    Overall I will rate 4 star, since this restaurant was showing on swiggy dineout but the Citrus cafe people weren't accepting payment via Swiggy dineout. I had to follow up with the restaurant for 15-20 minutes and had to connect with swiggy support and then the issue was resolved. Seemed very petty from the restaurants end that they do not wanted to accept payment through swiggy dineout and prefered direct payment to get some more money in their pockets, couldn't understand why they have enrolled with the swiggy dineout program then. Such practices should not be discouraged from top management level and any memberships, if restaurant or hotel has partnered for such memberships, must be honoured without hesitation. The food was undoubtedly good, simple and tasteful. Sweets were specially amazing, Definitely one can try the Brownie and Rasmalai, they are amazing...

    I had an outstanding experience at Lemon Tree during our official meeting. The service was warm and attentive from check-in to check-out. The meeting facilities were well-equipped, and the events team ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was exceptional, with a diverse and delicious selection that impressed all our guests. The hotel's ambiance was perfect for both professional and relaxed settings. I extend my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for their dedication to customer satisfaction. Lemon Tree has set a high standard, and we won't hesitate to recommend it to others for future events and stays. Thank you!

    The hotel is nice, close to the airport. Rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. Breakfast was standard, had dinner once, it was truly delicious. Service was good too. The main problem is that there was power cut frequently, sometime the AC was also not working.

    The overall condition of the hall is satisfactory, but the carpet cleaning fell short of expectations. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, no one was willing to receive my feedback. Despite having visited the hotel on four occasions, I consistently encountered subpar food.

    One of the worst hotel u can experience when it comes to banquet and food. Most of the staffs behave highly unprofessional. Most casual people taking customers granted. Food quality n service is pathetic. Not recommended for any kind of service. In the active conference they come with folded table n open with as loud sound as possible caring for nothing as most of them are unskilled people.

    The property claims to be 5-star, however there is no sauna and steam room. The amenities are if 3-star level. The design of shower is flawed. It charges top $$ of international level and the overall experience is no where near.

    Worst service of hotels Chains. I have called 8 times to the hotel but each representative of hotel gives another number saying he is the right person to deal with. I would suggest to opt out if you have option. There are many hotels with better service and better rates.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Despite there being plenty of staff members, they appeared disinterested and were not attentive to the guests. It left me wondering why so many staff members were hired if none of them seemed to be actively serving or engaging with customers. I hope the hotel can improve its service in the future. Front office staff is not at all welcoming - where the Guard at entrance is more cheerful and smiling 🤌 Room number 626 - 28th Sep 23.

    Good hotel to stay. Suite rooms are best. No scenic view from windows. But rooftop is good. Swimming poll is do deep and depth is approximately 5 feet

    All staffs were very kindly and professional. Specially aman, debraj, jamshed (housekeeping) and manoranjan - driver , I really appreciate their hard work .

    The hotel is clean, quite efficiently run and comfortable. Staff is helpful if not as well trained as that of the Taj or Oberoi. But as value for money goes, it's difficult to get a better place in Patna. The only issue I have is the traffic and access to the property. While it's smack in the middle of town, that is a negative point also, because of the complete madness on the roads outside. Also, my room had a connecting door to another, and the sounds of the TV were a bit disturbing.

    Staff not adequately trained in dealing with Customers. The tone of the Manager Mr Gautam was astonishingly curt and arrogant. Staff at buffet breakfast wasn't able to handle. Normal stuff like cut fresh fruits were not available or took long tome in arranging on demand. Therecwasnt any seniorcserving staff on a lookout orckeeping aan overall eye on the guests having breakfast. Somewhat very unsatisfactory experience overall.

    Rooms are good staffs are good hotel at prime location. But stayed before lemon tree Ahmedabad and Indira Gandhi international airport the patna hotel does meet its standard . Please maintain the status of the brand.
