Oh my donuts!!! The best ever… I love their donuts and the place itself! The price is great for 6 pieces pack for $18 you get a larger size donut compared to those big company donut shops… will definitely be going back for more!!!

Came here tonight after a long time of no visiting. The music made me want to leave my pie behind that I was waiting for to cook for 20 minutes. Mind you it was 12am and they had high school musical tunes playing as is we were in primary school. Unfortunately the donuts still have very little taste to them. And milkshake prices are a flat 10 bucks alil too high if you ask me for the little flavours they have. I would much rather crispy cream donuts if im 100% honest. Go to 711 if you dont want a migraine after the kiddy music!!! Wont come back after that.

Great size place and a large selection of donuts. They have lots of flavours to choose from. The tables and chairs were well spaced out. We saw they also have gelato there too. We took home a dozen donuts in a range of flavours. The family had a few so far and we enjoyed them. The donuts are light and freshly made. We thank That’s Alotta Donuts for our dozen donuts and shake. We experienced That’s Alotta Donuts as guests. All of our opinions are genuine and are based on our experience at the time of our visit.

I ordered coffee with donut deal 🍩 really yummy 😋 staffs are friendly, there is lots of car parks available. Highly recommended

Sunday morning delivery of 18 x vegan nut-free donuts in time for my birthday party. Everyone loved them - vegans and carnivores alike! Particular favourites were the Oreo, Jam filled and custard! The kids loved the sprinkles ones. Also great communication prior to ordering answering my questions. Each donut was a good size and I liked that the boxes came secured in a plastic bag. Will order again!

Not only amazing donuts, but you guys weren't actually delivering on the day I needed my gift pack of delicious donuts to be delivered to someone who was celebrating their birthday in isolation due to Covid. But you said you'd deliver it anyway. Can't thank you enough for going above and beyond. Will highly recommend and will use you guys again in the future!! Greatly appreciated

Amazing quality delicious donuts!! Such an incredible assortment of different flavours, all of them absolutely delicious! We tried a variety of chocolatey ones and jam ones and they were all brilliant, it is difficult to choose a favourite! With great value and wonderful, friendly service, we can't wait to go back. Highly recommended to fellow sweet tooths like me who loves donuts!

Senior Staff member was extremely rude throwing the box of donuts at me across the counter. She needs some serious training in Customer Service as she is lacking skills in this department. All because another staff person had put 3 Donuts in a box for me instead of bags. No need for this issue to be raised in front of customers, speak to her later with a bit more respect instead of telling her off in front of everyone

I have just found a gem! Was blown away with the first box I ordered. Not only did they look and taste delicious, the staff go the extra mile. They wrote a personalised note and had them delivered - so much Cate is taken. Since my first order was superb, I ordered some as gifts (kept a box to myself of course) The freshness, presentation, box, EVERYTHING is amazing! You can’t go wrong with any flavour. Cookies n cream is my fave but could devour all of them. Bubblegum is next on my list to try. I highly recommend and I’m sure you’ll enjoy as much as my family and friends. Very good choice of donuts, but the customer service is inexistent! I've ordered a delivery (many days in advance) and it hasn't been delivered. Tried to call them: no answer; email them: no answer. Not sure where my donuts went....

This place will not refund you money after wrongfully charging you. I was charged double for a coffee and after calling and emailing I have yet to even receive a reply from them. If you’re gonna buy anything from here just carefully check what you have been charged. The quality of the food and coffee has also gone down since pre-Covid. Save your money and go somewhere else

Usually never had issues with donuts from here. But yesterday when I went, the donuts themselves tasted like a strong rancid oil flavour. Leaves that long lasting bad oil taste on the palette even after finishing the donut.

The thick shakes are amazing. I will not drink them from anywhere else, they are so rich and thick and delicious that they’re worth the 30min drive. Only downside is the company that hangs around outside in the carpark. Can be quite obnoxious, disrespectful and intimidating sometimes.

Updated review 9.11.2022: I happened to be driving past so thought I would go in to see if they had gluten free donuts available today. They had two options, cinnamon and hazelnut chocolate coated donuts. They came packaged with 6 donuts in each pack for $15 each. I only wanted to purchase one, but this wasn’t an option. I bought the hazelnut chocolate coated ones and I’m not impressed. They are VERY dry, every bite resulted in crumbs dropping everywhere. Worst gf donuts I’ve ever eaten. Again, all the other donuts looked amazing. Review from 4.11.2022: No gluten free donuts available today. I checked their website to ensure they sold gluten free donuts before traveling to the shop. Upon arriving I noted a sticker on the window advertising “gluten free” however when I went inside and asked what they had available, I was advised they currently did not have anything gluten free. Pretty disappointing as all their donuts looked amazing.

Nice friendly service, good selection of donuts. First time attended I picked 3 🍩🍩🍩 golden gay time custard and Jam. It is a good Shop with good customer service would recommend it to others I like the canvas art similar to comics and I will go back again, thank you.

Donuts was really good. But the stuff name Jade is extremely rude as she don’t know how to behave with a customer. I request to the owner to let her know or train her how to talk or deal with customers.On the other hand the other stuff (probably Allen sorry forgot the name) was so nice and well trained . Really appreciate him.

Great service. Donuts are amazing with a big range of donuts, coffee is perfect and just a great vibe all round. Tried the mango thickshake and it tastes great!
