This hospital works on manage services model hence no proper timing of visiting doctors. No clarity on timing to meet doctors. Some times need to wait 3-4 hrs also entire day. Medical shop is not giving medicine to patients until unless attendant does come. Since no facilities to stay then how it is possible for attendant to present all the times. I was ready to give advance but they are asking for cash not online. It is very bad. This hospital is having no facilities like pantry even no small space and attendant stay who are coming with patients. Room charges are quite larger as below: General ward -1800/day Room 4000 and 5000/ day. Patients who are going there please take care of accommodation and food other wise it is very difficult to manage. Overall doctors are knowledgeable but no proper routine which will help attendant get more visibility. Hope management will look this issue.

Observe this and decide by yourself :- 1. Doctors from outside will visit almost daily and charge will added, see by yourself if that much visit is required. 2. Medicine from the counter inside hospital highly expensive and their frequency of demand for medicine. 3.Maximum possible attempt will be made to hold patient in the hospital. 4. Its heart hospital but they will admit all patient for many days. 5.A guy who sit on counter run ambulance/ vehicles on rent for leaving patient. NEVER USE IT NEVER. => My father was admitted there and hence had personal experience. Writing this in pure public interest.

My relative has been admitted in this hospital , he was well concious and talkable when he was admitted, but after two to three days he was not able to talk, and after two days many unnecessary opration has been attamped ...lastly my relative condition is very serious . I want to know from this hospital that how can a man who was talking during first visit to the hospital , after two days, he could not talk..and day by day his condition is serious .

Poor Services! We booked Corporate Preventive Health Check-up for the couple on 9 July 2022. The reporting time is 8.15 AM but reception staff & teams did not arrive till 8.50 AM. The first sample was taken at about 8.55 AM. Encountered several issues: 1. No registration. No identification. The height, weight and BP etc recorded after blood sampling, ECG and some other tests. The mineral water bottle was provided very late... 2. No COVID enquiry. Not even vaccination status verification was done. 3. Name not entered in the ECG. Had to undergo the ECG again... The ECG room had near transparent glass partitions and the ladies getting the ECG done were visible through the glass partition with the blood sample collection room... 4. Surname entered incorrectly in the ECHO records. Corrected on being pointed out... 5. Toilets without soap... Western seat of the attached toilet needs fixing/repairs... Hazardous to use... 6. Opthalmic consultancy is just an eye wash. No colour blindness testing, no opthalmic pressure testing, nothing else... In fact, total ENT and the dental consultancy are synonymous with a farce... 7. The ultra sound scanning technician missed the pre existing uterus fibroid and issued reports without the same. Had to do the test again. 8. Some tests are outsourced and some are missing. 9. Blood sample collection was painful... Left a painful scar... No tightening stretch/elastic bands available... Used discarded rubber tubes... PEP smear test was painful...
