We went for a family dinner. There was limited menu available and food was good. We had almost everything from the menu. Staff was accommodating and arranged a table for us. Certainly it's not a place if you're looking for a nice restaurant ambience to dine-in and they don't provide you the proper cutlery (only disposables). It's more of a take away food warehouse and table seating and cleanliness is not a top priority. It opens till late and you get some hot indian veg food.

Very delicious, very affordable and the portion sizes are fair. You can spend $10-12 for a filling meal and it's free delivery to many suburbs. The menu is strictly vegetarian. I always tell my friends that if you want to become a vegetarian then you need to get familiar with Indian cuisine because the options are endless. Shaan a Punjab has rotating menu every day do you can try new things throughout the week. Just beware that if you want delivery, you need to order online before 12pm. They will deliver your food between 12:30pm and 2pm. The food may not arrive piping hot but that's what Tiffin Service is. No big deal, heat in the microwave for a few seconds. This is great service for work meals and a life saver for students. Spending $20 here can easily cover your lunch and dinner. I discovered this place a few weeks ago and our work has easily used the tiffin service over 10 times now. The picture I attached is Chole Samosa (we have chickpeas inbone compartment, 2 samosas in another, and yogurt sauce in the third). It was very delicious and the cost was $12. Not bad at all!

Average food, a bit heavy on ghee/oil. Spices are strong in dishes, service is almost non existent. Inexpensive place with limited menu. Portion sizes are big..

Very delicious food. Love their noodle burger. Can be busy on weekends so don’t mind the little wait when you go there :). Staff is polite. Seating system could use a little upgrade though πŸ‘

Authentic vegetarian North Indian food! Located on the Sydney road this place is best accessed by car given the location. Free parking available for about 10-12 cars. It might be a bit difficult to find the correct entrance so look out. The staff are courteous and service focused. Note that there is no menu or table service. You would have to order at the Sales desk and quote your table number, to settle the bill at the end. The order arrived fairly quickly and was served well. There are options of good available that aren't listed in the menu, so better ask for specials at the desk when you order. Parents with kids: There is ample space next to dining so it would help young kids get some space to enjoy. Not all Menu items may suit those kids younger than 5 Yrs, so plan your order by looking at their website. Highly recommended place for vegetarians.

Best customer service by the young girl at the counter, best price, best taste and best food. We were 6 guys who came to dine in on the evening easing of lockdown. The girl made us comfortable and was very welcoming. The staff was amazing. And we had fun and we will come back again.

Yesterday we had dinner in restaurant and food was stale and oily. All food which was served was full of salt and was not able to eat. Once again bad experience in dine in.

It is a rather unassuming place seemingly in the middle of nowhere but serves absolutely banger Punjabi dishes. The dine-in atmosphere can be a touch lacking, but the food more than makes up for it. Wife and I tried their Veg Manchurian (dry) and the Amritsari Kulcha and channa masala combo. Personally, I found the Manchurian a bit too wet for a "dry" dish (still tasted really good). However, I'm willing to look past all of that after having tried their Kulcha! It was heavenly and I'll be more than willing to take a detour just to have it again. Definitely a must-try joint if you're looking for good Punjabi food!

We went for dinner. The restaurant has recently got a makeover. Looks not that great but still ok to dine in. Sunday night was busy. Usually this restaurant is famous for its thalis which are pocket friendly. Thali starts from $10 which is quiet cheap. This time we tried the Tandoori platter. For kids we ordered Noodle burger combo with coke and fries. The tandoori platter was quiet good. According to its price it was quiet big. It included paneer and Chaap. Burger was ok kinds. Tikki inside the burger was not good. Noodles were nice. Overall it was good. They also have free Chai. They have some variety of Indian sweets too. Staff had less knowledge about the menu. There was a guy and a girl who were running around and serving the customers. It has a stage on one side where kids can play. Overall good experience. Food is perfect! PS: it’s a pure vegetarian restaurant.

Overall it was an okay-ish experience. I have come here more than once and the taste has been different every single visit. (Only the first time I was here almost 7 months ago, the taste was wonderful) The taste of the same dish has changed overtime and it wasn’t up-to the mark this time around. We had- dabeli, Amritsari Kulcha-choley, and thaali. Dabeli was good would give it 3/5 The choley and kulcha- 3/5 Thaali- 2/5 : the phulka’s were very dry and hard to tear, we couldn’t finish more than 1. Gulab jamun was stale. I would really like if they maintain consistency in the taste.

It is fully Vegetarian restaurant which is great. Been there few times and I think they are good for take aways but they need to improve a lot in terms of dine in. Dine in service is not good at all, staff needs training. If you just want a decent food in budget it's resanobaly priced. Price and quantity is driving the customer. If there is a party going on normal diners will be neglected. Overall if you see the price you paying and not expecting dining experience it is all good.

We recently bought some chum chum and Jamun sweets and found that the chum chum expired, smelt & tasted really bad. So we took it back to the shop for exchange. But the owner denied it and argued that it was good, but it was not. So beware before buying any sweets from here and please don't buy without tasting them.

Golgappa was good. Thali was pathetic. Took 24 hours to overcome the food I had. Roti were really bad, so oily and thick. Curries were tasteless. Please say BIG NO to thali. Specially the Veg Manchurian. They changed the definition of veg manhcurian. Absolute waste of money

My family and I have been here a handful of times now and we continue to go back because of the food!! 😍 I drive down from the city just to eat here. I’ve tried everything on the menu now and WOW - every single thing I’ve had is luscious! The flavours are mouth-watering & fit for a king. Shout out to Akash !! Served all our meals tonight with a smile & was super friendly , made us feel welcome & even gave my nieces and nephew chocolates when we were leaving. Nice set up and comfortable place to enjoy delicious meals! We’ll be back soon , thanks guys :)
