My
cat
has
returned
home,
and
unfortunately
I’ve
noticed
that
her
poor
is
the
actual
issue,
not
the
leg
which
was
suspected
initially,
what
happened
to
a
vet
actually
touching
it
looking
at
it
and
putting
a
light
on
it?
My
cat
is
still
not
well,
I’ll
be
making
a
call
today
to
hopefully
speak
to
management
or
a
senior
vet.
Giving
somebody
antibiotics,
charging
them
around
$150
and
telling
them
to
come
back
in
five
days
time
isn’t
necessarily
the
best
outcome
for
me
personally,
get
your
torchlight
out,
have
a
look
at
the
pets
body,
inspect
the
toes
effectively
and
body
effectively,
and
find
the
issue,
just
like
I
did
last
night.
It’s
important,
and
not
everybody
can
afford
to
simply
come
back
in
five
days
time
for
an
x-ray,
let’s
find
the
issued
then
and
there
if
possible.
That’s
why
we
come
to
the
vet.
Then
we
can
help
the
pet
not
suffer
for
longer
than
required.
The
reason
that
I
came
to
the
vet
was
because
I’m
too
scared
to
touch
my
cats
legs,
because
I
don’t
like
to
see
her
Scream,
but
I
need
to
see
what’s
stuck
in
her
little
paw,
so
I’ll
have
to
go
back
today.
If
the
issue
is
resolved
this
week
with
proper
service
,
I
will
remove
my
review
of
course
