1. The team on site: 10/10: Jo and the workers there are very nice and motivated. They seemed like they had fun at work and were very kind! 2. The car: 3/10 because of safety concerns We rented a Hitop Camper from hippie, but we got one from chepa campa. It’s the same, they mergered. But the front spring is broken, the steering pulls to the left which makes the driving absolutely dangerous. It’s our first day and we travelled to Warrnambool, but the trip was very scary. 3. Inside the car: looks good so far, it’s used but it’s clean. 7/10 4. The blanked and pillows: 1/10 Look at the pictures, it was still dirty. We got two bedsheet covers, but no cover for the blanked. -overall the car looks good on the inside Apollo will receive a mail today, depending on what is happening further, they will only get 2 stars.

Incredible staff. So kind, helpful and professional. Carmel was so caring to help with a quick checkout. The Van was amazing, we drove our family of 4 from Queensland to Victoria, over about a month long period, and wouldn't have done it any other way. The van was great on gas/petrol and easy to maneuver to park. Highly, highly recommend Apollo Motorhomes!! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Great service from the team Apollo Melbourne. Took a bit long for us to pick up the motorhome. But they did a great job to getting the van cleaned and ready with everything we needed for the trip. We picked up an LDV at Apollo rentals in Cairns on Oct 17, '23 friendly people. good explanation brand new car We drove it for a month and brought it back to Apollo rentals in Melbourne on November 17, '23. If you w rent a camper they are great and very friendly.

Such a great vehicle to have our trip in. Staff went above and beyond when some unforeseen issues occurred when picking up our vehicle. Customer service was excellent and made for a great experience. Vehicle itself was so comfortable and easy, had the best time.

Dropped in to see what RV were available and was approached by a very helpful representative who gave us some useful information to consider when making our choice ( I can't remember his name but he had a kiwi accent) Anyway we will be returning at a more convenient time to check out the different features and work out how long a van we will be comfortable with. Very happy with the attention we received her.

We hired a 6 sleeper campervan and honestly it was the best experience ever. The van itself was almost brand new. It was extremely clean and the how to guides and videos were so easy to follow. On top of that was the service. On our way back we were running late and arrived after closing. Bianca made sure she waited for us and was so so understanding. Honestly an absolute asset to your team. I cannot rate the experience more highly. Tank wand we can’t wait to use you for our next adventure!

We took an Apollo ‘Relocator’ from Brisbane to Melbourne and had an amazing road trip. Staff at both locations were great, really helpful, cheerful, polite and professional. Apollo are a great company 😁👍. Best place we camped? Longhorn Pub at Deepwater in NSW. A free camp at a great pub.

We had the best time in our Apollo high-top campervan. It was incredibly easy to drive, so easy to set up when we got to camp, and had everything a couple could need. This was our first campervan experience and it was truly wonderful. The staff at Apollo are amazingly supportive and helpful.

We had the best time for 4 days renting an Apollo camper. We had a 2 birth van but it had absolutely everything you need, a home from home but smaller. The staff were really friendly and helpful offered us coffee on arrival and went through everything we needed to know and there was also as back up an explanation card of how everything works. Van drove nice and was pretty economical. Would definitely rent from Apollo Melbourne again.

The whole process was extremely enjoyable. Team members at both of the Sydney and Melbourne locations were super friendly and nice to deal with. The pick up and hand over of the vehicle went smoothly. If there was ever a question we had regarding drop off or anything about the vehicle Apollo associates were very quick to response and gave us helpful information. The campervan was great. The amenities provided in the van was working well and without any issues. It was a splendid trip with the caravan. Moreover, the customer service provided was splendid, notably Mr Raymond. He went far and beyond even after we returned the caravan. He aided us without hesitation and always with a smile.

Fantastic experience with Apollo. I rented a van from the "hippie campers" range. The van was exactly what we've been paying for online, it was clean, safe and modern, well maintained. The staff in Apollo were as well fantastic, waited for us because our flight got delayed, and got us extra blankets because it was freezing cold outside. They did a great job showing us the van under the rain. It was quick and efficient. Same for drop off. The price was fair and transparent. Definitely didn't have the same experience with "camperman australia" that I do not recommend at all.

The team were amazing. We received a free upgrade and the van was fantastic! It was so spacious and convenient, really comfortable to sleep in. Their communication was great and very easy to drop off and pick up the van. Thank you so much for a brilliant trip :)

Excellent service from Henrietta, Harry and Grant in the Melbourne Depot. I picked up my van without any problems or waiting. The service whilst I was travelling was spot on I had a problem with the aerial and after Apollo made calls for me it was fixed without any problems. Henrietta was always happy to help when I would call or pop in just to look at the van again before heading off. Drop off was very prompt no waiting. Very efficient, friendly helpful staff. The van was cosy and everything worked perfectly. The shower and toilet was a bit tight but worked a treat and much better to have the convenience of my own. Will definitely book again.

My partner and I have been planning on doing a 6month trip and we came in to look at motor homes and get advice on which one would suit our needs the best. I wanted to give feedback on the fantastic service I received by the Melbourne Apollo Service Team. I purchased an ex-rental Motorhome from Sydney RV. The after sales service - Norman - organised for the Melbourne service team to help out with the warranty work. Interacting with Jarrod was a pleasure. He noted all the warranty issues I found and his team even found some I was not aware of! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We Had a great 4 weeks in Australia starting from Cairns and finishing in Melbourne. Having in a Campervan is just perfect for getting to know such a big country. The overall experience we had with Apollo was great they have a really nice customer support if you're having issues on the road and all the staff members we're kind. The pricing is also quite reasonable so 10/10 would/ maybe will do it again.
